Alex Mall...easy access from the freeway. Nice and clean toilet. Beautiful in and out. It was my 1st time visiting the mall. I wouldn't mind going back again.

I have had two accounts where I didn't feel safe at this place this year alone. 1. A guy poured me with oil for no apparent reason and as if that wasn't traumatic enough 2. Another guy tried to hit me because I didn't want him to touch me. I would not recommend anyone to go there due high violence especially a woman

The exterior appearance of the mall is visually appealing; however, upon entering, one may observe that the interior space is rather limited and lacks engaging features. There seems to be room for improvement in creating a more captivating experience, particularly for a mall situated within a township setting.

It's a bit small but surely you'll find what you need. It has a simple layout with two floors so you won't have a problem finding your way. Due it's size the line at the ATMs is far too long and time wasting. The mall in it's self is a great place to shop with your loved ones .

Alex Mall is a magnificent place where one could wish to visit at all times. The deco of the mall is super brilliant almost every shop you'll fine there at Alex Mall.

The safest shopping mall of any township. Wide open and air conditioned open spaces inside the mall. Plenty of parking. Many stores ith reasonably priced goods. Most restaurants are halal. Convenient, just off the N3

Escalators don’t work. Best time to go there is during the week coz it’s always full. There’s a taxi rank there, local taxis are also found there no need to leave the mall to find taxi.

The path from Shoprite nd next to Nedbank and Capitec are slippery, it's a little dowslope for elderly people. I've seen few struggling to walk

Security guards are the most rude people you'll find , they'd be chasing you away from designated pick up spot for Ubers

Alex Mall has brought a whole lot of change in Alexandra township. Looking at the fact that we used to go far for a mall. And not just a mall but a beautiful, peaceful and the security is tied.

Small mall with a lot of shops, u can do shopping then choose any place to sit and eat, theu have Romans,KFC, McDonald's, hungry lik a lion etc, very safe environment for shopping. I normally do my shopping at pick n pay.

Ey, it's definitely a mall for our people, even the shops play loud music, sekwaba kuka "ngena mama", something you won't find at Caucasian areas. Otherwise, it has most clothing stores, atms, banks, no food court but some eateries, Chicken Licken, KFC outside within the vicinity, McDonald's, a pizza place, fish n chips, ice cream, cake store, shoprite, pick n pay, roots butchery, various clothing stores, your Mr Price, Ackermans, Truworths, Identity etc... And of course easy access, it's right next to the N3, relatively safe, no robberies reported, even that looting phase didn't affect this mall.

A mall with no wi-fi and no casual resting spot😭😭😭it was a turn off The only nice thing about are the stores and restaurants.

I am experiencing abuse of customers who brings money to this mall.mostly u get harased by security gueards.

The mall is very clean though it's always packed since it's in the kasi, the history of Alex's stalwarts on the wall is something one can't miss and it keeps the multitudes using the place in touch with what Alexandra township is and where it comes from and that's good relevant history preservation method.

So helpfull to have mall around township like this! Hopefully more store will be builded!!

Nice mall, packed with people. I like it at the end of the month. I get to see lot of different people minding their own business.

The mall is clean, just needs an upgrade of security and making sure there are safety areas where people can go or wait when the mall is locked

Good, busy just not so safe during this time of the year. Especially in the outside from London road it is a bit quiet my daughter wad once a victim the took her fone from that side in London road last year this time . Becareful going there.

Could do better if only the operation times were extended to 20h00 for grocery stores

Nice busy place. Toilet locked up at 6 pm while people still shopping so unbelievable.

Convenient safe but limited Stores if you near its better you go to greenstone shopping centre

Vary spacious. Wide hallways. Not too congested. Some shops can be accessed from the parking lot. Almost everything under one roof. Quick and easy access from the freeway. Lots of parking spaces. Taxi operation is well controlled. One dedicated area is allocated for them.

Outstanding well taken care of, smart business minded. seeing individuals always moving towards the center really ensure that business is run greatly

I just finished purchasing a nice bag at totalsport, loved their services. I am currently at the top of Alex mall enjoying a nice view before deciding where to go next.

Mall is nice, very busy but you can get what you need at all times.

I went to Shopping at Shoprite for just only two items and I waited for an hour by the cigarette counter because all the tills were long ques, pls if they may try to improve, or they should hire the girls who were working at Freedom, thank you.

This was my first time ever visiting Alex mall. I went to the establishment with friends. Good food, stellar service. But the army presence was a little unnerving. Are we in Afghanistan now?

It has almost every shop and the parking area is big enough to support the number of people coming in. It's not huge so it's not advisable to visit at the end of the month

It's a good place free parking but ATM always crowded especially Capitec ATM Nd this things usually happens months end.

A very crowded Mall with this busy n clean Shoprite with very pro cashiers's team. But protocol of Covid 19 should be reviewed.

I got nothing bad to say about Alex mall. My experience at the mall is always positive. Has all the shops you'll ever need. And most also close late. Making it ideal for even late-after work shopping.

Mall doesn't have benches and the harassment from the security guys is too much. Mall 8s clean though and some interesting historical pictures on the Walls.

Didn't they just realized that a closet store to purchase, everyday needs is relevant. Thanks to Alex Mall for thinking for the neighborhoods, mainly built for the people and all about the people 👌
