Great ice cream but they managed to mess up my orders. The waffle cone tasted bland and a little stale. Ice cream, though expensive in comparison to other places ($6+ for two scoops), is exceptionally good. It's not excessively sweet and the taste of milk is evident. Nice in-store fridge packed with farm-fresh eggs, milk, hard cheese, cottage cheese, and sour cream. Ample indoor seating and two restrooms for customers.

We have been Oberweis customers for 30+ year's. There is nothing like truly fresh and hormone free ice cold milk from a glass bottle! Go for the milk but try the ice cream and other fresh dairy items too.

I love oberweiss ice cream I come here 3-4 times a week. However this location 50% of the time doesn’t have soft serve ice cream in stock. Seems as though management doesn’t know how to properly order and stock this for some reason. They have a lot of room for improvement here and need some training on how to forecast so they don’t run out of ice cream. This ends up equating to at least $15 a week in lost sales from me alone as if they don’t have soft serve, I get nothing and only order for my wife.

Been going there for years. The ice cream is very good, no product complaints. A bit expensive but worth it!!!!

3 stars instead of 5 because you guys never put enough chocolate chips in the mint chocolate chip. And there were like 5 Oreo pieces in the cookies n cream pints. Put more toppings in your ice cream and maybe I'll change my answer

Well even though this place has best ice cream around I will never go again as they got rid of best ice cream they had with chocolate smores. The vanilla one does not even taste like smores but chocolate one did. I am moving to Pennsylvania soon anyways. However I am boycotting oberweis from here on out till I leave because they got rid of best ice cream flavor they ever had.

I love the smell of dairy as soon as you enter the store. A relaxing environment to enjoy ice cream.

Really great ice cream, have never tried their milk. The staff was SUPER over worked, seemed like they didn't have enough help.

Place is good.. love the ice cream.. everytime I order a cone ice cream it melts and and is sticky come. This has been airing repeatedly

I order from here at least twice a week; I’ve probably placed over 40 orders on either DoorDash, Uber eats, etc. Last night was a bad experience. Last night I ordered a strawberry raspberry smoothie and the thing had giant chunks of ice and full ice cubes. I’ve ordered the smoothie before and it a pleasant icy smooth texture. I also ordered a triple scoop. I listed in the special instructions for fuller scoops; which I do every time because depending on who makes they either give me reasonable scoops or very small. Last night was the smallest scoops they ever gave and it almost seemed on purpose. Today Feb 5th I placed another order through Uber eats. I specifically stated in the instructions I didn’t want whip cream or a cookie in my shake. Unfortunately I end up getting both.. Disappointing because I order from them so much. Update - the store didn’t follow special instructions and received watery shakes. I contacted the email and they still haven’t responded.

Best ice cream/dairy products in the Midwest!! Everything is worth ordering here. I personally love the Espresso caramel chip ice cream, as well as their shakes! Also, this location has an great crew working here. Thanks for being awesome

Ice cream here is always made well and toppings throughout the cup not just piled at the top like dairy queen. Service is the reason I go though. Always great service and happy employees.
