Dr Rakesh and the staff are amazing, I was at ease during the entire procedure. Dr made sure I was comfortable at all times and explained every step, all this while while listening to my favourite music. I received an email outlining the implant specifications which I found very informative and useful, followed by a call from Dr Rakesh this evening, checking whether I was okay after the procedure. I highly recommend Dr Rakesh.

A huge thanks to Dr Chandran and his friendly staff at Joburg Dental for restoring my teeth and gums. I had gingivitis and my teeth and gums were in a terrible state due to my neglect. They were restored to good health in a very professional manner at a reasonable cost. They also play great music while they work. 🦷👏

This is the best practice I've ever been to. I was referred to Dr Chandran by a previous specialist, from the first day I stepped into the practice, I was received with care, respect and a general warmth. Dr Chandran explained everything that he was doing so that there was transparency, he took care in how he handle my many questions and he clearly showed his passion in healing in his approach in getting me well. Not once did he make me panic or worry but instead he put my mind at ease and now I'm healed thanks to him and his amazing team. Without a doubt the best dental experience I have had. From the very first appointment, I felt at ease. The procedure was explained to me in detail so I was aware of what was happening and any possibly limitations. On the day of the procedure I was quite nervous but soon discovered there was no reason to be. After 45 minutes of listening to Taylor Swift (yes you get to choose the music) I was on my way home finally smiling with confidence! I don’t think I could ever thank Dr Chandran enough!

Dr Chandran and his team have been sent by the dental gods themselves to change our lives, and they are nailing it. Seriously. My introverted heart swelled with happiness when I realised I could fully liaise with the practice, Liz, and the other wonderful ladies at reception over WhatsApp. They respond to your queries in a nanosecond and are the friendliest people I have ever met! They may even have cured my depression from their kindness alone! Dr Chandran and his team have mastered what few other healthcare professionals have been able to… the art of being on time while still providing a holistic, professional, and caring service. The technology used in this practice is unparalleled, and Dr Chandran’s bedside (chairside?) manner is one a million. You can tell that he genuinely cares about you as a patient and your overall well-being. I had the same experience with Nicole when I required a dental cleaning. This team made me enjoy going to the dentist to have a fairly painful procedure done – which itself was a 5-star experience. Dr Chandran and his assistant, Meache, assured me throughout the entire procedure, and his calm demeanour put me at ease. I got to choose what music to listen to, the level of the aircon, if I wanted a pillow under my legs. It was *chef’s kiss* perfection. This is what it must feel like to be royalty. Or a Kardashian. Or both. This is genuinely a wonderful practice and professional team that I cannot recommend enough. The solid 5-star rating speaks for itself.
