It was the first time I went to River Park clinic and the staff was amazing.. I took my child for immunization and the nurses were very friendly and helpful.. You'll feel like you're in a private clinic unlike some public clinics in Alex. Keep it up 👍

No order in the morning, prints are not clear directed where gits just a mess.no social distance,bathrooms dirty n no hand towels. Medication always short eg analgesics. Sisters are rude.

Nicely built, took my wife there there this morning we arrived 06H15 in the rain with a small baby for injection. we only got assisted after an 1hour and a half!! We were out by 08H30 when the clinic open 07H00 am is this normal???

The experience we getting this year is not right, we get to the clinic and have to go join the que with babies..we here to bring babies but we are mixed with sick people..not that its discrimination but we used to get here register our details and go join our own que because we here for immunisation...whoever is in charge please make a plan because what is goin on here in the clinic its wrong,p they suppose to know about health but what we see today is totaly wrong!!!!!!!!!!

I am at the clinic now for me & my daughter, the admin hope asked me if I have a file I told her I'm not sure but she can use my I'd to check coz normally is my daughter who is been to the clinic, admin her name is Hope she was rude and angry & told me that she can't help me cos I don't have a file _ I won't be able to see a nurse so I'm going home now with the pain that I have & when I asked about the manager they told me that she always in meetings so it's rear to see her, the service that we receive with admin it's not good for the clinic, because come to the local clinics it doesn't mean that we should be treated unfairly.

I was given the date; 15/04/2022, to bring my 6 months old baby to the clinic and when I got there we were informed to come back on the 16th of April; which is the next day.....prior to leaving the house I double checked online to see if they were opened and it has shown that they were opened. They honestly need to utilise their resources properly and update such information because some people live far and such inconvenience is intolerable.

I've been calling their number to no availability for days

I went to the clinic because I was sick,I thought they would give me medicine for my sickness or at least a list of what I should buy but nothing,,, the doctor only gave me a sick note when I asked about meds he said I should go to the reception got there and they just stumped my sick note,, asked the receptionist and he said he doesn't know anything about meds ended up going to the pharmacy and they told me they don't have medicine and all of the medicine is coming next week went home with nothing am still sick and going to work tomorrow morning am really disappointed
