The lady that works the drive thru in the morning m-f is rude. I go there at least 3 times a day today’s my last time going there because of the lady that does the drive-through idk if she thinks she’s cute or something she’s just the rudest dunkin worker I’ve ever dealt with she gets mad when u ask for extra straws or napkins smh

This is definitely the best Dunkin in the area. All the staff are friendly and they don’t mess up my order. Always my preferred location, I’ll go out of my way to go to this one just because it’s great. Only downside is the traffic and drive thru entrance. A lot of people get confused by their direction or cut each other off to get in first. Other than that great 👍👍👍

They've only messed up my order a couple times but the witch at the drive through is absolutely the most horrid miserable person I've ever had to interact with. She is one of the few who will genuinely ruin a good day just by talking to her. She is the same every time without change. I can't put into words how awful this woman IS UPDATE JULY 22: The wicked witch of the window is GONE and I can give this dunkin the 5 stars it deserves.

I go here all the time and give them a lot of chances I came here today once again and regretted it I have the most easiest coffee in the world I ask for a medium ice three caramel three milk three sugars I got a medium iced with just one milk no Caramell no sugar but it clearly says what I asked for on the sticker. Mind you I sit in the long line every day faithfully just to get a nasty coffee every morning how can I start my day off when I get the wrong coffee every day I guess I’m just gonna have to take my business a little more of the street smh sad part is I work for dunkin for 4 years never met such unprofessional ppl in my life

I arrived at this D&D at 11:13am and had to wIt 4 minutes for one of the 8 people working there to take my order. I ordered a medium hot. Medium iced coffee and 2 hash browns. I waited another 5 minutes for hash bfowns only to be told it would be a couple more minutes. I ended up leaving without the hash browns. O ce I got to my destination I notice the hot coffee co er was contaminated with a blue sticky substance. So I basically spent $8:00 for a medium iced coffee seeing the hot coffee got trashed Nd the hash browns were never taken fir slow/poor service. I never seen so mNy people working in a D&D and each and everyone confused and tripping g over each other. Last time I ever go to this D&D.

Dunkin on Putnam Pike in Johnston; Horrible, Rude, so-called manager and staff! I say good morning, I get crickets. On Sunday, October 8, 2023 my daughter ordered our usual lattes, if you order it out of the "norm", staff acts as if you the paying customer is an inconvenience! She likes extra espresso and pays for it! Older staff member always extremely rude, my daughter always let it go until today, words were exchanged as manager strolled through saying nothing, then bam, the "N" word was hurled at my daughter by the old wrinkled staff member, cops were called! Unprofessional outright racist! My daughter got banned for a year from the premises, who gives a damn! We will never step foot in that rat trap!

Absolutely rude employees at the drive-thru. Opened the window, didn’t even greet my mom (who was driving me), appeared annoyed as he scanned my phone app, and literally tossed our order at us. Furthermore, my mom (who works in hospitality industry and always tips) tipped the person at the drive-thru, and didnt even get a “thank you”... just the window closed in her. Absolutely disgusted. Food product was ok. The coffee burnt. What happened to this location?? Abysmal. Do better.

Horrible I asked for a large and was charged for a large iced coffee but I received a medium the girl said she had to fix the price but never did on top of that I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel the bagel was toasted but the egg bacon and cheese were ice cold!!!!

Absolutely terrible! Drive through argued with me over iced chai, which every other dunkin has been able to do, its not hard to figure out how to do it! There was two people talking over the speaker and they were VERY rude!! They even shouted at us as we drove away!! Very unprofessional, but its not like this location was going to get our order right anyways.

Who taught these people how to make a coffee? Apparently listening to the customers order is the opposite of what they're supposed to do, and make whatever kind they want. Ordered a French vanilla coffee and a hazelnut coffee and watched the worker pour the same coffee, same shot, and everything in both cups. I have to go down the street to the other dunkin atleast 2 times a week for them to fix it. Ridiculous.

Fourth time this week that my order was done incorretly. Midium hot regular coffe the worst. It's like drinking dirty water.

So i went to the dunkin on 602 killingly street bagel toasted with butter the most simple order you could ask for i go all the way home to find out not only was my order wrong the bagel was awful and they put a whole bottle of cream cheese on it i go all the way back show them what i received all i asked for was the 5 dollars back and a new bagel and coffee because it was getting warm. i didn’t ask for the other 11$ worth of stuff i ordered and the manger who was a dumb young girl who shouldn’t step foot in a dunkin again wouldn’t give me the bagel and coffee and refund it was either i get the food or refund making me chose after clearly showing her what was wrong i then i just got my 5 dollars back and left with no food and went to 39A putnam pike dunkin and explained my situation to the manager Gina who was very respectful, helpful, and listened with no questions asked gave me my bagel and coffee free of charge she is a good explain of how a manger should be and act i was very thankful i hope cooperate sees this and finds out who was working at the killingly johnston dunkin around 12am on july 26th because she is a idiot and along with whatever idiot made the bagel.

The only Dunkin donuts in the entire area that isn't slow as molasses, and they have what you are looking for. Every Johnston location and the other DD on 44 are an absolute joke!

It's no wonder these locations can't keep employees. Apparently the owners are so cheap they really have customers that - don't ever come back- OVER CHARGING one visit and having the audacity to charge every dollar knowing they didn't do you right the last visit. Miss the days when you had one Dunkin you were loyal to bc they know what they're doing and their kind and accommodating. The employees they do have are mostly wonderful. But the uppers are always rude and cheap because the "owners are watching." Really just a sad situation. Dunkin sucks now.

I bought a Matcha Latte it was good but i did not require a taste for it and it was my first time trying the Matcha Latte, so you do not know if you like something until you try something...I mostly get hot or iced coffee regular whenever I go to Dunkin Donuts. I was in the mood for something new and so I tried the Matcha Latte but like I said...I did not require a taste for it! Dunkin Donuts is my go to for coffee or iced coffee so thank you Dunkin Donuts 😉

Placed a mobile order today for two Wake-up wraps and medium hot coffee to be picked up via Walk in. When I arrived only the food was ready to be picked up, the coffee was no where to be seen. I waited over 3 minutes before someone acknowledged me. I had to ask "Is someone making my coffee I ordered via the mobile order." They replied "Sorry I'll get it right away." I was than given the wrong coffee (iced coffee.) I advised them of the error and told them I had ordered a hot coffee. I've been getting my morning coffee here for the last 14 years and have noticed significant changes with staff and service over the last year. The staff pays more attention to their own conversations rather than to serving the customers.

My bacon egg and cheese croissant was cooked perfectly this visit. They were out of cranberry juice but the service was still fast.

Burnt coffee

I've seen more then once cashiers using dirty gloves to deal cash and make food. I gotten so many stale coffees from here.. I rearranged my schedule to go during rush hour and still got stale coffees. I asked them to remake coffee.. turns off they were just using up the old pot. I think they mix new coffee with the one old coffee too. I've had dozens of under cooked meals and over cooked meals. Staff have been very rude to me as well. I obviously don't go to this location anymore.. in fact I don't do dunkin anymore because of these issues I've listed. This Dunkin is by far the worst though.

Been to this location twice and they gave me the wrong coffee, I mean not even close. Won’t give you a hot cup for iced coffee even if you pay for it! Only location that I know that does this. Staff is extremely rude about it. Won’t be returning to this location
