Very Quiet, Drive-thru is quick sometimes a lil bit slow, very neat restuarant and has an outdoor eating area. Current Covid protocols are being observed, the drive slow is packed during load shedding. The self service POS are constantly disinfected, the service is fast

Service was shocking it was like they didn't want to be there and kept sending us back and forth. Meanwhile there was a robbery taking place outside. Beautiful facilities and so many seating by options but safety and service are an issue

Doughnuts were terrible, salty and not well made. The ice cream was good. The lady who took our order was friendly and helpful, the lady who gave us the ice cream and told us to wait on the side for our doughnuts was super friendly and polite. However after having parked on the side the lady who brought us the doughnuts was super unfriendly, she didn’t greet us back when we greeted her as she came by the window. The lady just dropped the Mcd bag through the window and walked away. All that is fine, maybe she was having a bad day. But what I’m really upset about was the salty doughnuts which were not nice, they had flour inside.

Too slow for a Drive-Thru...Staff is always chit chatting and service is pathetic. It's not my first coming to this place. I love McDonald's

This McD is very loud usually at night. They either play loud ama piano music or screaming at each other inside the shop. They also bypass the system because your order will appear under collect and when you go collect they tell you your order isn’t ready they just scanned it. I asked if they did this so that the system can read that the service was quick they said yes. And I asked if this means they’re lying because the service wasn’t that quick. They couldn’t answer. The food was fresh and nice and the portions were good.

The workers were really friendly she even suggested something that I could add on my meal which was amazing. The area is not the best. There are seats inside and out if you want to sit in.

These guys are always on top of their game! The service is great and quick. The food is yummy as well. And they'll keep throwing some jokes here and there, while you're busy shopping ☺️

The woman called Johanna is very rude and chicky😒😒can she not be put on the drive-thru becauseshe gets the orderd wrong all the time shes there.🤦‍♀️

My meal was bagged with a loose bag and as soon as I got out of the car it all fell down on the dirty ground. Drove back immediately and explained to the manager and she said I won't get a replacement. I spent R190 for this meal. First they said I was careless and that was why the bag loosened. If there was a means I would attach a video clip

I waited about 25 minutes on a ride thru at around 11pm Thursday 30 November 2023.i was over charged extra R39 on taxify due to waiting period....

What I like is the service they're very fast on orders

Service at the drive through was terrible, waited for approximately 5 minutes at the ordering station without anyone coming through to take the order (imagine the traffic after us!) until we decided to go to the next till point, where we got served. The food was terrible and it was not what we ordered! We noticed when we had left already. Unfortunately my husband had already thrown away the purchase slip. I am glad that the restaurant does go through customer satisfaction reviews and complains and rectify where necessary and possible! 3 days later, I did receive a follow up call on my complaint (COM-38E05-6D86D1) and I was compensated for the previous service received. Lindiwe attended the query and provided good and proper service thereafter. Thank you.

What inconvenience is all that you cannot work ,whilst eating. And there's no written communication regarding this information to us as customers and they rudely tell you that you cannot work on your laptop whilst Dining? What on God's World of Macdonald's is this, yet there's workspace that is never opened for customers. I'd give them a huge bombastic 0 ,if there was such a rating.

I like the place. The food was good and delicious, even waiting time was just less than five minutes. Excellent service.

The food was good but they were supposed to give me two barbecue sauces but they didn't put them . Also they didn't put tomato sauce for the chips so we ate them dry with my husband. I'm very much disappointed because this ain't the first time
