My husband and I went to Macys Gwinnett Place to return a item. We were over in the junior department near ladies under garments. Sharon a older woman was at her cash register assisting another customer Sharon informed my husband if he has a return he needs to go upstairs. Another nice young lady came up and told my husband he could go to any register and she assisted with the return. Sharon has been working for macys long enough to know the return process. We don't appreciate her telling us to go up stairs to do a return! She had the opportunity to apologize and she didn't. She needs to be retrained!

I personally don't like the way the administration works over here, their policy and the work culture also a bit outdated which I think needs to be updated. And the worst part is cafeteria, very small and you will get very limited option over here

Implementation partners are very bad and those companies doesn’t have any respect and concern for their workers. It’s awful working for such companies. I suggest work for direct Macys but not with implementation partners.

Great... if you want to work in an H1-B heavy caste system where it is impossible to get any work done.

This company is doing innovative things with technology.

Located next to the river Chattahoochee, in between Duluth and Johns creek area, on Pleasant hill road. Wonderful location and ample parking space. Corporate office for Macy's, majority technology/IT employees work here. This is multi storied and scattered into multiple buildings. Near by we have, Home Depot, Publix and Target etc... We have 'Biryani Pot' restaurant on Pleasant hill road, approx $7 per person, a treat for your taste buds...

Macys Southlake curbside. THE Staff lied to me and refuse to bring my package to the car after making me wait for 20 minutes on the package. After I call back they said that they were not allow to bring my package to the car. I said I would have come in to get it if you were not bring it out. I went in around 6:32pm and 3 people were working and no line at all. Last week the brought a package to my car. Not the same crew. Today Is Friday 11.18.23 I'm only upset about the lie and waiting.

Horrible vendor experience at their Diwali corporate event! None of the vendors ate lunch. They were only around 7 vendors, the least they can do is be welcoming and warm.
