When I went in this morning I was served a frozen egg on my wrap. Went inside to get a throughly cooked egg. The crew member made a stereotype statement and said I like my bacon "extra crispy". Why did she say that AFTER I told her my egg was frozen. I told her she shouldn't make statements like that, my EGG was frozen never said anything about the bacon. Then she did not like what I had to say to her RACIST self. She then told me I'm not getting my wrap or my money back. . . Try that again. You HAVE to refund me. Then she THREW MY $4 on the counter instead of handing me my money like I handed it to her before she served me a UNCOOKED egg.

I went through the drive through. The staff was rude and unhelpful. They missed half my order did not give me two items I paid for. Thr items i did get the hash browns were burnt and the omelet egg whites were in broken bits and smashed up. And their was avocado smeared all over the outside of the food box.

Just like every Dunkin in rhode Island, coffee came wrong and no one working there had a clue what to do. Too busy wondering where they screwed up in life to be 40 something and serving coffee out a window

Ordered a hot breakfast sandwich and the eggs and bacon were stone cold. I had to take it home to heat it up. I was also the only customer inside and only 2 cars at the drive thru.

Good dunkin. Haven't gotten a wrong order yet and I've been going here for years. The only downside is it's Rt6 Hartford ave, so it's a pain to get into and out of.

Place is Terrible , Staff never say anything just stick there hand out for money , the other day i went through the drive through , got a frosted coffee roll , well they put napkins in bag then just dumped the coffee roll in bag , frosting side down , was stuck to every napkin they gave me and inside of bag , was not happy and from that point forward , i wont go back , done , its hit or miss with coffee too , sometimes its made right other times its just garbage!

This Dunks used to be good. Ordered a Sausage, egg and cheese, Biscuit Bites, Apple Juice and Half Dozen donuts for the guys at work. I go through the drive-thru and I’m handed a BACON, egg and cheese. No biscuit bites, no donuts and no apple juice. I tell the girl and another employee calls out, “we don’t carry those biscuit bites anymore.” Credit to the guy, he politely asked me what I’d prefer instead. I asked for 2 extra donuts. What did the other girl do? Shoved 8 donuts into a small bag (my half dozen + the 2 extra) and handed it to me. I was so flustered by that and the wrong sandwich that I drove away not realizing I never even got the apple juice. This isn’t the first time. They get my Mobile Order wrong daily. How hard is it to read the f’n mobile order receipt and verify everything is there? How do you miss 3 items. I’m all set with this Dunkin going forward. Orders are always screwed up and the staff is incredibly inept. (except for the big guy with the beard and long hair. Love that guy) <— this guys is the only one you should deal with. I wish I knew his name. This is to be expected with almost every Dunkin in RI now. The branding is what keeps these poor excuses for a coffee shop open.

Customer service was horrible and slow. The drive thru was catered to, stood there for an excessive amount of time waiting for 3 drinks. Then a worker started to mumble comments about us standing there staring. So rude. Staff clearly needs training or an overhaul. Where is the professional leadership.

Boom !!!! no functional toilet as their septic system is overflowing. Not good for Buisness and not sanatary. I wonder what the board of heath would say.

The coffee tasted burnt and watered down. The staff wasn't very welcoming. Then I asked for a restroom and they replied it was only for employees and not for public use. I wanted to urinate on the floor but I guess that would've been an overreaction

Seating for fourteen customers im a paying customer amd i was told no restroom for the public they said use rest room up the road.. music was blasting.. register broken.

I literally live within a 2 minute drive and go by it everyday to go to work but we'll go out of my way to go to another one to get my order right. I just broke down today and brought my son there just because it would be fast and next to the house and we got 6 bacon egg and cheese wraps, and out of the six not one of them had a piece of bacon on it, and they were loaded with cheese, absolutely inedible! Oh and I can make better coffee out of my gutter from the roof

I visited this location several times in the last 6 months as I recently began employment in this area. I have regularly received under-filled iced beverages, under-filled hot lattes, and also paid over a dollar as an upcharge for gosh dang almond milk.

The staff was super nice, and it didn't take much time at all for our food! Amazing!

Good breakfast place. All the workers are always in motion and working hard to get the food and coffee out. The only thing that I don't like about this D&D is getting on to Hartford Ave from the parking lot.

Do they know how to fill the cup up all the way? My drink was basically half a cup of coffee 😒 Went back again a different day, i’m ordered my hash browns first, asked for them well done instead I was given more than six about 10 nasty cold undercooked mushy hashbrowns, it’s lazy to not make fresh ones especially when they are ordered first. Idc if you gave me 20 it doesn’t make up for the fact old hash browns are disgusting!

No food in the display case only two kinds of doughnuts to choose from. The kids decided to skip the doughnut as there were none they like. It was right on a busy highway we had to travel on our six hour trip. We did get breakfast sandwich although bread choices were limited. I don't know ow if they had a busy day or what but I was supprised with so little food choices.

