Great shopping experience. All the stores you expect in a shopping mall. Every shop had great prices and the personnel were very friendly and helpful. The complex was clean, and the temperature was comfortable. You have to pay to park but the first 15 minutes are free. Security was visible.

Me and my friend went to Capello for a baby shower! I must say, their food taste nice. Their egg, steak, and Chips is a 6/10. Then their Chicken Wings and chips are 7.5/10. Nice environment, and very friendly waiters.

Right next to the N12. This is the ideal place to stop and shop. If you are on your to a holiday. Or have a bit to eat @ a variety of restaurants. Conveniently located. Ample parking space. Shaded parking or on the roof. You won't struggle to find a spot.

I try and avoid the Glen as much as possible. Their parking machines are an absolute nightmare. More often than not I have issues with one. Why don’t all of the machines have scanners to validate parking when you’ve shopped at Checkers or Pick n Pay? On Sunday July 25 2021 the ground just outside Nedbank was so slippery (looked like grease or oil) hope no one fell and hurt themselves due to this‼️

The experience is entirely pure, the fact ya get ta interact with so many humans, and all the variety's of stores available just makes it so much worthwhile. Truly this is an evolutionary mall, a centre that one can certainly enjoy themselves at, plus ya never know who ya might meet.;)

The toilets are in a terrible state. Soap dispensers not working. Dryers out of order. Roof ones even worse, seats broken, doors broken. So much rent collection and can't even fix the loo's. Customers and tenants are your bread and butter. Wake up.

The mall is beautiful, it has shops neh and a beautiful food court, they have funtubbies where you can take your family for a day of games... bring your bank card 😀. They also have a cinema. Parking is big enough. I have not really had enough time to explore it all, I am scared of getting lost, but it is big.

Beautiful mall to shop at. I make a trip there like twice a week.The Checkers is lovely, the clothing stores are great and the food court and kids fun world are AWESOME. My favourite store is PQ,great prices on clothing and friendly staff.

A pretty decent Mall in all honesty.Lots of shops and dining places,and a cool Nu Metro cinema.I go there to watch movies,and always dine at Spurs . Having kids play areas is an added advantage,and kids never get bored there.There is plenty of parking,both in the parkade (a bit of a distance away) and at the front of the Mall itself.I am a regular there,so I like the place

This is and has always been a TOPNOTCH Shopping Mall. Here you can find anything and everything you need. Really. PicknPay, Game, Sterns, RocOMamas, man EVERYTHING! Food, Movies, Banks. And the parking if supa awesome.

Very convenient , most if not all shops available here. Parking is safe, cinema in good condition, always trying to improve and revamp to suit all ages. Food court could add a few more halaal restaurants to cater for the Muslim community. Boom gates could do with a revamp though but other than that a good atmosphere mall to do your shopping and enjoy some leisure after.

Good variety of stores around and the mall is kept clean. There is also a presence of mall security in the parking lots near entrances. The food court has gotten a lot better over the years and has an open plan feel which makes it feel less crowded

Its a lovely mall my first visit has everything. Had lunch at the Ocean Basket excellent service. We just sat down & the complimentary fresh rolls & garli, chillies & tartar was on the table. They surely not selfish with there butter sauce. Great service

Was it because of the extended black Friday deals? I guess so. The ground floor was crowded. Don't even mention the food court... generally, the tables were full. This doesn't bode well for the social distancing measures. I chose to turn away and go elsewhere. But the other floors were not crowded and the mall is clean, tidy and pleasant. Had it not been for COVID-19 issues, my rating would have been full 5 stars.

Spacious, well ventilated, clean, orderly & plenty of parking space with controlled entrance & exist points Wide variety of shops from Supermarkets to Clothing, Electronics & everything in-between. The food courts is just amazingly spacious with most of the major brands represented. Impressive.

My sister was turning 50 and we were planning a surprise birthday party for her. So I took her to The Glen for breakfast and window shopping. We had breakfast at Wimpy! She did not suspect a thing. There are so many shops, furniture, gardening, clothing and many more. We went from shop to shop and we really had a great time. The family signaled me to bring her back home! She could not believe her eyes! Family from near and far were there and she had a surprise of her life. Thanks for a wonderful grand place for everything in one place!!

Unlike other mall in Gauteng this one is bit old dated but with all the big stores n food chain u really don't miss anything. ample parking. Mall is basically divided into 3 parts digital screen pic is available.

I always enjoy shopping there, it's also not packed there is just enough space for you to move around.It aslo has most of the food franchises including a couple of sea food franchises. Best place for gamers too, most of their stores are equipped with gaming products.

Way to busy and to commercial

The parking management at this complex is really pathetic. I visited the Mall on the 21st August and the parking machine DIDN'T accept neither a credit card nor a Pick and Pay rebate. The parking attendant on the intercom was absolutely rude, he cut the call a few times on me.

Quite small but with a greater variety of stores than other bigger malls, they have a game, iStore, and even a PQ clothing store...great eating area...the Simply Asia has a great service and amazing meal and not to forget they have a Paul's homemade icecream. Treat yourself!!

