I paid $115 for a spiral perm last weekend. My hair has been completely ruined. Today I'm having to go get it all cut off because the lady that permed my hair completely fried it my hair is stuck together also she did the haircut at the end and randomly cut chunks out of my hair so I can not wear it straight now either. I've ruined my hair with this salon. I would not recommend for anyone .

Took my daughter in for her haircut as a gift. Nancy did not say more than one word to us. She picked up a brush, took some hair out of it, and proceeded to use the same brush without cleaning it. We were shocked...in hindsight we should have left right then and there. Nancy seemed totally uninterested in hearing what my daughter wanted for a hair cut. There was a small snarl in the hair underneath in the back. Nancy gave a judgmental look to me and my daughter as she worked on the snarl. She handed the brush to my daughter for her to take care of the snarl. My daughter ( is in her 40's) asked to have her hair thinned out and Nancy gave her a hard time. Very negative experience. When Nancy was finished cutting she just left. Never said good bye or thank you. Very unenjoyable experience. Will not be back and will spread the word. I did not even want to give this one star!!

I do not recommend this salon for any hair services. For a high end salon the service and quality is poor.The stylist did not rinse my hair properly and left greasy color in my hair. My hair was left dry and frizzy.The stylist placed an enourmous amount de-frizzer on my hair making the top of my hair very heavy and oily. In addition the color was not properly or evenly applied. The stylist was very kind and did try his best. However, for a board certified stylist, he needs more training. After talking to Nancy, the salon manager, It was clear she does not have an indepth knowledge of applying hair color, especially to hair that is high porosity. When I mentioned a protein filler to help protect from dryness, damage and prevent uneven haircolor, she stated a filler was only used for bleaching hair. When I pressed on her misinformation she then claimed the color I received had a built-in protein filler. For someone claiming to have done hair for forty years, she clearly lacks basic hair knowledge. She did agree to have the stylist re-rinse my hair. When I went back to have it rinsed again, he still did not rinse it properly. I also had color stains on my face. I have been to high end salons before and never had this much dye on my skin. I understand some dye gets on your face but this was unacceptable. It was clear Nancy was the least bit interested in resolving my issues with the poor service and quality I received. Instead she justified the poor hair job by saying it was fine and I was overreacting. Her behavior and comments were unprofessional and rude. Furthermore, the haircut I recieved did not meet my expectations. I wanted layers and shaping around the face. He cut 2 inches off the bottom and did some cuting in the front, leaving one side uneven. Again he did try to fix it. The uneven side is not that noticeable but when I pay $90.00 dollars for salon hair, I expect a higher quality and standard with professionalism- especially for board certified hair stylists.

I would only give one star or less if this was based purely on my own hair but my daughter's hair came out so cute. Mine on the other hand has me mortified. It's so short compared to what I asked for and when I mentioned it I was offered $10 off. Do you have any idea how long I'm going to have to wait for my hair to be a decent length? I cannot even figure out a way to style it that I feel comfortable being around people. Are you going to style it every day until I grows out? Not even the stylist could style it decently. I'm so disappointed and upset.

Great job!!! They cut my hair so great. Alot time I don't like my bangs when I get my hair done and I'll have to cut them myself when I get home...but this time the woman did fabulous job and I didn't have to do anything at all. Most definitely recommend this salon! They did my fiance hair as well n it looks so good. He loves it!

After going several times to get a style and always walking out with a trim, I no longer feel that this is the place for me. I wish hairstylists knew how to actually cut a style rather than just a simple trim and maybe add on bangs. The point is, if you want a basic trim, this is the place for you. On the plus side, the ladies are almost always nice.

I have been to this salon 3 times. It is always clean. The stylists are ready for me when I arrive for my appointment. I never have to wait. Everyone seems organized. I hope I can keep going to this one because I am happy with the services and prices. Tanisha P. does my hair. She is thorough and knowledgeable. I appreciate the good customer service and the fact that my hair always looks great now.

I should have used my better judgment and NOT gotten my sons haircut here! Heed my advice! His stylist Sabrina butchered my sons hair. I had to keep checking it during the cut to make sure everything was even how it should be, I finally gave up and let her finish. Like I literally could have saved the money and cut it at home and done a better job, actually my 11 year old could have cut his hair better himself!
