It was a fast service , we did not spend a long time and our food was ready . It was my nephews first time eating a big mac and she enjoyed it .

Convenient for a quick lunch, sit down with the kids and what is nice about the place is that it's closer to highway, Gold reef city, shopping centre, school and residential area.

All McDonald's are pretty consistent. The only thing is the staffs attitudes that vary. This particular branch irritated me abit. I was at the front counter redeeming from the app. I wanted to add an item to my order and they refused. They said I had to stand in the q and do it at the self service station instead of just taking my order. Ridiculous.

The staff called lindiwe or however is spelt has a bad attitude she refuses to take orders and take orders from her own kind and has a very don’t care attitude as she ignores all customers that are not her kind.This McDonald’s got a very slow service and I’d rate this McDonald’s in the negative

I love the chicken foldover, I'm never disappointed here. Wonderful service from great staff members, from when you enter the store to the counter. There's a jolly lady I found as I walked in and mostly find her, when Godsend is her name, I couldn't find her when going out as she reported to her colleagues that she's going to the bathroom. She's helpful, I watch her when I'm there, she's gives great service to customers. I'm there during jummar on Fridays and Saturdays I can pass if I'm using my car on that day.

Great! One of the few McDonald's in the South-ish area that stays open late. Love that. So helpful after staying out late.

The drive thru service is efficient and the waiting time is realistic. The sit-in area can do with a little more sits. No high chairs in case you have a baby. The play area is safe and children definitely love it there.

It's lovely, not too busy, just got vexed by technology trying to order for myself.

Relebogile is a very rude and has no manners or skills of how to treat a customer while the customer is paying. She has no right to scream at us for who’s paying when we sorting out the money in the car. She is arrogant and rude I hope and wish for no other person to experience the experience I had with this rude lady

We ordered and the waitress just dropped the food without even greeting,dirty sachet of tomato sauce were served. Went back inside and asked for clean sachet a waitress that was on the floor with no guest was busy at the ordering machine who told me to wait until she finishes. Ordered a latte that I could not drink because it was so bitter. Can you please look into this disappointing service we receiving.

We order almost every week but they get our order wrong everytime due to the faulty mike they cannot hear us properly then they mess up the orders... Get your outside microphone fixed or better hearing condition

Drive thru agent was not helpful at all to guide us thru flavors, if you have a drive thru, not all items are clearly visible, so we were not impressed by her 1 word answers...only reason we were ther coz at that hour McDonalds was the only available option...won't do it again anytime soon

They took too long with my order, I guess it's best to order by the drive thru then inside cause it takes forever, the drive thru customers take priority. But at least they gave me a large milkshake to compensate the wait. Thank you for your sweet gesture 💖🙌

They don't deserve even half star. I went to drive thru. The guy who was taking order he was showing attitude. No greet. No smile nothing. I forgot to take his name. Otherwise I would've put his name here. Terrible service

Pay window, ordering comms essentially are the same thing because the operator is the same person. Why put the machine there if I'm going to get to the window wait for her to take an order the attend to me.

Super slow service but food tastes great. We waited +/-20min in total but the taste of their burgers makes you forget about the long wait.

I am truly disgusted by the service delivery.... Off chips and rock hard chicken patty with stale lettuce and tomato... Sprite drink tastes like water And I was served a melted Oreo MC Flurry Pathetic I do not recommend this branch to anyone 🤢🤮

Pretty slow for Fast Food as they are always busy and there is always a line visible at the drive thru. Food prepared and packaged well. Busiest whenever their delivery truck stops to offload, then 1 entry/exit is blocked and its just chaotic. Expect to be approached by a beggar on your stop, almost always right after you collect your food.

The restaurant was particularly busy as it was just after prayer time at the local mosque however the staff were efficient and accurate. Good job Guys! The location is convenient just off the M1 and also great for a quick stop after Gold Reef City.

Very average. It's good enough if you need to be filled till the next time you eat. Staff is friendly but you don't visit a Fast food outlet to make friends, the food needs to be decent .