No personality from the woman working the drive thru today. Pulled up to order and not only was their menu screen not working & completely black but, I was greeted with a miserable ‘what can I get you?’ Ordered my latte, got up to the window, again no personality, the woman didn’t even look at me when I was trying to hand her my card. She handed me my drink while staring at her register? Usually people make eye contact especially when they’re at work serving customers… guess that’s not the case here. ALSO, I’d like to add, I ordered a large ice water & was given a Medium (which yes, that’s annoying considering Dunkin actually charges for water) so, I essentially paid more for a smaller size.

I dont care for the food there to be honest. Not worth the money and bagels usually burnt. But coffee is ok, and I really like the punches like the strawberry dragon fruit and tropical punch energy drink.

I've only been through the drive-through here, and apart from being a little complex to enter. The speed of service and coffee was good. No complaints required. It's a nice location, and the addition of the town name on the side of the building is pretty helpful or was for me.

I spend between $20-30.00 each morning from Monday-Friday. Drive an hour everyday with my children and the inconsistency of this place has been horrible! Not only do I typically order it 15 min before hand but either they don’t make the coffee right, my kids sandwhiches are not toasted and the cheese is not melted, missing items, or standing there waiting another ten min because they put my order as a drive up then a walk in!!! Any one with kids and a time structure between 5-6am know how hard it is just to get children out the door, but to have a place mess up daily has driven me to stop going to this place! I get that it gets crazy in there but I rather a warm meal and all the items I have requested then getting in the car, having no time to go back in, and upset hungry kids!!! This is not because they are understaffed this is poor management and adults who do not care about thier jobs!!! Come on guys you’re getting paid minimum wage to work at a breakfast place! They fight for higher pay, raise the taxes and yet Dunkin’ Donuts can’t seem to provide $15.00h services!! Ridiculous!! I am not some random person mad at their one meal please take the time to look at my account, I have about 5k points and have been consistently going here for two months!!!! This is outrageous!!

I have gone to this Dunkin’ Donuts three days in a row. I’ve asked for a croissant to be toasted twice and it wasn’t even toasted. Once I’ve asked for a cheddar bagel twist to be heated. One end is completely burnt where it smells like wet cigarettes, and the rest of it’s not even warm the coffee taste burnt. The people are rude.

Idk what girl my order bc it wasn’t the guy who gave me my coffee at the window but my god I’ve never interacted with such a miserable c u next Tuesday before at a dang drive through . Like as soon as it was time for me to order she was just rude as hell . It instantly put me in a nasty mood just having someone talk to me like that bc I’m ordering coffee at thier job lol we get it dunkin isn’t the ideal place to work but that’s not on me . It’s early as hell for me I work graveyard shift the last thing I want or need is someone miserable energy from a complete stranger . You have one job babe , either do it well or switch professions.

I stop here every morning,I was going threw the drive thru order sandwiches , paid at the window,was asked to park out front they would bring it out, this happen 2 days in a row, I decide to go inside and was waiting 20 mins for some rude employee Jen Leigh who doesn't have any customer service, tell me she very busy as I watch her hand out 7 different orders thru drive thru , but when I complain the manager doesn't care.

Second time I've stopped there in the mornand I outta a ice tea and I get iced tea and coffee another Monday and I order egg whites omelets don't get it, I gotta donut very, very unhappy and the girl rushes you in the drive-thru.

This used to be my go-to dunkin on my way to work but it’s very quickly gone downhill. Sandwiches made wrong, coffees under-filled, and inattentive/sometimes rude staff. Maybe it’s new hires but the energy I’m used to at this location is long gone. Sad.

Disorganized miserable employees who cant get a simple order right to save there lives. The manager is just as bad they don't like to admit when there wrong and never apologize for making a mistake rather throw food at there customers. Very disrespectful never will I come here again I'd rather give my business to Cumberland Farms.

I have never seen a bagel burned this badly. I thought it was a joke when I got home. Totally black and charred. And the sandwich we ordered was bent in half like it was squished into a ball before being put in the bag.

Service is bad. They are so unfriendly that they didn’t say thank you when I tipped them. Be careful ordering English muffins. There are hard pieces on them. I’m just not going back here again. Pathetic place doesn’t have fresh donuts. Always out of something. Done with this one. This place is unacceptable.

The other Bad comments are correct. The Food I ordered was dry and over cooked.I Had a Sausage egg and cheese bagel. It was Very dry, even the sausage was like a Shoe sole. I Also ordered some hash browns. It came in an over sized bag with only a few burnt Greasy and crunchy tasteless bit pieces that were the size of buttons . They were lost at the bottom of the bag !America runs on Dunkin?!! So I guess America is fueled by anger and Extreme disappointment.
