no maintenance at all. rooms are not clean. AC is not working at all in the dining room. We asked for room service but they declined to do that. They have a swimming pool but there is no changing room. It is very uncomfortable for women to use the pool so. The only plus point is the food. Foods are very tasty

It was 300 meter from IIM gate. I went daily for 5 days to IIM from here. It is an old construction, rooms are big but seem overcrowded by Wood furniture. Toilets and Washbasin have water stains and door handles look loose. No balcony. Air inside room feel moist. But staff was of helping nature specially Sumit. Bedsheets, towels were changed regularly or on demand. Food was tasty here. Space nearby reception is open ground with swimming pool. You can have small walk in the night. It made my Trip comfortable.

We went there for a marriage occasion purpose.. so only visit exterior of this property.. that is actually very good open ceremony place .. place is very neat and clean .. ambience is good enough.. but it's located at joka, this is end of the Kolkata .. location is odd otherwise if you're at south Kolkata.. then it's okay for you .. also you'll get ample amount of parking..

I went there for a marriage ceremony. The place was quite good and especially the water pool in the middle is keeping the place cool. The events and celebrations there is ample space. The location is also good, it is situated right on the Diamond Harbour Road. The nearest metro will be Joka metro, which is still under development. The existing metro nearby is Tollygunge, from there it will take 40 minutes by car.

The new Cafe which they have opened is very good. It also has a dining area which can accommodate 25 people for a small get together. Only one day notice and a few bucks as advance will do for them to arrange the party. Menu can be seen in their menu section. A good spot to hangout for the people of Behala. The behaviour of the staffs are very very nice.

We did a day tour in this property, which is located right on the main road. We enjoyed our stay there right from the pool, their own little nursery and the food is also top notch. The people are very hospitable.

The hotel needs to take care of the hygiene and sanitation of the rooms. There were cockroach running around in the washroom, the rooms don't have a proper phone service to contact the reception, the steward will give you his own number to contact and then not pick up the call.

The place is just a playground with a small pool. Please do not organise any party for marriage or other occasions. The food is one of the worst food you will be able to find in Kolkata. Tasteless kebab and rice and mutton being called biriyani. Not to say of the fish fry where fish is absent. If no star could be given I would have been hàppier. The decorations were filthy with few old sofas doing the round. At last the counter for sherbat will remain in operative as with only half the party the stock went out. No where there is sufficient item for people to eat.

Nice hotel to stay and enjoy with friends. Facilities are A1 class. Staff is very helpful. Peaceful and spiritual place to enjoy the holidays. Going to visit again.

The rooms inside are also well maintained and good. The place is well noticeable from the traffic. Though located in a bit outskirt of the town , it is well accessible from IIM Joka & ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Joka. So all in all , it's a perfect throw a party.

Despite not being especially large, the room was cosy and spotless. Although the furnishings were rather antiquated, everything was still in good working order. I slept well during my visit because the bed was comfy. For the price, the hotel's amenities were adequate. On-site amenities included a small gym and a restaurant, although I never had an opportunity to use them. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, and they were able to respond to any inquiries I had about the region.

Service and Behaviour of this hotel staff is Good..Specially Nirmallya Sen (Manager). He never make us feel that we are away from home. Food taste is awesome.

A nice Bar cum Restaurant on a main thoroughfare. Once you are in, the atmosphere is nice and quiet. It was a Pleasurable experience with the music and drinks. The Starters are good, but the main course is better. A little overpriced, but the food is tasty. Thoroughly enjoyed the evening!

The place is spacious but lacks cleanliness. The swimming pool is filled with filthy water. Local ponds are better than that so called pool. Bathrooms are also very much dirty. The authority should take these issues seriously.

Our college organised annual college fest here as it is close to campus. Not a good place.... Drunkard manager... Don't have sense how to talk... How to behave.... Always sink in alcohol... I noticed that person for 4 days. Totally rubbish place... If u have no option left, you can go there otherwise not. Not even providing water in room. When asked, behaved rudely.

In one word, it's a BAKWAS hotel. It's more like a guest house rather than hotel. No proper service available. Staff only ask for money before service. Hotel rooms are shabby, untidy, full of mosquito. Rooms have no intercom service, so to order something either you have to go to reception all the time, even in midnight incase of any emergency requirements, or else hotel boy share their private number for any requirement, but they switch off phone when not on duty. No amenities are in proper working condition, like electric kettle, all-out machine, bathroom taps are in broke condition,room window frames have large gaps, so mosquito are entering the room. It's a pathetic condition. Staffs are very rude, and if you ask any service, before service they ask full payment. Hotel environment is very clumsy, untidy. Hotel manager is helpless and can't control his staff under him. No proper management. No proper communication There is no Aristrocacy in Aristro club. You will feel gloomy & depressed. Overall review 0.5 out of 10. Recommendations : Try to avoid this hotel, total waste of money & time.

Firstly, no lifts available. Cramped rooms, dirty bathrooms, geyser didn't work. Bed linen not up to the mark. Room service is a joke. It took almost an hour to get tea and coffee

Extermely horrible place . Poorest service , no phone/ intercom in room. In name of breakfast serve some meagre food, rooms are very old, not lighted , some rooms have no window. This place is minus on scal of 1 -5.
