I loved the mall better when there was a food lovers market, but with the inclusion of Woolworths food as one of the grocery anchors, the shoppers' needs are still met. Safety is not an issue whether you come driving or on foot.

Easy access, lots of parking and all COVID protocols in place. Has most shops u need and parking is free!

I quite surprised that is called a mall with a minimum stores, a lot of known retail stores and restaurants are not there even though there is a lot of free and awailated stores to rent but overall it is very clean and neat,, even their toilets are 👌 spotless. Not too many shops but you can get almost everything you need from food, clothing, a restaurant, and gym wear. The parking is also spacious and there’s a Builders Warehouse nearby. However, management needs to find a solution with the power cuts. I was once stuck in the elevator with other shoppers for about 25minutes. It’s sad to say that one of the people in the elevator collapsed. What was even more scary is that they don’t have a way to open the doors so you just have to sit and wait - and pray that you don’t collapse or die.

Doesnt live up to its full potential.. This mall has the banks, pik n pay, dischem, mugg n bean, burger king, food lovers, builders and a salon. Thats about it.. Your options are limited, this is mall you run errands at and go home, theres nothing special going on here and that is a shame. Guards there are aggressive if u pull into the disabled and special needs parking zone which is unmarked. This mall is however way better than balfour as there are more recognisable brand stores and its in better condition.

Quick and convenient. Needed to get clothes for my 9 yr old daughter. Went into Pick n Pay to the clothing section. Found what we were looking for and even got to try them on. Paid for them and my daughter was very happy with the outcome.

Clippers hairdressing salon and Sorbet, worth a visit. Sorbet recently upgraded but sadly not a great success. Floor plan overcrowded. Staff and customers have to walk sideways to get passed furniture or each other. Friendly staff. Hypermarket okay, if you are at the mall. Friendly and pleasant floor manager today. So unusual I remember the interaction.

Nice mall. A little quiet here. If this is the norm, I would easily shop here until the 2nd wave is over.

Norwood mall is another mall like all the others in South Africa... owned by the ultra rich, exploiting retail workers, providing low cost unsustainable products. It has Dischem, Pick n Pay, Clicks, Pep Home, Mr Price, Food Lovers and several smaller chains. One wonders whether we will just keep replicating this model of massive malls killing local business. We have to somehow imagine and create alternative, sustainable just economies in our cities if we hope to deal with extreme poverty and inequality.

I had a nice time in this restaurant. Offers both outdoor and indoor dinning, a selection of great dishes, everything was impressive for me especially the buttomless specials. Service was prompt too. Lovely smiling staff, they deserve a good tip. I highly recommend this family restaurant.

My favourite shopping centre! Get in & get out😋 offering all the essentials. Great Pick n Pay where you can get EVERYTHING you need. Lovely Mugg n Bean with a smoking section outside. There is an incredibly talented artist who has a pop up shop near Kodak, make sure to check him out!

The mall isn't too big. It's safe and clean. Has plenty of parking with Burger King drive thru. Has all ATMs in one floor. Has Pick 'n Pay Hyper, Pharmacies, Woolworths Cafe, Food Lovers, A Pet Store and many more. Everything is Wheelchair Accessible.

place is always clean place feels clean and the security is visible. all shops (excluding the cellphone repairs shop) have honest decent service from staff. The cellphone repairs shop is full of sneaky shop owners trying to rip off customers on their cellphone repairs. center management must do something about this

Essentially useful for those who reside around Louis Botha, Orange grove and Norwood. Neat, central and has the main shops for all family needs. Wish they could have a game center and use the space next to it as a family center with. Occasional function to entertain those residing around.

Surprisingly, I am shocked why it is called a Mall (I think I need to do my research on a mall's requirements). The mall seems to have a limited number of stores which can be advantageous if you need to leave quickly, disadvantageous because of limited options.

This was my first time at this mall and was pleasantly surprised at how modern it was inside. Definitely a local mall, well maintained with decent restaurants. Pick n Pay and Woolworths, Dischem, Crazy store, with a Mug 'n Bean. Food lovers market also here

It’s small enough not to have lots of people around, big enough to find everything you need on a daily basis. The exact opposite of the mall of Africa in midrand.

Super shopping centre where you can get almost anything from sim cards to biltong. Really like the food lovers here as they have everything I need for the monthly shopping and regular specials on the basics like biscuits wine and cheese 😎

Compact mall . I use Pick and Pay , DisChem the Vodashop, Nedbank , Readers Warehouse, The Corner Cafe , Woolworth's , Food Lovers Market and browse through other shops in the mall. Restrooms are clean as is the common areas. Pleasant enough experience. Highly recommended if you are looking for quick shopping experiences. Plenty parking free at the moment due to COVID19.

This mall has most of the big stores and banks. It is a one stop centre for most of your needs with adequate parking. It seems a reasonably safe centre to shop. It has a pleasant atmosphere.

Norwood Mall is one of my favorite malls having a Pick n Pay Hyper, Woolworths, Dischem, Food Lover's Market, Mug and Bean and many other great stores. It also has safe parking. I've enjoyed my shopping experiences at Norwood Mall thus far.

