    The service I received from Mc Donald's Park Town is appalling. I visited this branch yesterday morning (02/03/2022) with a friend before going to work, ordered the egg muffin breakfast meal and one egg muffin alone, a small chips and a cappuccino. I was served with egg muffins which were rotten. How would you feel? The fact that this could be served leads me to believe that staff are not conducting quality checks before handing out or even frying or preparing meals. Management, how is this store being run when you're serving rotten food? I believe the health department should intervene. Poor service!!!!! Does this store not check and ensure that all food coming into the store is checked and expiry dates verified? If I had consumed these muffins and got sick, was this store going to pay for my health? If I landed with food poisoning and died, were they going to be held accountable for this?? To add to this disappointment when I called to lodge a complaint with this store nobody answered!! Is this the way to start one's day? I think it would be better that this store take down their contact number from Google because clearly, it's pointless trying to reach them because NOBODY ANSWERS. Store manager, please note that I am having your store reported via the necessary channels.

    They were not good at all. I ordered spicy Mcfeast with no ice coke. They gave me the opposite even after the waiter asked for my receipt at a driveway. I tried calling their land line after realizing that my order was ŵrong. The line was always engaged. They were unprofessional, talking amongst each other while serving me. I even returned my coke after they gave me iced one. Burger was wrong....not happy at all. It was on the 27/12/2022

    Utterly disgusted by the service and the appearance of the food... The bun was not fresh and we had returned not one but 2 meals and were given "fresh" ones but just to find that it's also not fresh... Staff not friendly, were laughing at the fact that we were complaining abt the food

    I had the most unpleasant experience. I distinctly told the lady taking my order not to include Any Mayonnaise or sauces. I later found mayonnaise on my burger. I am allergic to it. I tried calling: they do not answer the phone. I logged a complaint online. I then went back after 4 days. The service from the manager was very distateful. She was rude and impolite. I asked for the area manager name which she refused to provide. She replaced the meal, but damn, it was literally thrown together. Very bad, this ruins the fresh food quality of MCDonalds. Also, Service levels at this store are poor, even when the store is not busy. I will not go back. There are many chicken outlets which have better service with good fresh food.

    My experience was honestly great. We had a large order and the staff took it on without complaint or anything negative, they just seemed happy to be of service. Great prices and location. A definite must go-to for school trips or larger trips. We waited for less than an hour for 41 burgers without ordering ahead and they made it happen. The manager and staff are truly one of a kind. Keep up the good work!

    I ordered a spicy grand chicken and first of all it was burnt, so subsequently it was very dry, didn’t taste like it was even seasoned at all! The bun was fresh though and the lettuce and the tomato, but I definitely didn’t enjoy this burger!

    Terrible service. The staff are useless and rude. They got the order wrong then when asked to please fix it, they argued about it. Will never come here again.

    Good customer service. The beef patty didn't taste like the ones I normally have from other McDonald's – McDonald's needs to work on standardising the quality/taste of their products.

    Worst McDonald's ive ever been too. Had to repeat my order 3 times. Then at the collection window they gave the order incorrect. And the guy at window wants to argue with me that its right. Wont be back.

    SCAMMERS A number of issues with this chain; 1. They have extremely slow service, it can take nearly 30 minutes to get your food outside of the busy hours they experience. 2. The manager has been asking people for their apps under the guise that she needs to inspect your app for her own survey. In actual fact, she is manipulating the stats behind the store's performance by answering the in-app survey for you and making it seem that they have perfect service delivery. This is so misleading and fraudulent. 3. A lot of their products run out very quickly, they never have corn or certain drinks available making it frustrating when you use their drive-thru. Rather avoid them altogether. Terrible drive-thru. UPDATE: After they sent me a link to escalate the complaint for investigation, McDonald’s has done nothing about it. Instead, the branch itself contacted me allowing them to do as they please with my private information incl. my cellphone number given in confidence on the form I had to fill in.

    The staff are very friendly and eager to help any new patrons. In the event that things go awry, the staff first informs you then checks with you if the solutions they came up with are to your liking before taking action. They also follow up on whether or not you enjoyed your meal. The only reason I gave 3 stars for atmosphere is because I usually go there to be alone so I'm not too mindful of my surroundings

    They forgot about our order, and when we enquired, they had to rush our order as we had been waiting over 30mins already for our meals. When we told them about missing items and asked for a simple straw, the staff member assisting us had an attitude towards us. I spoke to the manager who said the crew member who was rude would come and apologize, she did but with "I was in a hurry excuse".

    I highly recommend checking your order after they give it to you at the drive through. Sometimes they forget to put chips or extra things that you order on the side. Just check if you have everything. Otherwise it's a good and functional McDonald's.

