This place gets on my last nerve. I put my order in online and it was confirmed. I wait 20mins and walk in to get my food. Girl behind the counter asks me to wait...... then says the order JUST came in. But hold on the email says it was confirmed 20mins ago...so I'm confused.. I'm stuck another 20mins. Not sure why I waste my time here. I guess it's good drunk-time food.

The atmosphere might get larger one day. Everything I had except the honey barbeque sauce, was a good dinner. It's crazy if no one likes thus place. 2024.

The lady at the counter was super nice..she top it off with a banana pudding for dessert it was okay would of like to see more of the vanilla wafers but the food was good fried hard is not my forte but overall I would go back and just tell them my suggestion.

I was visiting in joliet 4 a week and I love the fried chicken wings.. my.moms fish dinner was fine.. mine wasnt.. I've had sharks at different locations and I've never got soggy chicken wings... it wasn't good. I didn't eat it. I gave it to the dog. Very disappointing

This chain is the best for seafood and chicken. It's clean, quick and the food is out of this world. I usually have perch or catfish and have never been disappointed. The portions are large, the food is hot and fresh and the staff is totally cool. The neighborhood is, what it is, but I've never had any problems when I go there. Tried a few other fish restaurants in the area and they just don't compare to Sharks.

When you walk through the door there is a strong smell of dead rodents often coming from somewhere. With an odor that strong I can't imagine how it doesn't penetrate the food they cook. I received undercooked chicken and called the restaurant once I arrived home about it and when I returned to receive a refund, I was told never to come back. With the odor and undercooked chicken. The manager telling me not to return was the best part of the experience.

The customer service is great. The food is ok for the price. I recommend calling in your order.

The lady that works the night shift gave me so much attitude I asked for extra chilli powder she gave me a attitude ignored me when I asked for a little more threw my food on the counter with her head turned she didn’t put my jalapeños that I paid for nor Cole slaw. . I even asked her did I do something to her and she said Ty with a attitude.. I heard about her from other people I’m done with that spot. Zero stars!!

I came across this place about a year ago and learned that they offer some of the the best food i have had the pleasure of jamming in my mouth. I have never gotten bad service and everyone seems to enjoy my colorful personality. If you have the opportunity take the time the prices are reasonable, the chicken is DA BOMB, and the people are very nice. 27 thmbs up!!!!

I order 50 pcs of chicken at 5:30 pm and they told me 15 minutes when I arrived to the place at 6 pm and they didn't have it ready and I recive my order at 6:20pm

Absolutely terrible. Where do i start. They forgot a pizza puff from my grilled catfish dinner, the hush puppies were over cooked and almost black and hard to chew. They looked nothing like the picture they advertise. The "grilled" catfish was so slimy and tasted like the bottom of a pond or dirty river water. By the time the order reached me which was only about 2 miles away the food was cold. It took over an hour from the time I placed the order. I'll never order from there again. Just terrible and sad cause i was so hungry.
