I
did
contact
smoothie
king
feedback
and
received
no
response
at
all
whatsoever!
If
I
could
leave
negative
stars,
I
would!
Drive
thru
line
was
very
long,
about
6
cars,
so
I
parked
and
went
in-
right
up
to
the
desk
and
ordered.
Went
to
the
other
side
of
the
counter
to
wait.
7
people
came
in
after
me
and
ordered.
About
10
minutes
after
I
ordered,
the
girl
calls
a
name.
It’s
the
guy
who
had
ordered
last!
Even
he
looked
surprised,
as
there
were
the
rest
of
us
waiting.
But
ok,
not
s
huge
deal.
Then,
slowly,
the
rest
of
the
orders
came
in
backwards
as
to
how
we
ordered,
until
it
was
just
me.
Ok…
then
nothing.
The
one
girl
was
cleaning
the
blenders,
the
other
lady
was
working
drive
thru.
No
one
even
acknowledges
me
standing
there.
So
I
said,
is
my
smoothie
going
to
be
ready
soon?
I
ordered
before
all
those
people
and
I
still
haven’t
gotten
mine.
I
wasn’t
rude,
I
had
just
stated
it.
I
understand
they
were
short
staffed.
But
STILL,
NO
ONE
ACKNOWLEDGED
ME!!!
As
if
I
was
just
standing
there
for
nothing!
So
again
I
asked
a
little
louder-
same
as
before.
The
girl
that
originally
rang
me
up
says,
what
was
the
name
on
the
order?
,
I
said
Jennifer.
She
looks
and
can’t
find
mine.
So
the
other
lady
comes
over
and
looks
and
says,
really
rudely,
there’s
a
Jen.
I
said
ok,
she
probably
shortened
it,
and
then
said
is
it
the
XXXX
smoothie?
No
response,
she
just
starts
making
it.
Then
she
says
to
the
other
girl,
‘you
need
to
make
these
in
the
order
they
come
in
so
we
don’t
have
to
deal
with
people
like
this.’
Um
what??
I
said,
people
like
this?
I’ve
been
waiting
nearly
a
half
hour
for
my
order
and
no
even
said
anything
to
me!
I
waited
patiently
until
all
the
other
orders
were
filled
and
then
you
both
started
doing
other
things.
She
said
we
don’t
need
your
attitude.
Trust
me,
I
was
being
much
nicer
than
I
wanted
to
be.
I
really
was
trying
not
to
snap…
I
understand
they
were
short
staffed,
I
understand
the
other
girl
was
new
and
learning,
but
just
because
of
those
things,
that
doesn’t
give
you
the
right
to
talk
to
me
that
way.
I
asked
if
she
was
the
manager-
she
said
yes.
I
said
I’d
like
your
corporate
number.
She
said,
‘Google
it!’
All
I
said
after
that
was
that
I
really
can’t
believe
she
thinks
it’s
ok
to
talk
to
someone
that
way.
And
she
says,
everything
is
being
taped
and
recorded
right
now.
Okay?!?!….
And?!?!
I
said
nothing
that
shouldn’t
have
been
said-
not
sure
what
she
was
trying
to
portray
by
saying
that.
I
would
have
just
left,
had
I
not
already
paid
for
my
smoothie.
There
was
a
customer
that
had
went
through
the
drive
thru
and
apparently
got
the
wrong
order,
so
they
had
to
park
and
come
in…
and
she
was
waiting
a
very
long
time,
after
I’m
sure
she
had
sat
in
the
drive
thru
line
for
a
long
time
before
that.
I’m
a
fan
of
Smoothie
King,
but
I
will
never
be
back
at
this
location.
They
should
be
ashamed
of
the
way
this
location
is
being
run
and
how
customers
are
being
treated!
This
location
has
no
value
for
their
customers
or
their
customers’
time.
