I have never in my life seen a doctor as nice and caring as Dr Vanderbilt! He is amazing! He really listened to my concerns and took notes like crazy! Like he is an Angel sent from above! I saw him in urgent care once and was like I want him as my pcp doctor. I waited over a month and half to get into him! So very worth it! Also, his nurse Mary, she is a doll! She’s very caring as well! I had some blood work done and Teresa in the lab was awesome as well! These 3 employees deserve a shout out! Amazing!

The NEA Woodsprings Urgent Care Clinic is usually on schedule. Today they were running late. Regardless, all the personnel I dealt with were very polite, professional and friendly. I have a very good doctor who is personally concerned with my well being. I had lab work done today and my technologist Teresa was great. She drew blood and it was totally painless. In summary, I highly recommend visiting NEA Woodsprings Urgent Care Clinic for your healthcare needs.

I have had several mammograms at NEA Baptist Woodsprings. And every time I am nervous until I walk through that door to the Mammography area. But once inside, the professionals explain exactly what is going to be done and why. They tell you when something is going to be uncomfortable and why it is being done. But they still apologize as they complete the tasks necessary. They make a sometimes painful and to sometimes embarrassing situation easier to deal with and I am very grateful for that.

Great place and friendly staff. Dr. Wiggins takes the time to listen and have a conversation without jumping to conclusions to get you out the door. Best doctor and facility i have ever been to.

The doctor I saw today was astounding. I’ve been trying to figure out what has been going on with my body for 8 years, only to be in and out of my previous doctor of 7 years to be gaslit and send me off with my medications. I love how through my doctor was. I will definitely be staying with him as my PCP. I felt heard and HUMAN. He validated me without writing me off bc of my age. I feel a huge weight lifted off my shoulders knowing I’m in good hands of someone who wants to work with me to get to the issue together. He asked about the specialists I’ve seen, and was not condescending to me in any way. He is definitely a kind doctor with great bedside manner. For the first time in years I’m starting to trust the healthcare system with him and knowing I am in good hands with his guidance. Thank you for your doctors. We need more doctors like Dr Vanderbilt.

Always the best care and professional. Dr Hoke has been my PCP for many years, and has been absolutely wonderful.
