Casa De Jodhpur, is a very nice place to stay. The building is authentic on its own being ~350 years old, which still holds the majestic value to itself. The accomodation is located admist a busy market, lets you live the unspoiled, vibrant, cosmopolitan experience of a city. The major tourist spots are close to the place. The market is alive till 7:00PM, the local food is available in abundance here to ravish and relish. Shopping is at your door step as well. The host is a super cool and friendly person, with whom you can have a lengthy interesting conversation always. He is super helpful as well. The place is situated in the old city safe guarding the values, stories from the past. So, the roads are narrow and packed during the day. Thus, auto I'd the best way to reach here with patience my friend. Also, the rooms does not have windows for ventilation, (though ventilation is provided just outside your room) a claustrophobic person would find it difficult here but it doesn't matter if one earns for a beautiful experience. Pro Tip: ask the host for suggestions. All his suggestions on food joints will leave you full, with a happy heart!

I'm compelled to give a poor review because of a pinching experience I had with the owner. The owner seemed sweet at first, but when a friend of mine came to pick me up, the owner made a huge ruckus. It was just us two women but the owner kept standing at the door as if my friend was some criminal. I informed him that we will just have some lunch my friend had brought, and I had a work call shortly after; within that 1-1.5hrs we would've left, and I would've check out. We even said we'll eat in the terrace if being in the room itself was a problem (cleanliness? I'm not sure). However, he kept hovering and calling, and within 5 minutes while I packed up, he asked for my friend's ID also. Apparently, some earlier 'kaand' made him extremely fearful and hence extremely disrespectful toward my friend, and hence me. I mean was he incriminating my friend or me of doing something illegal on his property? Nowhere was it mentioned that guests are not allowed; she wasn't there for an overnight stay, we weren't smoking, we weren't drinking, lunch was not available at this CASA De Jodhpur so my friend had got me lunch and this man just was after our life - that go to a cafe if you both want to have lunch together, you can't eat here. Obviously, I checked out within 10-15mins of my friend arriving, and a couple of hours from when I checked-in. So yah, I mean he didn't only lose 1 but 2 potential recurrent customers. I think he could've handled the situation a little better rather than panicking and incriminating & disrespecting my friend and me. Very weird behaviour I witnessed for the first time from any property owner/host.

One of the finest stays in jodhpur. Light on your pocket but with all the modern amenities and a a heritage touch with host being a really sweet person. I would highly recommend everyone to check this property out.

Great quaint little place for staying at Jodhpur. The host was very responsive and gave us exact directions to the location and was such a sweet person. The property is located in the middle of clock tower and other markets and can be accessed by foot. Definitely recommend staying here.

It was an amazing experience to stay in property, Maharani sa was a real heritage gem roughly 200-300yrs old. The room was very clean and very well maintained. The owner of the property was very helpful.

This is really a gem of a hotel in Jodhpur. Had an amazing time here with Kamal and his family and ended up celebrating two festivals with them. The haveli is beautiful and well maintained and the location is great for sightseeing. Would love to stay here again.

We had a lovely stay. De 'casa' is well located near all main tourist attractions and nice rooftop restaurants. The owner is super helpful and will assist wherever you need it. Have you ever felt like home outside uour home? Strangely another person feels very close. I got the same feelings from Kamal the owner of Casa de jodhpur. I was traveling with my wife to jodhpur and we had a bad experience with the taxi guy when we reached jodhpur. However the moment we entered the room our experience turned to something so amazing that I can barely explain in words. The roads are small and it is a bit tough to locate the place but Kamal spoke to driver and we got to the place. The place is a haveli, an old heritage site, with same structure as it used to be in old days. Kamal had sprayed the room with freshener and AC was on for quite some time which finally made us feel cozy and comfy. He suggested us to order food via swiggy/zomato and food was lip smacking. Next day Kamal had planned our entire itinerary on our request. He suggested breakfast which by far is the best one I've had in North India. We felt so safe and happy in our journey that we changed to plan to return to Jodhpur from jaisalmer to stay another day at the property. We even left an extra suitcase at the property and he took care of it well. I suggest this property to everyone who would like a cool and cozy welcome.

Stayed here for one night with family and really liked it. I liked the location since it was near to all the tourist attractions, but my parents didn't like the location much, since it's in the market and didn't have car accessibility. Other than that, the interiors are GORGEOUS, though without natural light. And the owner is also very helpful and hospitable.

Great great great!! The rooms look just like in the pictures - very very pretty and clean. The place has an amazing rooftop that shows all of the monuments in Jodhpur. The location was perfect and just in the center of everything. The main plus of this hotel is the owner who is extremely nice and helpful, and wants to make your stay in Jodhpur as ease and interesting as possible. I honestly cannot rave about this place enough! First off the host was one of the most kind people we have encountered on our travels- he went out of his way to help us book a train ticket, provided amazing local recommendations for sightseeing and food and was generally just very welcoming. The Airbnb itself was better than we expected! It was super spacious, beds were comfy, washrooms were clean, had a beautiful look to it and an amazing rooftop!! The location was most ideal- very close to the train station, walking distance from everything and picturesque surroundings! Not to mention there was an outstanding restaurant Vijay’s located less than ten mins walk from the house (another good recommendation from our host) that you MUST try if you stay there! Overall 10/10 experience, if you are staying in Jodhpur you must stay here!!!!

300 year old building with all the modern amenities but never loses its charm because of it The host is very friendly and helped us throughout to the extent that he arranged for our travels even in the early hours. This was easily one of the best experiences I had and felt that I’m truly living in olden days as apples to the other resorts where the touch of excess modernity even in an traditional hotel loses its charm.

Its good place to stay in old city. Owner is helpful. But if u are going by car than parking not available. U have to park 2.5 kms away in parking.Else everything is good.

The property is good. I got the Maharaja room in the ground floor. There was no window in the room and due to that I felt claustrophobic. Best part of the property is the owner. He is great person to talk and for any kind of assistance. He was always there from the time we checked in till check out and made sure we are comfortable and don’t need anything.

Casa de Jodhpur is one of the rare gem that you will find. The ambience of the place provides you with feel of old haveli with all yhe modern facilities. The host's hospitality was so amazing that I felt like I have a elder brother to help me with locations and food places (all the suggestions were just great). Apart from the interiors, the rooftop provides a great view for sunrise, sunset and the Mehrangarh fort. For those visiting Jodhpur, this place is highly recommended.

Casa de Jodhpur is located in the Sarafa Bazaar of the old city. The location is pretty nice actually, situated in the vicinity of Mehrangarh and the Ghanta Ghar with the aesthetic appeal of blue houses. The terrace view is exceptionally good. The sunrise and sunset would be amazing, or just a chilled out rooftop experience in the night, would be no less. We stayed here for two nights and loved it here. A special mention to our host- who was really a super host, provided us great hospitality and beyond. Kamal Ji helped us throughout our stay,and was available with his suggestions whenever we needed them. Highly appreciated. Recommended by us.
