Nice place to chill and kick it... Service needs work to be 5 star

The lady by the name of Angie gave me the best service ever! 🙌🏽 She went the extra mile to assist me. She was dedicated to making sure that I'm a satisfied customer. And I was/am. We need more people like Angie serving the mass. I wish her management could see this message!

The burger bun tasted old it stuck to the box. I didn’t get the dip sauce I ordered which was jalapeño instead delivered sweet and sour which was tasteless. Somehow the ketchup pack was already open. The assembly of the burger was just shamefully put together overall the worst McD experience I’m starting to remember why I stopped eating this nonsense for 2 years.. I thought I’d give you one last chance and I regret it 😡

The service here was quick. We took 8 kids plus 4 adults and within minutes of us sitting down, they were serving our food already. The new litchi mcfizz😍😍 took it home and added an adult spirit 🙈

This McDonald's has 5% of their staff working with day to day customers and 95% working on online orders. Yes the goal is to attract more business but not at the expense of face to face customers... Hire more staff! It look me 45 mins to get 2 Cajun Burgers that were cold by the time I got them from the server.

I really enjoyed the breakfast, was something new to me and it was lovely. I got service really fast and was helped by one of the workers(used the ordering screen for the first time) so that was cool.

Absolutely won't recommend to go here early in the morning as the burgers was atrocious and the staff unaccommodating. The coffee tasted like soap water and a total waste of money. Not satisfied at all 😡

The self-service screens in-store were easy to use, but we only had to go inside because navigating the menus outside in the drive-thru is a joke; your options are a mystery! You are hurried along by cars behind and over-eager waiters over the intercom ahead.

The worst McDonalds I ate at was by Auckland Park, services is very poor, you already paying for a full meal but than you have to pay for ketchup, you might also pay for a napkin as well... The atmosphere is bad... I won't recommend anyone going to buy any food at McDonald's Auckland Park...

A very busy and popular place indeed! Service is as good as can be in such a busy take away shop. There is even someone on duty to guide clients when placing orders on the electronic boards at the entrance. Thank you McDonald's for good service and good food!

If I could give this place one star I could. I came in today to redeem my points and in the end I lost all of the points because the staff was incompetent or simply did not understand what they were doing. I ordered two frappes a mango and strawberry. The mango came runny I had to take it back and that was fixed only to realise that the strawberry was pure ice. I was told to wait for someone who will come assist me regarding the 5000 points I lost at the counter trying to redeem a Big Mac regular meal until the session timed out, I knew I would lose the points because I have had a similar experience. They let me know that if the points were not redeemed they would be returned in ten minutes but they weren’t. I then waited for the person who was supposed to come assist me but I got the run around until I eventually left. I would not recommend this McDonald’s to anyone and I am definitely not coming back if this is how customers are treated. What is the point of having a points system with sessions that time out and points are redeemed if they were not even used and the people in the restaurant cannot even help? It’s a bogus system and I am highly disappointed.

Just a normal drive through. No extra ordinary experience. The services was a bit slow for my liking.

Despite the late hour, we expected to receive the same level of respect and attention as any other customer. However, the staff seemed to treat us as if we were students rather than paying customers. There was no chain of command evident, as even the managers seemed to be disengaged and uninterested in our experience. Overall, I cannot recommend this establishment based on the poor service and lack of professionalism exhibited by the staff. If you are looking for a late-night spot with great service, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Never had such dry chips at any Mc D. They felt like crisp. Burger dry too. I wished I could drive back to return, pity I had to fetch my child.

Remind me not to come to this unprofessional Macdonalds ever again. The staff are rude, the drive through has people walking through it (u don't know if u will be robbed), they speak to u as if u at some government facility and as if u getting free food... the ice cream machine is also always not working either. Never again.

The order taker was unable to multi task. Nothing worse than repeating ur order over and over and always being interrupted when u speak.

I m a customer of this Macdonald last 10 years but now this place is not working well. Its gone zero n bad service 😢. These new people keep on giving customers wrong burgers. They all shouting n running in kitchen but not focus. I know the old owner of this Macdonald. But these workers r destroying this restaurant. Now I go other Macdonald r eat kfc. The owners must see into matters r Change workers. Its gone really bad I stop coming they anymore. 😡🤬

The service was good and their automated ordering machines are working and clean. The wait was slightly longer than I had hoped but I’m giving them an extra star because of lashing hitting them in the middle of my order.

Bad service yesterday went to the drive thru and they did not have ice cream fine i continued to placed an order of 3 Big Boerie burgers, one classic and 2 spicy one of the spicy burgers I had asked them not to add the tomato in it fine they did that right but did not add the hot sauce on the other spicy burger and when I went back for them to rectify that, they just had attitude and were so rude then ended up just throwing the sauce in there and it was so untidy just didn't have the energy to argue with them..

I ordered my food on Mr D so that ii could go and collect it because I know the queues are very long but still ii waited in the queue for almost 30min and they have not even prepared the food nor were they taking my order or giving me assistant horrible service and I bought nuggets which were very dry

Pathetic service from Thenjiwe who takes the orders , she interupts you while placing an order and then the order is wrong Thenjiwe if you dont want to be bothered for doing your job you should rather go work in government! You will fit in nicely at home afairs !

Long drive through que and very slow service. Bought doughnuts and iced coffee which were not fresh. It was dry and a bit hard as if it was a day or so old. Ate only 1 doughnut out of the lot purchased as it had an odd after taste.

I am a regular customer at Macdonald. Today I ordered breakfast for my Sunday morning lay in. Oh what a disappointment. The iced coffee tasted like a cigar was added to it. Horrible. The after taste made me sick. I usually order the vanilla or hazelnut. Macdonald Campus Square you lost a loyal customer today.

Unfortunately horrible service via @UberEats. Definitely was not Ubers fault at all, they are exceptional as always. However, they desperately need to update their app when things are no longer available. I did not have the means to call them after there were items unavailable, which they informed me of through the Uber driver and not directly. We spoke through the driver and ordered substitutes and asked them to refund the change since the substitutes were cheaper. They simply cancelled the order and refused to offer service. I have all the screenshots of the conversations with the drivers that refused to accept the order due to McDonald's incompetence and my insistent enquiries. Please don't turn me into a Karen. I'm forced to use sentences like "This is completely unacceptable." Ew.

I ordered a burger on Uber eats so I’m taking my time to come say thank you. What an amazing burger! It’s been a while since I’ve had a Mac Donald’s burger that reminds me of the very first time I had one. Wow🔥 I can taste the love from the kitchen

They serve us within minutes... very fast as it should be... and the food was fresh and delicious 😋... keep up the good work McDonalds 👏 🙌 👍 👌