Went to incredible connections to buy a phone, picked up a phone and they refused to sell to me at the price which was displayed. Infact the manager was rude. Really was disappointed

I love that it was not too overcrowded and I was able to do shopping with my son without fears of people not respecting social distancing.

The Glen is a mixed bag for me these days. Despite the more recent renovations the place is showing it's age. I find it only marginally user friendly for my needs - including dinning, which is no longer my cup of tea since all is now fully enclosed leaving me with less mood to sit down for a meal. It just gives off this dank vibe now, compared to the old open food court which was a more natural setting IMHO. 👎😒

The Glen has improved noticeably in the last while. Enjoyed the trips there recently. A tap to pay on the parking would be useful.

This is currently my go to mall for all my shopping. Firstly, I suffer from OCD so I absolutely love the cleanliness and order shown at the mall. Very convenient and clear directions and awesome shops that are always well stocked!

I love the fact that the mall closes a bit late and that the mall was not crowded at all. The services was very good. The employees at Telkom was very helpful and kind. I am definitely going back there.

The biggest surrounding place,it's a mall with surrounded different shops where by if you need building stuff,that's your mall,fixation of your car,l mean everything is there and the place is so big,l was on my way to game,didn't get to check out the mall more,that is why l rated 4 star,otherwise am pretty sure any shop you're looking for,you will find it there

It is a generic. It is a mall with this and that and it may not have this and that. What really attracts me the most of all is the rooftop parking. You get to gaze upon houses on mountains with spectacular design /architecture. Bloom of it all it the night view when the houses and the freeway dividing is lit(lights on).

This is actually one is my favourite malls.. I love coming here.. They have all my favourite restaurants and even though it's not one is the biggest malls, it has a very nice view..

Poorly planned parking arrangements. Arrived during load shedding booms were open. Power came on later had to queue at the machine for a ticket delay was about 30 minutes. Didn't pay the R8 but was inconvenienced as were others. Bit of a mess..

Bought a Xiaomi Mi TV stick from Hifi Corp. The assistant punted it over other Android boxes. Only after opening and using it, realized I can't load 3rd apps and apk files, only Play Store apps. Of course, can't return it because it has already been unpacked and used. Not shopping here again...

Went to Hifi corp very late on a Friday needed a projector seen online for sale.Before I went they said they don't have it when I call.When I forced my self there and showed them what was posted, oops they were so humble.searchrd the last one leg and apologised.excellent service there.

Since the south has been my home from most of my life. This mall has been my home too. It was my home from primary school days when I would catch a late night movie with my friends. I think it's safe. I've never felt uncomfortable all my year going to the mall and I love the food court now. It's very inviting

The Mall great, has many stores so no need to go elsewhere… however the mobile network is terrible… most times especially in the basement- checkers area not even the alternate network works! I HAVE COMPLAINED BEFORE… Management please provide better network connectivity- I have had the experience of trying to be reached- it was an emergency and a member of my family had to come to the mall to find me!

A shopping centre for everyone. Lots of popular stores and a wonderful variety of eateries. Banks are a breeze to visit at any given time. Can be overcrowded at times but due to its size, it's still very accommodating.

The Glen shopping centre is really for me a 'deurmekaar' place. The parking upstairs near the banks and entrance to the eateries is a nightmare. I had parked legally in a proper marked spot....someone parked forward in such a way....I couldn't get out for 30min. To find something inside the center...you walk and walk and walk...looking for signage to indicate where you are.

So yesterday I took my daughter to pick up her I. D card at the Fnb branch. I had done an online appointment for her. When she went for her biometrics, we were happy for the good service. I took my nephew with as we were struggling to make an online appointment for him as the system kept stalling and shutting down. There was another pregnant employee at the front desk who just told the previous customer struggling with online banking that she would only beable to assist with appointments. The home affairs clearly state that they can make appointments as well. This employee was clearly not willing to help me. We went thereafter to milky lane and once again the waitress was so rude. We had ordered waffles, we wanted to order something to drink as well. So after trying to get the waitress attention, I sent my 16 yr old daughter to ask her to add 2 more of the sprite (not sure now what it was called) she just stared at my daughter and said nothing. We wasn't even sure if she was going to bring it. After about 10 min, she eventually brought it. It was like we asked her to do something that was not her job or asked her to pay for our order. How terrible. It's sad to see that in south africa, the service has gotten so bad. Employees should be grateful to have a job. They shouldn't make customers feel awkward. Maybe it's because I was indian or because I had a veil. We are a rainbow nation. What a beautiful country we have with different cultural diversity. Yet the customer is made to feel like we don't belong here. And I'm a South African citizen, born here and lived all my life here. Is apartheid still alive in this country? This is not a complain against the mall but just my experience which I had to share...

Lovely shopping mall, just hate the paid parking, very confusing parking lots, extremely busy, and no free parking for quick in and out shopping. 0-2hrs R7 i feel 0-1hr or 2hr should be free or free parking area should be provided.

