My burger tasted really stale, but I thought it may have just been me imagining it. Ate half because that’s all I could get down. Spent the last 30mins violently throwing up and feeling incredibly ill. Last McD I have for a very, very long time.

They seem not to care about service I waited for the food for 20min on a drive thru, the dispatch even forgot my order, she came asked, dissappeared then later brought my order.

on one of the hottest days in the year no freezos no ice cream meduim orange juice 36 rand wow.....it was not fun experience no had nothing cold to offer on one of the hottest days of the year.

The staff were absolutely amazing. Excellent service and really friendly.

Found my favorite place crowded with a lot of school children at the parking lot, busy consuming alcohol and smoking weed and hubbly, dancing and shouting to music. The situation was chaotic and looked out of control. Even to park a car was a mission as the kids were all over the show. The food was great, and the service was still good even in that chaos. It completely spoiled the ambiance though.

Used my McDonald's app to order food, fortunately it was my lucky day because the second meal was literally free😆 used my phone to redeem the offer and paid R1 for the other meal 😝💃 Thank you McDonald's 🙌🏃🤸🏋️

The drive thru speed of service has slowed down tremendously over the years, I wonder what happened. Place is moderately busy at all times though

I really miss all the nice relaxing atmosphere... All the McDonald's sounds like shebeen's these days... Everyone is screaming to change orders and everyone talking so loud around you. Maybe it's all just Africa culture? * The Service are very Good and the Food are amazing... the problem is the Noise, shouting from far to change and update orders... that's really not normal.

The food is good, but it is extremely annoying to be consistently taken out of the drive through to wait in the parking area for food. You go to a drive through for FAST food and yet we consistenly wait 15+ minutes. When you get to the window where you get your food they just chase you away to wait in the parking area and then 99% of the time they bring the wrong order to you. This is very frustrating and wastes a lot of time. Keep the drive through a drive through, not a park and wait.

They have to limit salt on their food otherwise everything is perfect

Service is quick but the burgers have become very small and not enough sauce making it bit dry to eat.

The food quality was consistent which is great but we were chased away after dining for 30 minutes which was frustrating because I don’t know this to be a consistent throughout all McDonalds. They have now put up signage for this now.

Went to order 16 big mac meals. Took the drive through as mcdonalds offers a drive through option. I was told to come inside and place my order. So I asked whats the point of a drive through if you going to tell me to come inside. Anyway I refused and placed my order at the drive through. When I reached the collection window, I was asked to park. Again I refused because I chose the drive through option and 16 big macs is not a big order. This is mcdonalds who prides themselves on providing quick meals. The disturbing part came when other customers started screaming and swearing me for ordering 16 big macs. Which means mcD staff were telling the other drive through customers what inhad ordered. I am extremely disappointed at the service I received from such a huge franchise company. Fyi. Mcd was not busy at the time I was there. I was told by the manager that they only have 2 staff working. But I saw about 6 mcd staff come to the window to see me. NO ACCOUNTABILITY IS A NORM THESE DAYS

De self service printing machine was not printing i did know my order after a made a payme worse no sign to say no paper

Drive thru the best but dining in is stressful bcoz of lack of efficient customer service.

Best reception I have ever received at a McDonald's restaurant. Quick and friendly very respectful staff and hosts.

Visited in the evening over the weekend. Service was quick and efficient. Staff were friendly. Toilets were clean and well kept.

Always has good service. This one primarily uses self service machines. Food is always prepared nice and fast. Has a nice outside seating area too.

Terrible service. The longest I waited for 2 burgers, fries and a cooldrink. Waited 20 minutes and only 1 burger. They forgot to add my other burger. Very disappointing. Order no:3259

I go there more than 3times a week and when ever I order jalapeno its never in my food and I always go through drive thro so u can imagine when i get to work ready to eat am missing my sauce its irritating

The awning above the drive through, where you place your order, is broken. This is not really a problem unless it is raining. I reported this to the manager on duty at the time and over a month later it still has not been fixed. The staff are always friendly. Double check you order before you leave as every now and then either something is missing or incorrect.

Just ordered fries, something is wrong with your oil, it leaves strange texture in the mouth. It's unfortunate cos McDonald's has always been any fries to me

Drive through on a hot day,you shouldn't have to wait more than 5mins for your oder.
