I went in knowing nothing about how to colour match my roots to my almost completely dead hair, and not only did the manager named Amy, help me find and color match my hair perfectly, but she did it without making me damage my hair. My hair has never looked so healthy and beautiful since I started dying it. 100% know what they are doing here!

I went in yesterday afternoon expecting to have a difficult time finding the right hair products I needed to dye my roots. One of the employees approached me and found the perfect shade that I needed and had all of the products I needed to apply the dye in less than five minutes. I don’t remember her name but she was phenomenal and made a dreaded trip way less stressful. She was tall with short hair and super nice. Thank you!

Cody was super helpful and went the extra mile to help me find what I came for on a busy shipment day. Having worked retail, I really appreciate that! The store is clean, well stocked, and well organized. My favorite Sally's in the tri cities for sure!

I walked in the store and no one asked me if I needed help. When my boyfriend told one of the associates that I had a question, she was friendly. And now you have to pay for your own bags? If Kendra would have been there this review would be a lot different I’m sure because she’s always amazing and super helpful.

The staff here are very knowledgeable and so helpful! I do some crazy experimenting sometimes and don't always know what I need. They're so kind to help me find everything I need and they give great advice. The store is also really clean and organized.

Krystal and Adrianna are awesome. They are both knowledgeable and very welcoming !! Clean and wellstocked !! I appreciate if I don't like a proctuct once I try it at home I can bring it back for a full refund.
