New owners for this location and I think they are doing great! We just had my son's Birthday party here and they did a great job. The person who helped us was super attentive and made sure that we were topped off on drinks! Also they have a glow zone that starts much earlier and on Thursday which is great, previously they started way too late for my son (who was 6) to attend. Docking a star, Glow Zone isn't covered by our season and costs an additional $24 to jump.

It's way too hot these daze... 🥵 Wanted to spend a nice Saturday indoors. Decided to spring 😏 on into this place. Kids were poppin' like popcorn 🍿 all over the joint. My nephew really enjoyed himself tho. He was literally jumping for joy.🦘 That rock climbing area was tough. We hit all the spots until we wore out, then we bounced 😏. I had a great time. Definitely will be back soon, especially since the place is so close by... only a hop, skip and a jump away 😏😎 k bye.

We go to Sky Zone very often because it is close to home, and kids like to jump there. They have an annual pass, which is great for the money. But it might be offered during January only. It's not a really clean area, also it looks like it would be time for some renovations but this is not a big deal for us, as long as it is safe. There is a good climbing wall, and trampolines are great for jumping. Adults can jump, too. There is a little area for small children. However, there are a few safety concerns for me. For example, one of them is that there are a couple of places on the trampoline area where there are gaps between the trampolines covered by a mat. The gaps are big enough for a child to fit and fall under the trampolines. Overall, we like that we have this place close to home but it is important to watch children all the time, especially the smaller ones, for safety reasons.

Excellent place for kids to get their energy out! It is well staffed, and they are trained well. Beware they recently changed the requirement for the obstacle course and you now have to be 8 which is a little disappointing. It wasn’t super busy there either. One criticism, it was very expensive, I feel. For two kids, two hours it was just under $50 with socks. You do have to have special socks to jump there.

There for my nieces birthday. Staff was incompetent, needs to be trained up more. The party package was overpriced for the service that was received. Manager (black shirt) yelled at my children to go back upstairs while I was moving us from party room to ground floor. Because the goofy 40 min you have to feed and open presents in party room. Manager instead of assisting was rude and ignorant to the situation of not only my party but guests (not mine) as well. Management needs to be disciplined, don't yell at employees that are trying. MANAGER NEEDS TO BE YELLED AT AND HELD ACCOUNTABLE. Anger management probably too. Just a horrific event. Do not bring parties to this location.

After I went on line to cancel my membership I waited the week for the response like the website says to do. After 7 days I called to say I still have not received a response. Devan said his internet is down and will call me back in a couple hours. Of course he never called. That was a Friday. I called back Saturday, Monday and Tuesday. Finally on Tuesday the guy on the phone said it is still active until the next billing month but it will be canceled then. The kids could have been using this membership for the past week and a half had I known this. Thanks for nothing devan. Also STILL have not received the email confirming cancellation. The website says it's not cancelled until you receive that. I thought I was going to make this a regular summer thing with the kids. I guess not after all of this. If they charge me next month, I will take it up with my credit card company. That will be so much easier.

We went for a birthday party last weekend. The kids loved it and did not want to leave. For me, it was pure chaos. I could not keep an eye on both children at the same time. The 4yo wanted to be in one area while the 7yo was in another. It raised my anxiety. The place is pricy, so I’m glad it was only one kid I had to pay for.

Staff was great from the initial call until the end of the birthday party. Very attentive, friendly, and fair. Facility is better than the other sky zones imo. Kids had a ball. Would recommend.

Age restrictions on the warrior course sucks especially when their “toddler” if thats what they call it , doesn’t work particularly and the bigger kids get on it. Sucks . Won’t be coming back . Especially since right now they’re slow . I understand they’re doing their job .
