    The most terrible experience and unsafe place to go . My husband and myself went to the KFC last night where in less than 1 hour our car was broken into and there was no guards around to assist. My belongings were stolen . Furthermore no one from KFC assisted us further and there is no proper lighting the camera was so dark I don't see the point in having one for the safety of people . This supposed to be a 24 hour franchise and the drive through is always so full in order to get a meal it was just easier to go in but little did we know we would face such a traumatic experience..I'm definitely not going back and urge people to either stay away from that area or only go there is there is a proper security system in place ...worst experience ever !!!!

    Customer service at this KFC is shocking, when asking for assistance, if you are not flat out ignored you're given attitude. Staff need training in how to speak to a customer.

    Tonight waited well over an hour in the drive through. Got to the pay window waited there for close to 30 minutes to only be told to go to the next window as they have closed the normal pay one. No signage, noticed several employees walking past that window ignoring us. Why can't your staff notify the customers asked for the manager she brushed it off and said the window is closed. On top of it food was ice cold when we got it, my double crunch burger was zinger fillers and not the actual crunch burger fillers.

    NO TOMATO SAUCE SACHETS/ORDER INCORRECT. TOO MUCH EMPHASIS ON THE DRIVE THROUGH VS THE FRONT STORE. DEFINITELY NOTHING LIKE KFC DOWERGLEN WHICH YOU NEED TO STAY AWAY COMPLETELY FROM!!. BUT NEEDS SOME WORK FOR A LONG ESTABLISHED KFC .

    KFC is a good place for good food but tonight I got locked out by the security guy and I came at 21h45 but I was told that their won't open for me I felt like my money was useless just because I came with no car and the door is written that you close at 22h00 plz just follow ur rules and treat us equally

    I have never had a successful order at this kfc.. It's the 3rd time coming to get food here after a long day at work.. I knocked off at 11pm and want to treat myself and once again I had to leave the line because of the extremely slow service.. 45min in the drivethru and moved only 3 spaces.. C'mon guy's!!! I highly recommend you not waste your time and just grab a bite at McDonald's down the road.. Service within 15min EVERYTIME!! SLOW FOOD MORE THAN FAST FOOD..

    This is the first kfc I'd describe as.. bland. Mash and gravy is lumpy and almost chewy (how?).. zinger burger patty is half the size of the bun .. and did you guys maybe run out of sauce 🤔because there's only like two drops of it in my burger.. not even gonna comment on the chips 😒 because Shem. I gave two stars, just because the staff deserve credit.. they're friendly.. but I'm paying for food not friends.. Super disappointing KFC branch.

    The staff are friendly enough but the drive though was extremely slow.... It was at about 11 pm and there were only say 5 vehicles in front of me and it took just over 50 minutes so we were left starving 😂 other than that, the food was really good.

    Disgusting, appalling and unprofessional service. I ordered for delivery on the KFC website only to be informed that the "driver had cancelled the order" while it was on the way!! It's been almost 2 weeks of calling and emailing and I have heard absolutely nothing! No refund and no explanation.

    I ordered a wrapsta box with a buddy and regretted it I wanted my money as I did not even eat the food, the wrapsta had no meat it was only crust when I bit into it I almost broke my tooth it was so old, hard and tasted disgusting and the fries were the worst ever old and cold. I don’t advice anyone to buy anything here again.

    This KFC is incompetent. The staff do not know how to communicate properly and always mess up the order when I go there. This isn't even a recent thing, this KFC has been so severely subpar for the past 10 years. My experience today has brought me here. The drive through is meant to be a quick way to purchase food when you're in a hurry. Hence the word DRIVE-through. It is meant as a quick alternative to purchasing from within the store. This KFC has created a park-through system today (and many other days) because they ran out of their main seller - chicken. How do you expect people to wait 30 minutes just because you guys were too incompetent to keep suffiencient stock? This is a result of poor management and incompetent staff. It is pathetic. I suggest that people rather go to the McDonald's down the road past Leroy Merlin or to the Nandos around the corner instead.

    Coming here at night is probably not a good idea. Service is super slow and there is little to no communication to customers. I wish this was just isolated but it’s a trend. Whether you go in or use the drive thru. Not a good experience

    Absolutely terrible! My toddler ate the smash and gravy she had a few bites and didn't want to eat anymore. I tasted it and it tasted like melted plastic. My toddler threw up the whole night and the next morning. I suspect it is food poisoning. You better sort out your shop. This is unacceptable.

    Ordered a delivery special and another meal. Yes, the meal. Waited almost 2 hours, just for them to deliver the burgers, and the wrap only. When I tried to cancel, I was told to contact customer care. Order was rectified by Tebogo when I came in to the store. But will never use this branch again.

    The second time now that i order online, and they just dont bother sending the full order. The first time the manager tried to make the situation better and he apologized. Today the manager has no sympathy that they screwed up my order and has no care that i will be leaving a bad review. Extremely unprofessional and a waste of my time. Deleting the app and will no longer support this branch.!!!! Took them a whole 30 minutes to rectify the order at the expense of my time and the drivers fuel with no compensation to the driver for having to drive up and down! Totally pathetic.

    Dining , Breakfast or just some Lunch at this place is refreshing . Most friendly stuff one could ask for even if provoked by woke customers . The management is just hands in and the whole teams keeps surprising with the sense of urgency involved . Forever grateful even with the fact that this is a 24 Hours spot and will help dudes and families alike in the area.

    Very poor and disappointing drive thru experience. Third time in 2 weeks with the same experience. I waited in a long, slow queue to get to the order point to place my order for the 24 wings bucket. I get told there aren't wings available. I speak to the manager, to express my frustration of waiting in such a long slow, queue for the 3rd time in 2 weeks, he tells me that it's not the branch that doesn't have stock, it's the supplier. And if I want wings, I must come on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays when they receive deliveries. This happened on a Wednesday. I questioned his statement. Then he says, we have wings but it's frozen and we can't make you sick by cooking frozen wings. Every response was such joke! Then he tells me to call the head office and complain so this issue could change because head office does not listen to the store managers about their customer issues. What poor management, service and running of the store and drive thru!