    Mcdonalds should not advertise items they don't have. After placing my order and waiting in a queue to pay, I get told by a rather unfriendly cashier that the cheese and tomato sandwich is not available. I hope and pray that one day in the not too distant future we can get service right in our country.

    I ordered food here via Mr D and they replaced one of my items for something that cost less w/o consulting me. I was not gonna write this review but then after biting into their chicken big mac I found a a bone in there. It's really confusing considering that they don't have any bone related meat in their menu. Disgusting.

    The service was terribly slow, waiting an hour at a fast food restuarant defeats the point of going to a fast food restuarant. I'd recommend additional lunch time staff to handle capacity or restricting the amount of orders taken. By the time we received our food it was cold and had been sitting. We had to ask for tomato sachets as well as serviettes. A whole mess. If you do decide to go, go before or after lunch.

    Ordered Boerie breakfast for a sit in around 9:35 at 9:57 I was still waiting for my order, stood up and went to the counter and only then they started preparing my order, a simple Boerie breakfast. Staff really not mindful of sit - in customers. Not even an apology for the delay they just went on like what they just did was the norm. Slowest service I've ever received at a McDonald's and to make it worse I was the only sit-in customer and it is definitely a quiet Saturday morning but still they failed to deliver.

    McDonald's Parktown Drive Thru - tried to buy breakfast 28 May 2022. No breakfast available. Bought a boerie meal instead. Waited 15 minutes at collections window. The lady came after 15 minutes and gave the incorrect cold drink. When we informed her , she was so rude and closed the window. After another 5 minutes, so brought the order. When we spoke to her about her customers service. All we received was an attitude. The other employees inside playing on phones having a good time. Last month at the same store we waited 45 minutes for our meal and when complaining to the manager we were treated as nothing. You are no running a spaza shop. Next time I will record and expose.

    The worst experience... we ordered a breakfast meL at 10h16...waited till 10h50 for it..when I went to get the order, I was told that hey don't serve breakfast anymore..it ended at 10h30.. I told the counter lady that I ordered as 10h16 as was shown on my slip..but the kitchen staff refused to make the breakfast meal. We were then asked to choose an alternative and then had to wait for another 10 min for that meal. When we got the meal it was cold. Alot of other people also waited for their meals for more than 30 min.

    Loved the service here. Eventhough the were lot of orders but a specific lady who looks like she is the manager took it upon herself to managed and expidite our order since I was with my 4 year old autistic son. Thank you for the service ❤😁

    Slow service in the drive thru… Maybe its an exceptional one but nevertheless they got our order wrong… never got the count for our burgers… and got real cokes instead of the coke zeros (might seem petty but we had one diabetic prone person in the car)

    They changed their packaging, for their burgers.... 1. They've decreased the burger box,(packaging) and 2. Therefore, the size, the circumference and height, of the actual burger. Not, the obvious...small, medium and/or large. Example, if you order a large, 'Big Mac,' the actual size, of the, 'Big Mac,' is definately smaller. Even if it's 8%,...it's smaller. 3. The unit price, on the burgers, has increased, but because of the smaller packaging, of the burgers, their, circumstance and nett weight and height, without the packaging, only the burger, has decreased. I would imagine, that few people notice this, but the result is, that you're getting a smaller burger. You're actually, paying more, but recieving less value, for your monies.

    I ordered a foldover meal (no chilli) but I was given a hot foldover. On top of that I had mouth ulcers so the chilli spice messed me up. I went back and they changed it.

    They are always short of something. Today it is the third time they don't have cold drinks but powerades energy drinks, who serves their burgers with energy drinks?. That's weird. Whoever is in charge of the place must improve.

    Terrible drive-through experience... waited almost half an hour to pay for my order ( the drive-through was not busy) with no apology / explanation for the delay and an employee (Ashley) who doesn't have the courtesy to greet and got my order wrong. Absolutely poor service!

    I waited for about 40 minutes in the drive thru and I had to go inside to wait more for my order. Only for them to give me a wrong order at the end. I didn't check my order there bcoz I had been waiting for long. The service is poor. It seems like the staff was fighting or something. This happened with the staff on duty when I visited there around 20h00 till 21h40.

    My car’s battery died suddenly died suddenly in the drive thru. My family And I were surprised to find that the personnel working on the premises were more than happy to assist in helping us. Not only did they go above and beyond in helping us, one of the personnel Mr. Phillip drove my daughter around to help us attain a new battery as well has took her to withdraw money to pay for the battery. My family would love to send special thanks to Mr. Phillip for his gracious help as well as Mr. Lucas for helping us reinstall the new battery as well as all personnel on the premises for how well they took this situation . I personally believe all the personnel deserve a raise and specially the staff highlighted earlier on. With Gods Grace we stumbled upon this amazing staff. God bless all of them and help them rise out of any situation they are in🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾
