I have been here before but after the way Kim treated me today, I will never come back. Shout out to the young boy who tried his best but when someone is dissatisfied with a color, you don't take the electric filer and burn my nails and then decide to give the job you started to a young boy. Maybe I should report this to the nail authority of Georgia and see if everyone is liscened. I didn't appreciate the treatment and I didn't get an apology. Anyway you lost a consistent client.

My nails look nice, but I probably won’t go back because I didn’t appreciate all of the side eyes and non-English chatter about the condition of my nails on one foot resulting from poor service and damage at another salon. If there is an issue that can’t be worked with, just respectfully tell me rather than commenting among coworkers in your language. We discussed doing a design on both my fingernails and toenails, but they chose to let a technician in training paint my toenails which took a long time and they completely forgot about doing designs until I commented on it. After having three technicians work on my pedicure (didn’t understand them rotating people in and out) I settled on a design on one toe on each foot. I asked about pricing for all services that I needed up front, but the end price was still far more than quoted in the beginning. I paid the price without argument because my nails looked nice, but I probably won’t come back because the pricing is questionable and I when one of the technicians jokingly said to me “you wanted special treatment” in reference to the fairly simple design that I asked for and they confirmed they could do at the beginning of the appointment, I was very put off. This is a very clean establishment and the services probably work well for some customers, but not me.

Staff friendly and helpful. They was very patient with me and made sure I was happy with the outcome. My manicure was so relaxing and she took her time to make sure it was a great experience. I loved it! I got the dip nails and they looked perfect!!!

Not Impressed and way over priced. I just paid 93$ for a “volcano pedicure”. I pay 1/2 that price at my regular salon I go to and they give way better massages and spend more QT. Mad I decided to try somewhere new.. I won’t be back

This nail salon provides all your needs regarding SNS nails. I’m super picky as my nails are very thin. Kim did an excellent job with my sns nails. They have not chipped or scratched in 2 weeks. Great craftsmanship and expertise. Try out this salon even as a walk in.

Slow service and rude when questioned about how long nails would take. Technician then began suggesting colors that I did not want when I said repeatedly what color I wanted for ombre. Would give zero stars.

Van Did An Awesome Job On My Nails & Designs, He Took His Time & Made Sure Everything Was Perfect!! Fiona Worked Miracles On My Feet She Almost Put Me To Sleep She Took Her Time & Extra Care Addressing My Concerns. I Will Definantely Be Returning To See Them

Stopped by this place & it was a great experience. Vivian the manager did my nails, was super fast & even gave me a charger for my phone. Overall very satisfied with the service. I will be back.
