Anand Villa is a gem located in the Shikargarh locality of Jodhpur. Neat and aesthetically decorated rooms with all necessities that you would need for a short or long stay. The cherry on top was the delicious food. We had the breakfast customized to our requirements and dinner prepared as per our choice of menu. Upon request laundry service and barber was also organized, that was very helpful. Thanks to the excellent hospitality of Mr. Yash Balani, who went extra mile to ensure we had a memorable time. I highly recommend Anand Villa for guests with own vehicle who intend to enjoy the hospitality and comfort during travel to Jodhpur.

Amazing stay here with Yash and his mom. They are amazing host. Yash has gone out of his way to assist and help us. His mom has amazing food! We really enjoyed our stay. We were provided with everything we needed. Place was very nice and clean. Location is also very good! Easy to get around from this location. Highly recommended if you are visiting Jodhpur.

My stayed was amazing. I was in a kind of Holliday-working time in Jodhpur, so it was perfect as the house is so well kept and the place is so quiet and nice, except by the singing peacocks which was a lovely concert to hear at night. Food was amazing, but for me the best part was to being welcome in the kitchen to learn some Rajasthani dishes cooking. Yash and Raju always ready for whatever is needed. Last but not least, Internet is quick.

Our stay in Anand villa was the best we could ever ask for. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 5.30am as our train was reaching at 5 am at jodhpur station. The rooms were neat and clean, The cook Raju was delightful, he never said no to anything we asked for. He used to do everything with the smiling face. Last but not the least every morning we used to encounter peacocks as they used to come near the villa. So guys do not think twice to book this property😀

Both the owner (Yash) and the caretaker (Raju) are very helpful and ensure all requirements are met. We loved the food made by Raju and were happy with the facilities. The Wifi here is a highlight, and offers high speed internet for those who want to also catch up on work. Recommended Villa stay option in Jodhpur. PS: The surroundings are a little dusty because of construction work, but it should become better in due course of time.

We were 12 people, a family. Everyone from kids to our grandparents loved Anand Villa. Its indeed a beautiful and calm place to stay in. Also, Yash is very helpful when it comes to transportation as well as food arrangements.Would definitely recommend this villa.:) Anand Villa is precious and well-maintained. Pictures on the internet don’t do justice to this place. Anand villa is a clean, spacious and a calming space. The host Yash, was very prompt to respond to our queries and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. He recommended some great off beat places, restaurants and helped us get great deals on tours and activities. Our cook at the villa was great as well and would definitely recommend people to try his local specialities. My friends and I had a great time at Anand villa and would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a homely and comfortable stay away from home.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The location of this place is amazing. It is in the city yet so quiet. The rooms and washroom were clean, the breakfast was amazing, the service is great. The staff ( Raju )tries their best to make your stay comfortable. Highly recommended

If you are in a family of four or a big group of 10-15, this is one of the nicest villa stays with 5 bedrooms, very clean, artistic paintings, and very clean bathrooms. They have good sit outs and living rooms. Host is amazing and helps you with all planning. Would recommend for a economical yet great stay in Jodhpur

We stayed at Anand Villa for 2nights during the Diwali Break. This home is located in an extremely peaceful place. The terrace is an amazing place where you can sit and enjoy with friends and family. Yash and his caretakers are extremely helping and polite. They make sure you are comfortable. We were extremely happy to be there. The kitchen chef at his place cooks great simple food. The food is extremely homely. Thank you Yash for your hospitality.

Anand Villa is everything you hope for when you leave your house and want to explore the new city! This beautiful villa is situated a little outside the city but is very accessible and reachable. We went down there for a family trip during the new years. Yash, the owner of the place, is an excellent host! The rooms are numbered as per the birthdays of the owner's family, and I found that very adorable. His belongingness towards his family makes him helpful and warm as a host. Yash made sure to visit and oversee the meal preparations. Raju bhaiya who is the caretaker of the place, is a wonderful cook! We stayed there for 3 nights and we were treated as a family member who came to visit the town! The house is impeccably clean and will remind you of the community living. The place has an instant familiarity and yet a sense of new in it. Anyone who is in town and want to have a close to home and yet have a private experience, should definitely plan their stay at Anand Villas.

We found Anand Villa on the website site with good reviews. The moment we spoke to Yash we found that he was very professional in handling things and that made us to book for a day. We were a group of 10 and from the moment we landed 🛬 to the stay at his villa for a day l everything was looked after spot on. The house and the rooms were quite spacious and it felt good to be there. Yash and Raju made the best home cooked meals and they also cooked according to the tastes of the kids. There was A birthday boy in the gang and Yash had arranged for a birthday cake as we wanted and made it a wonderful celebration. Kuddos to Yash and the whole team. Love staying at Anand Villa. It's on the outskirts of Jodhpur near army base camp so naturally the place is peaceful. You can see peacocks in the morning and evening. The care takers are really nice and the place feels like home. I would definitely come back