Norwood mall is a lovely shopping mall. Parking is a pleasure. Saturday mornings are the best time to do your shopping as there is very little activity. Fridays are very busy. Generally a pleasant experience. Be prepared for a bit of a walk of you're going from Food Lovers to Dischem... good exercise though and there are benches for those who might need a little rest... toilets are always immaculately cleaned.

What ever you need you will find it all here. Great PnP and all the other shops in the same centre makes shopping pleasurable and convenient

It's amazing mall since I moved in Norwood January this is my 3rd visit to the mall but yesterday I had time of my life checking it out I absolutely love it I will be the regular in this place it's cool in and our shopping as I hate long ques....so its just what I always want when I get to the mall

I like this mall because it's spacious and always neat. There is a good variety of shops, so it's like your all in one kind where you can get almost everything inside the mall from household essentials, clothing, groceries... You name it.

Mr price staff they are not professional at all... I was looking for a specific thing I had an SKU code... I couldn't find it asked 1 of the staff member she said" we had it was here now I don't know where they put it & the person working in this department she is off"...

Had the misfortune of going to this shopping centre. I saw this shop called Panda full of clothes. I went into the shop and bought three tops. I asked the sales lady if I could return the clothes if they did not fit. She said yes . Two of the tops did not fit so I returned to the shop . The sales lady would not return my money. A huge argument ensued. After I called the Centre Management and a lot of performing I was given the refund. While I was in the shop I noticed a lot of counterfeit goods been sold too. The manager of the Centre named Steven handled the episode very well. These Chinese shop owners should be forced to follow the law in regard to return policies. I also went to Mug and Bean. The food was very good. Norwood Mall used to be a lovely shopping centre. Not so anymore . I will not go there again.

One of my favourite malls l love it here it's not crowded.

Is a nice and clean mall. Full of space and lights, the only challenge that I faced was with fast food stores there's not a variety to choose from and all the famous restaurants are not there like your debonairs pizza, kfc and so on. The only meal that I enjoyed there was burger King. Overall the customer service received at some of the service provides that they have was exceptional or even outstanding because it was the best service I ever got from the two places I visited which was capitec bank and Telkom mobile store. The people who work there are so friendly and welcoming, they made me feel like a valued customer and I would definitely suggest that my friends and relatives should go there if ever they might need assistance with service delivery. 😊 but they have to drive though because there is no taxi rank at the mall or near the mall so is either you request a ride or you have you car ready foe visiting this small yet amazing mall.

The moment I got in to the mall there was an incident with a guy who took something from an old woman, I'd advice people to hang on a little tight to their belongings. Security guards are helpful and alert.

Simply a great mall. Free under cover parking, exceptionally clean with great shops and bathroom facilities. Also excellent eating places.

Disappointing. Some shops have closed down so sadly 😞 this makes for a mall not in full function. Seattle closed its doors, and we're coffee drinkers! I hope matters improve soon.

Had a very negative experience with The Repair Desk at this mall. They did not repair my phone properly. Their after sale service is non -existent ( very rude) and they do not guarantee their work, which I only found out later. Surely customers should be told this before they pay for an expensive repair which may not work. Want to warn others to be careful. Have also posted on Hello Peter.

Great mall. Not too busy, and a good selection of shops. They have clicks and dischem. And the pnp is a hyper store. Very clean and you get a general feeling of safety.

The shops are nice and friendly staff. Aircon in shopping centre not working and bathrooms looks like they have not been cleaned in a week.

I visited P N PAY. The manager, very very calmly exchanged the faulty mosquito spray although I did not produce a cash sales receipt. The woman at customer care was abrupt, rude, unwilling to help,just tried to fob me off.

Nice place for quiet and peaceful Shopping... Clean little Mall with huge pick n pay store. Spec saver at this Mall is the Best very friendly optometrist and staff.

Love the mall, especially the Readers Warehouse. Other that the rude Jews of the mall and area, it's a great place.

This place has a special place in my heart. As a child I would push trolleys here to earn money to buy things for school and my family. I learnt valuable lessons doing this. It was a PnP with satellite shops. Now it has almost everything I need

Went In to buy my daughter her birthday present. Got it at Pic n Pay hyper, after I had looked for it at Crazy store without success. Love the variety of shops available which means you can get most stuff you need without leaving the mall. Also, the mall is always less crowded which I absolutely love.

Pic n Pay -Good warehouse with everything. Food section is never the best as they don't fresh variety to attract one. We still need a Food Lovers shop.

This used to be a great mall, however, not the same anymore.. Many shops have closed like Food Lovers Market & Dealz closing soon. Also there seems to be a criminal element of Pickpocketers specifically targeting pnp shoppers. Had a very real experience with the theft of a cellphone. Not one of my favourite malls any more.

Picknpay staff needs service training urgently. Everyone is so rude. Mr Price clothing is even worse starting from the supervisor herself. Very nice convenient mall but very poor service