I used to come to Spur here as a kid, I have fond memories of The Glen. It used to have that open air space thingy by the cinema but now they've upgraded to a mad huge food court and lots more to do. It's actually a really great space for teens to just walk around and buy random things and young unemployed people like me to question my life decisions as I mill about. Oh and there's a cinema too if you're in the mood for extremely expensive popcorn and sneaking snacks in🧚‍♀️🤣💅 Overall a great place to also get lost in. And the parking is much cheaper than Mall of the South🗡

Easy to underestimate the size of the shopping center as it has several underground levels. I actually got lost due to its different entrances, wings and floors. Major retail outlets are present ranging from Woolworth, mr price, truworth, adidas, and so many others I can’t easily recollect. There is a food court that has international representation like Starbucks, ocean basket etc. There are atm machines, banks and currency exchange outlets. Great place to shop.

The mall is quite big and has a sleek interior and exterior. There are many parking slots available. You can decide between indoor or outdoor parking. There is also many restaurants and fun activities to take part in.

Nice selection of shops, generally quite friendly and helpful. The only downside is the passages feel a little narrow and busy. But the shopping centre is convenient to pop into.

It's one of the best and safest shopping malls I've been to. The security guards are making sure everyone is safe and the staff is friendly in any store you enter.

Can you just fix the entrance boom on the left(slip way side), the one nearest sausage saloon. I use the slip way and then have to reverse and move to the other boom, and no its not the first time. Nothing changed.

Nice mall. Took my kids for shopping, has lots of shops and is plenty spacious. I love that is has picknpay clothing and the food courts is also nice. I also love toys r us and the kiddies game place.

Walking and driving distance away, Many varieties of your everyday needs and different choice of shopping. Nu metro cinema, indoor Karting and ijump trampoline for fun activities. Roof and underground parking available. Wheel accessibility accommodated.

Have Plenty and Variety of Shops. The Mall is a bit busy and parking takes extra time because access entrance to parking areas are limited. General a good experience!

I'm starting to not like the Glen , it's just not the same Restaurant's are expensive Coffee shops the same thing. Parking is a pain 😫 just going for Coffee add on R10 to your bill , scary for two people to enjoy an evening out on the tiles as they would say . Went to buy Christmas presents with my sister. It was fun because we were there at nine. When the crowds came in we were leaving.

Was not very busy today, and was great to do some window shopping at a leisurely pace.

Its grown Massive and their are some bargain shops there. The eastern side looks so modern where the cinemas are. They just need better kids entertainment areas. Not enough games and not enough cheap machine games.

Great place for family as well as individual outing. Find your big brand shops in equipment, apparel retail, groceries and restaurants. With entertainment like cinema, arcade, go-cart racing and pubs.

Really was not happy with the help i received from the parking ticket assistants. Waited for them at the ticket pay machine for assistance because the machine was not giving out change. and they never came after saying they are on their way. Time passed and my ticket didnt work at he ticket booth. Service is appalling

The mall was full even though it was a rainy and cold day. Experienced loadshedding while there and one of the elevators was not operating properly. Otherwise a vast option of shops

My general place to go shopping. The booms are rather annoying. Was delayed for an hour cos my ticket did not work even after I payed for it. There is little help when you need it. Something needs to be done in that regard.

It is a big shopping centre with variety of retail shops. Shops I like amongst others are Cilliers traveling bag shop, total sport, woolworths, mr price sport, etc. The guys there are very good with excellent service.

The mall is okay, the problem is the unbearable smell of the toilets by the food court... I couldn't use them... when left the mall around 22h00 after movies, you could smell them by the escalators... kindly fix this. It is health hazard

I really like this shopping centre it is quite, has an amazing diversity in the shops as well. My favourite part though is the Estoril books it has far more than other bookstores I have visited, it has just about all of the classic books I was looking for. The wimpy bar was in the opposite side to the food court so we wandered around a bit looking lost but the security were more than happy to help us.

Overall experience was okay safety isn't a big issue but just like any area in south Africa it's low crime not low crime remain vigilant. A pleasurable experience with little complain only avoid the toilets they are not cleaned often maybe once per day in the morning.

Bought toys for grandchildren. Shop is great, but staff even better. I left my cellphone on the counter, only got back an hour later. They kept the phone for me. Thanks everybody, saved my skin.

Very nice shopping center, it is very clean and can get quite busy. The top parking section seems to be very popular in general. They have a variety of restaurants and lots of different shops, from gadgets, clothing stores, banks and entertainment areas for kids. The parking fee is reasonable.

A beautiful shopping experience is guaranteed , with well established retailers , great architecture, good covered and secure parking and a very clean environment . 10 / 10 place to bring kids , friends , or indulge in yourself . The Glen is an old mall that is kept fresh. The corridors are smaller than newer malls so it can feel very crowded at month end. Another mall nearby, called Mall of the South, is an alternative that I like because it's shaped like a banana so you don't get lost. The Glen is shaped like an Octopus trapped in a small pickle jar, so it's easier to get lost at the Glen.

Great Checkers and Woolworths. The food court is great especially Milky Lane. After the experience at Pick n Pay there, I'd rather use the Comaro one.

Wonderful atmosphere. Beautiful shopping experience. Kids friendly enviroment. My wife can't get enough of this place. Not clustered. The place is very clean and the restroom are 7 🌟 clean.
