I've only been here twice so far, used the drive thru both times and had coupons. I go at lunch time and it hasn't been busy. Everyone I have encountered has been pleasant and the food has been good and fresh. They even gave me napkins and utensils without me having to ask, the first time I went I got hot sauce and a packet of honey for my biscuit! I did go once on an evening and ended up turning around and leaving. Their parking lot/drive thru line is not designed very well which ended up in two lines of cars trying to use the drive thru and frustrated patrons who were blocked in trying to leave. I will defintely go back for lunch.

Staff had trouble getting the order right, but triumphed in the end. While we were there someone spilled a soft drink all over the soft drink counter and floor in front of it, it got 97% cleaned up. Mopping the floor got most of it, but you need to clean the counter in front of the beverage machine too.

This Popeyes Store number 12388 was excellent the food was hot the service was fantastic. I'm so happy to see this location come up. Thanks Maria for being so professional and kind see you again soon . Keep up the good work 👏 😃💯

I came through the drive-thru the night of 1/17/24 right before closing. Order 84. Carlos and Eddie were working and instead of being annoyed about the last minute order did their best and took care of me and my family. Carlos was very nice and had a smile in his face! Great workers and great service. Thank you for not being annoyed with me and for giving the best for the last!

I like popeyes but one time I want there I placed a order online and my client placed his as well and when I got there the manager said they were not going to open till 11 now the sign on the door said 10. So I waited outside for 30 minutes and about 5 or 6 cars pulled in some people placed orders online as well and the y still wasn't open. So by 11: 15 a customer who had been waiting like me asked the man who was cleaning the window on the inside what time they was opening and he told him at 12 what happen at 11 that is what the manager told me. I order two 12 piece sweet and spicy wing meals along with two additional sides, to-go. Once home I began to eat my chicken only to discover they were all ice cold. I stay less than 5 min away from the establishment. I called (15x) to let them know I would be returning with the chicken but no one ever answered. I gave MARIA my food and explained the chicken was ice cold. After a 5+ min wait, she told me my chicken was ready. I watched how she had gave out additional foord as compensation for their wait. But I was never offered such courtesy. When I asked Maria what was my compensation for going all the way home and back. She disrespectfully attempted to hand me a large cup. After spending $36 and having to return to the store, a drink as compensation is ridiculous. Once home again all of the side were then cold. I will also reach out to corporate. Overall terrible experience. I won't be returning all take my money where it is appreciated.

I purchased a gift card /cash that did not work. I ask for a refund and they stated " don't give refunds or a credit. I showed them my receipt and called the number on the back of the card which said I had my full balance. Do not purchase any gift cards from there. And manager Marie and Lorena area manager customer skills/ store policy is horrible!!!!

Well, I will say this I have not been to Popeye's in a while, like months. I just paid $13 dollars for a tiny wing, a little leg and a small thigh. They didn't even give me one Breast. I'm unsure why I didn't get one. Long story short my chicken wasn't even spicy. Needless to say but I won't be back ever. The cashier was very nice and the chicken was hot and everything was in my order. The price point is ridiculous for such a small pcs of chicken.

Stop using the fryers for outside for, shrimp tasted like tequito breading . Shrimp were not fresh, most likely was already cook then refried.

They never get orders right and the wait time is ridiculous! Given this Popeyes numerous attempts to get their act together because they are the only one near me but they manage to mess things up every time!!!

Who every that lady was that was serving me In the drive threw window on jefferson street popeyes, deserves a raise, kind, polite, patients, and it was pleasure to go there, food hot and delicious.

If you’re in a rush, unless you’re hispanic- don’t count on speedy service! The male employees are often too busy flirting giving Spanish lessons to the customers through the drive thru speaker while multiple cars are backed up in line. Only frustrated other guests- lady began screaming.

They open at 10 and I wait til like 10:05 they said we will open in 15 mins. Waited 20 and now they are saying in 20 mins. This place has gone downhill pretty quickly.
