I am very disappointed with the quality of the food . My spicy Mcfeast delux was dry and the chips was not salted properly. And the a Grand chicken spicy was just thrown into the box as if you’re feeding it to a dog! This is not right…

Great experience, Food remains up to Macdonalds standards.We enjoy it very much .Food was quick on delivery ,place neat and tidy.Aircon needs to be checked. Staff were dealing with quite warm temperature conditions.Im loving it.

If you remember what McDonalds is.."fast food", then you can consider the branch and value for money to be worth it. The premises has a beautifully kept garden bed, and enough parking. The drive through was lightning fast in and out, and food was enjoyable, much better than the branch near me. Their chips are also better than other fast food franchises, as its crispy and not starchy.

Yaah restaurants can do eggs but i never tasted eggs like the ones at McDonald Bruma lake, i ate good breakfast there it was traditional breakfast it's was so wonderful and the cappuccino was made with lots of luv. The waitress was so professional we even thanked her

The lady in drive thru was rude And the chill cheese fries had lot of mayo, didn't enjoy at all

They initially got my drive-thru order incorrect, but were very helpful when I went inside to correct that mistake. Easily gave me my new order.

Had very hot and well brewed coffee. The place is very stunning and social distancing is practiced to the T. It's worth a visit.

I had a brief visit to McDonald's Bruma. I think it must be the most relaxed and chilled McD's I've ever visited. Also very professional. Perhaps this could be because I visited during the week and it was not so busy. But what I mean is, compared to other McDonald's around South Africa, they are usually very busy with a hustle and bustle because McD's is a popular restaurant and very affordable. So it makes sense why it would be so busy. But this one was, also relatively busy, but it did not have that noise and distraction that comes from most fast food restaurants. I like the music they played and I also liked the interior design of the restaurant. Only downside? There were flies flying around, so I had to wave them away from me and my table.

Been going here for years never had an issue of any sort, the one mac Donald's that never had a problem with the ice cream machine drive thru is quick 90% of the time other times there is a 2 min delay but nothing to kick up a fuss about

Worst McDonald's I've ever had. They left out my extra patty. The extra cheese was in a chip packet and had to add it myself. The nuggets were hard like cardboard and the burger did not taste good at all.

The point of system for the self service offering is faulty. I had remdeemed a deal from my McDonald’s App but when I had informed the manager about it she had insisted the wait be 2 hours before the item can be provided. The manager (Phindile) was nonchalant and brushed the issue off. Customer service at this branch is pathetic.

Everything was fine but service was very slow, they attend drive through more than sit inn. Stuff doesn't even smile they are very serious.

I claimed my order and 2 transactions went through on the app and they could see it. They refused to give me the order because the ordering machine is not working. I was only informed after ordering. I redeemed 6500 points on mcfeast spicy and boere something for 3000. They refuse to entertain my order even though they could see the transaction on the app.

The staff is very friendly and and helpful. The service is great, they have the freshest food

Drove through is regularly pathetically slow even when there’s only a few cars in the queue. Ice-Cream machine regularly not working. Chose to walk in tonight because the drive through was so ridiculously slow. But inside just as slow and disinterested service, explains the drive through issue. Waited more than 5 minutes for staff member to appear at the counter so I could pay. Just left and went to KFC.

Hope the lady who is taking order by Drive -Thru Can be more friendly! And ask customer nicely ！

Rude staff especially a lady called Busisiwe, went there on the 15th of September 2023, after just after 15:30. This lady was extremely rude, she needs some seriously training on customer service. Also the McDonald’s does not cater for the Mc D app offers. They focus more on drive through customers more than the walk ins. Orders are always incorrect or missing something. I am truly disappointed and forced to go to eastgate mall when I need food.

Service always a 10/10. Food well prepared, no boerie hash brown like theirs. Always recommend. Buntu is my go to, always professional and friendly. Happy client over here!!!

They want you to use the self-service points, but these have no printer paper on the morning I was there. Also, having to wait 10 minutes for what is coined as 'fast-food' is an absolute joke.

I was disappointed with my experience at McDonald's as the opening hours on Google Maps were not accurate. The management's apparent disregard for adhering to posted times left me frustrated and questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Poorly trained staff. Ordered a double boerie burger and watermelon.which is my favorite. I have had it for years. They brought me one with an egg n I don't like eggs, I told them I don't want eggs . They pretended to take it and fix my order went behind came back with the same burgers with soiled wrapping. there was a single patty in it.They merely went and removed the egg , was so irritated. I told the manager who was of no use to the situation. So I left them with their burgers and drove back to midrand where customers orders mean something. Ruined by entire day not to mention that I had paid for something I did not eat or get . Disgraceful

Does not open at 7am , the boxes are still in front of the entrance unable to enter. Ridiculous to open after 7 when we have to get to work and Mc D suppose to be a convenient breakfast. Staff only starts coming in after 7. This is terrible terrible service.

Typical Mcdonald's dare and decoration. Food was what you would expect from them. The staff we did interact with were friendly. All in all a decent enough experience overall

My local "McDeez" drive-through for late morning starts and having to chomp down breakfast on route to work🥤🍳🍔 👌🏾 😋 I do dine in when it comes to having to find a quiet place to work as well as try out the new burger deals on promotion since this location is a McCafe. So I feel like I'm spoilt for choice.

It was a great experience visiting this newly revamped store. There are self-service terminals which are quick and easy to use. There was fast and friendly service to get the food.

My family and I, place one huge burger order with nuggets. When we arrived at home we realized there was no sauce for any of the nuggets. All of the burgers that were Cajun had no Cajun sauce. #dryexperience #literally

The price on the advert for the quarter pounder and the price at the pay point is 2 different prices, the cashiers just says sorry and takes the extra R2.80 or so. This is false advertising and ill Never go there agajn.

I'm happy that the last couple times I've been to McDs they have had working ice cream machines. Quick service and no issues

Rather useless Mcd’s. You make your way over to the store to get an app deal only to arrive at the store and the screens are forever ‘OFFLINE’ meaning you wasted a trip! Also food is marked ‘ready’ to collect at the counter. When you arrive to collect ‘sorry we are still waiting’ for something..?

Terrible experience. Ordered a double cheeseburger on ubereats and received a single cheeseburger. Tried calling the store to resolve but no answer. This is not how you treat your valued customers.

Very accommodating on a complex large order. Coffee was perfectly brewed. Apple pies were delicious with icecream on such a cold night.

Horrible service, rude uninformed staff. They knew almost nothing about how the McDonald's app worked. We decided to use our points on the app to order Mcflurrys and they messed it up royally eventually giving up and giving us the Mcflurrys off the books without a receipt but the points had already come off our app. The McDonald's franchisor should retrain their staff and then test them to find out if they actually learned anything. Won't be going back there again.

Very rude stuff. Specially the Andile girl has an attitude. And the manager on duty today useless man. All they do is gossip in the kitchen and not serve customers. Andile is problem

Poorest service and the staff seems confused. Received incomplete order after waiting for more than 25 minutes. I almost lost my Job just because of waiting for an incomplete meal. My boss was upset as I was very late getting back to work. Won't see me in this place again, I wish I can have my 1 star back. This place doesn't deserve even a single star.
