I thought the L's in Portillos were silent. I'm so mexican 🇲🇽😆✊ Anyways, ordering on the app is swift. Just blitz on thru the pick up line and there's not much of a wait. Got my chopped salad 🥗 as usual. Delivery is also speedy.

My youngest son and I went here (drive thru) on a Saturday night. We ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches, two large fries, and a cheeseburger. What we received were two chicken sandwiches, two heavily salted fries (that went to the garbage), and bun with cheese and other condiments. Yes, there was no burger patty (please see the image enclosed there’s absolutely no evidence of a hot burger patty touching anything). I couldn’t believe it. Imagine telling your 8yrs old child he had no burger or none of the fries were edible. I called the restaurant. The young lady who answered the phone could care less about the fries being too salty and said they’ll refund the cheeseburgers cost (haven’t received credit yet probably have to callback). Absolutely, no other apology nor compensation for the inconvenience. Unbelievable, unappreciated, and unacceptable especially for Portillos.

I ordered a big beef and there was barely any meat, the meat looked pink and uncooked and there was a piece of hair in it. I called and spoke with the manager Jesse who offered them to make me a new 1 if I came back but why would I want a repeat of this?? He offered a refund which I'm still waiting on but I've never had this happen at portillos and honestly it turned me off completely. I would've liked to hear there would be training and they'll make sure everyone has on hairnets so this doesn't happen to anyone again. He didn't really seem to care much about the business succeeding.

Every time I go to the one on Larkin, it appears as if 3 to 4 cars behind me receive their food as I continue to wait. So, I chalk it up to a large order. But, it never fails that the person making my order makes a mistake. Normally, it is the beef bowl order but today it was a simple bacon burger with mustard, lettuce and onion only. Unfortunately, for me, they decided to add mayonnaise and tomatoes.

My bf & I ordered a lot of food today at Portillo’s - Bacon burger, Fries, Chicken tenders, Italian beef, hot dog & a chocolate cake slice w/ a Vanilla Shake & Root Beer. The cashier guy and window lady were super friendly and helped us with our order quickly. I would definitely go back and visit again! :))

I went through the drive thru today, I had a great experience! I am a fan of Portillo’s as many are and I was hesitant about this new pickup/delivery location. I have nothing negative to say. The nice woman who took my order, Stephanie, was very friendly and helpful. I wanted to customize a sandwich and it was pretty pricy with the add ons, she explained what I wanted was similar to one that is available on the menu and cheaper because you don’t pay extra for add ons. After getting help with my order we waited for our food. It was relatively quick, what would be expected for fresh customized food, while waiting my impatient son and I were greeted by the gentleman that was giving customers their food, Dre. He was friendly and my 5 year old asked him lots of questions and just talked his ear off. He didn’t once seem annoyed or ignore him like many would. He continued to deliver food to others while giving my son stickers and a hat and just making his wait and mine MUCH more pleasant! I really felt they went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience. Once we received our food it was all correct and everything tasted great! I would definitely return and recommend this location based on the EXCEPTIONAL service we received!

Do not be alarmed if the line is long. The service is super quick. Currently the drive through is cashless only. This is a newer location but you’ll get the same quality service as a location that’s been around for a longer period of time.

This location was a drive-thru only location I am a truck driver so they don't take orders inside. However the young lady working there was very accommodating and went ahead and took an order for me and let me pick it up where the doordash and GrubHub people wait. Thank you Portillo's

I guess just like most places nowadays. Prices increase quality goes down but Portillo's. I ordered a beef and got barely any beef on it. And usually have to wait forever for your food even if it is just for a beef. And they don't take cash anymore. Because someone at a different location got rob. Another company that bows to the idea. I'll let 1 person ruin it for everybody.

Is it just me or did the Italian beef get a little bit smaller? They definitely change the bread. I’ve been buying Italian beef from years from Portillo‘s and I’ve never had a sandwich this small they’re so overrated but yet they are so cheap and I will never pay $10 for Italian beef again because at this point the Italian beef are not worth $10 because they’ve gotten smaller. Personally, I would rather go to Mr Sub . At least you’re going to get what you pay for there.

Very good place and the service is great the girl with the cute little nose ring I believe her name is Janessa is such a nice person and very friendly and patient when it comes to taking orders. Great service 👍👍👍
