Great architecture, Must visit place if you want to see past architecture. There was no line to buy ticket. If you are Indian citizen you need to pay Rs. 200 per head , Students and senior citizens get discount in the ticket. For foreigners they have different price Rs. 600 and for foreigners students they have discount on the tickets. They except cash payment, debit card payment, or UPI payments. They have enough space at the parking. To save time, I would recommend you to go there by lift that would charge you Rs 50 for one side and you can come by walk. If you want to explore the whole fort, it will take you atleast 2 hours. You can see their ancient weapons, their clothes which they used to wear, their utensils, old photos of the fort and photos of the king of the fort. You can see the blue city for the top of the fort. Even you see whole JODHPUR from the top. It is good place to take your children. There are so many restaurants inside the fort where you can taste different varieties of Rajasthani food. There are so many stalls by which you can do shopping for your loved ones. If you want to explore this place i would recommend you to wear comfortable shoes. Do visit this place at the winters because i visited it on the month of February and it was hot there. It is highly recommended to visit this place at the morning time. This can act as a good starter for sure Ziplining at Mehrangarh consists of 6 lines that lead up to the last point, from where you can get a stunning view of the city and the sunset! Choose a slot wisely and reach timely. Take a camera along and enjoy! :)

A Sunrise/Sunset point for whichever time of day you come here, we came in morning 7:30am, the view is amazing of the fort and most parts of Jodhpur. Not so much crowded, you can come here for pleasant and calm enviorment for meditation or even on Sundays to feel fresh. The birds 🐦 chirping also adds up to make the enviorment more gratifying.

Very good and must visit place in Rajasthan... please don't take elevator... otherwise you will miss museum tour. The place is extremely beautiful and historical