Very disappointed at the staffs attitude. A lady by the name of Thabi was in the drive thru teller at 09:35 on 22/09/2022 Doesnt want to give a special instruction to the kitchen for me. Says I must do it myself. Very arrogant. Definitely needs training in customer service.

I liked the service. It was quick even though it was the end of the month. The food was nicely packed and it was fresh from the stove

This is a complaint about your driver Ssali, i ordered via Uber eats and paid him R140 and the driver said I did not pay him. I am not happy about this,because I paid and now Uber is charging me double, I even called the store and no one is answering the calls.

The mcfeast burger did not have mayo and was very dry. When i enquired, since i bought jalapeno sauce for the dry burgers. I was told they use mayo. The lady asked to see the burger. She called the lady from the kitchen and explained what i said. The lady wearing plastic gloves used her finger stirring the ingredients used in the burger. She noticed that they did not add mayo on 2 burgers. She took it back and just added mayo. Gave back the burger she stirred and said she was wearing gloves. The manager apologized and gave me another burger. I asked to be refunded, he apologized and said he will make sure its properly done. I was not comfortable eating it, gave it away.

Waited over an hour for my order to the value of R500 One helpful staff and the rest were running around like headless chicken. I just wasted my money and time bringing my family here

I have been forced to leave without food nor my money back Mc Donald’s Ormonde while travelling with kids. We drove through placed the order yes it was a big order and we were asked to park on the side and complied with an understanding that our order was big. We received drinks and two happy meals. The drinks had no ice on blazing hot day and we went in to request for ice and told to purchase it. Waited to a point where I ended up requesting for a refund which I did not get and it was also difficult to get my receipt back.

It very convenient for me every time when we come from gold reef city we pass there to get food as it's my family's favorite and daily bread,, this time around we bought a meal and mcflurry combo and I must say it was reasonably and affordable. The food was delicious 😋 and tasty, perfectly packaged.... Parapapapa,,, we lovin' it

Mosquitos in this branch coming Fri the air conditioner. Tables not clean at all flours and generally hygen is bad due to staff not being present at all and there where 2 customers in the branches. All in all a bad experience due to bad management... food was good. But the experience as a whole was poor

This McDonald's has no space and lack of service no enough workers to help customers . You can't relax with kids there as there is no play ground for kids . They should thinks more of expansion and getting people to help with self service. As most people are still yet to understand how that works.

The staff must learn to have manners on how to help customers,they really need a strong customer service training because at the end of the day we paying their salaries.If customers are not happy then there won't be a running business for the owner and the saddest part they can lose their jobs,so please guys do good and take care of customers. Went to eat in, our drinks came with no lid cap on, we were told it's from head office as they want to "preserve the climate". This decision is flawed and not hygienic. If you want to "preserve the climate", change your packaging. Your ice cream spoons are made of plastic why not use wooden spoons?Your cups plastic, change them. But to offer customers drinks without lid caps on is flawed, there were files inside, what would have happened if a fly flew inside our drinks? We were told we would get new drinks, that's operating at a lost, which could have been prevented with lid caps on. People cough and some don't cover their mouths, that's airbone. People will get sick. The patrons had a disgusting attitude when we inquired about this new decision. We were never informed of the choice to choose to have lid caps or not. They lacked customer service, etiquette and they even highlighted this when we fetched our Oreo ice creams, they were so wet. You could tell it was done on purpose, you winder what if they spit in it. The manager though give him a raise, he was professional and acknowledge our concerns regarding the issue of hygiene. Management I would suggest you get back to the drawing board and find alternative packaging that is eco friendly.

Always a wonderful experience there, my kids love the place coz they have the kid's section where they play and even forget to eat their wonderful and tasty meals

I have never been so disappointed in my entire life like you guys just did. I've order a Crispy chicken without onion only to find onion on my meal and worst part about it I've order McFlurry caramel just receive the opposite chocolate. My order was a mess that time I was starving and My R150 just gone. please do better R74 for that salad cumin guys
