What a pathetic service from this pathetic branch. I pay over R120 for half a burger and half a large fries. I had no time to go back to the store as I did a take-away and I only saw this pathetic burger 40mins later once I started eating and wondered why my burger was so small. A Mcfeast is a double patty burger and here, i just got one patty. Can't believe the pathetic service we get from this branch. Super unhappy with your service. If I could give you a 0 star I would've but unfortunately you get 1 star because Google doesn't allow me to give you 0

Ordered on Uber eats. Buns so stale they fall apart. Cold, stale, soggy fries. Happy meal missing the toy. My burger had a random cold piece of patty. Third time I've had issues with this place. No wonder everyone prefers Burger King now days.

It is ok, same as other Macdonald. There are more seat for customers to compare other Macdonald

This McDonald’s is a McCafe so they serve various coffee based drinks as well as fruit based drinks. There is also some baked goods available such as donuts, cakes and a few sandwiches. The self order system is great as it’s easy to use and you don’t have to interact with the staff and it saves on time. The food looked and tasted okay on this day. The most annoying thing about this store is that they don’t plan ahead to inform customers that the ice cream machine is not working, they don’t have stock of certain items, no ice in store or the card machine is not operational!!! You follow the line of cars in the drive thru only to get to the window and then to be told that there’s no an availability of what what what!!! The staff are known to be abrupt and disinterested at times! A sensible suggestion would be to put up a notice at the entrance of the drive thru or on the windows informing customers that they are having certain issues before we queue in line and waste our time as nice you are in the drive thru, you are unable to exit as there is a barrier preventing one to drive out!!

The slowest fast food ever!!! I have never been here and experienced quick service. Furthermore orders get mixed up. I would avoid at all costs unless you are desperate.

More expensive than other McDonald's in the area, always a holdup at the drive through, food not up to standard. Most of the time expect you to go park so their meter don't see you are waiting so long for your order. When asked just ignore and wait for your order at the window....sometimes it helps them to get their act together. Rather drive to Edenvale, good service and friendly staff....and cheaper as well.

Pathetic service. And food. By the comments/ reviews I can already see how useless you guys are. I've been buying for years with no mess ups and all of a sudden there are? And not once or twice a few times. But enough is enough. It's either you a cruel to your staff because it shows or your staff and management needs to all be replaced. No communication whatsoever. I'm disgusted. I mean we choose to eat your half dry food the least you can do is deliver or make up for that. How do you manage to give half a burger? Other places would replace the entire meal to retain customers but you guys are beyond stupid. I don't think I'll ever support this branch again and let alone tell everyone I know Not to go there. Useless and pathetic humans. I give you people 0/5

I’m really disappointed, I don’t even know why we go here to get a meal, we order a chicken share box and some of the items were beef, but these burger’s basically had a patty and some bread !!!

False advertising. Came to the window and saw the share box priced at R202 (as at the picture), but I was told that the price had increased to R219. 99. When I tried to contest it, Brenda consulted with her manager, who was very unhelpful in this situation, told me there was nothing they could do, the prices are fixed and couldn't be changed. That's a blatant violation of my consumer rights, I'm supposed to pay what I see. I opted for something else instead. After placing the order, I asked for extra chilli sauce on the side, and it was dispensed into the pictured container. Terrible service altogether!

I don’t normally do bad reviews but I have been disappointed by McDonalds Stoneridge too many times. They seem to be always out of stock on either ice cream, Oreo’s, chicken tenders, hot sauce and last night there were out of large cups. 🙃 For a very busy branch, they should be better prepared and more efficient with their stock management. Just my opinion.

The meal was okay the only thing that made me angry was the fries. I didn't want to go back but my heart was boiling with anger then I had to call the manager who assisted me with my problem and gave me another meal. What this lady did was wrong on top of that she tells me about the checking the footage as if I'm scared . Thanks again to their manager for her assistance but I just lost my appetite 😕
