First time ever and I’m so stuffed. Noah was our waiter and he did an amazing job! The Cookie was the best dessert I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend this place

Love visiting Cheddars. Pain killers are the best. Hated the time it was closed during tornado. Will definitely be continued guests. Love Cheddar's. ❤️

The food was good. Just our waiter wasn't very attending to us. He was more into serving this one table. We didn't even get refills. Very dissatisfied with the service. I will not be going back.

Well, I was wrong thinking that having to wait for a table means it's a great place. This was the second failed attempt at enjoying a dinner at cheddars in jonesboro. Not only did we have a wait time in an empty restaurant, but our waiter forgot to bring back our "more chips, please." He also failed to refill our drinks, after we finally flagged him down and begged. After we already had the appetizer on the table (a 20 minute wait)(and our entrees had been turned together with the appetizer, mind you) did he come tell me they were "out of" what I ordered 30 minutes prior. I chose not to submit another choice. He forgot my husband's salad. Brought it after entree but graciously told us we would not be charged. Check out the restroom... overflowing garbage, drinks on basin and toilet paper on floor in EVER stall. Also... see how empty? You'd think the could provide a service. Fool me twice!

Not a big fan of the sweet butter on the croissant but it wasn't bad. The cheese fries were phenomenal however and it arrived surprisingly fast. The blackened salmon was so so, only blackened in the middle and only on one side so it was mostly bland. Can't beat the price though, only about $10 per person for a lot of food. Some really enjoyed the meal, but most of us felt it lacking a bit. At that price though it's definitely worth a second chance and they have a big enough menu we should be able to find something we hopefully all enjoy.

Best chicken tenders I have ever had in my entire life. Beautiful buttered croissants. Come here for large quantities of food for a great price! Highly recommend Cheddar’s!

Visited this eatery for lunch with my family and it was ok. It is similar to other fast, casual restaurants like Applebee's and Chili's. The prices here are a little lower than those counterparts though, which is good. They do serve alcohol at this restaurant so if you would like to get a drink with your meals, you will be able to do so. For the price, it isn't a bad spot but I would honestly visit another restaurant before making this my primary eating venue, if I have a choice.

First stumbled through the door of Cheddars 2 yrs ago, less than a month before being hit by the tornado. We were going like 2 times a week bc every thing is SOOOO good! Easily became my favorite place to eat out. Found out a couple weeks ago on fb that they were coming back, and now, guess whos a server there! 😍 Please keep in mind that there are many inexperienced employees trying to figure out their rhythm of work these first few weeks of being open. Many are learning something new, or are coming back into this field of service after yrs of doing something else. As were still learning, expect longer waits, and more frequent bloopers. While they shouldnt happen, we arent robots. We are CHEDDARS!

Cheddar's food never disappoints, and this location in Jonesboro was no exception. The food was hot and delicious. The only reason I can't give it a 5 star review is because our service could have been a bit better. Took awhile to finally get someone to take our order and there was 3 of us sat at a very small table and after ordering our drinks and appetizers our server did not clear off any of our extra cups or plates so the table got very crammed very quickly and it took awhile to find her again to ask for our to go boxes and then to pay (because we were paying in cash) other then those minor inconveniences our lunch was great and we will definitely be back in the future!

Very good. Highly recommend avoiding the line at the door and going straight for the bar. My top picks are the Painkiller if you want to drink but don't like the taste of alcohol and some Buffalo chicken wraps. Don't forget the Wisconsin cheese bites for your appetizer.

The service was amazing! The food was good well seasoned and hot. Only negative the small amount of broccoli 🥦 I received. I had the 8oz blackened salmon over rice with my sides being a baked potato and broccoli which is pictured.

Me and the family came on a Tuesday night traveling (for a wedding). There was no wait, it was busy! We put our order in and although it was a busy time our food was fresh and hot!! Pretty big size portions. My only ick is we received our yummy crescents before placing our orders but they were out of saucer/plates. It wasn't a big deal we just ate them on napkins because we couldn't sit and wait LOL we DID have plates for our appetizers and entrées!! Enjoyed our visit!

Cheddar's is an interesting place having somewhat similar food to Chilli's but without the southwest theme. The atmosphere was very odd. The decor is somewhat modern or perhaps a bit urban, but we walked in, they were playing country music (pop/rock with a Nashville accent). Felt very out of place. They served buttered croissants that were crispy and delicious) soon after we set down. Unfortunately there were four on the platter and only three of us. So we had to bargain for who would get a second croissant. We started our meal with Cheese Bites. These are cheese curds with a crispy breading and served with a side of ranch. They're pretty good. I can't help but regret not ordering them with a side of caramel. They're perfectly greasy enough to pair with something sweet (think carnival/fair food). I had the Chicken Tender Dinner with "honey hot" sauce. This is very juicy fried chicken and the sauce is very reminiscent of a sweet buffalo. I wasn't a fan. It comes with fries and a side of slaw. The slaw is mayo based and tastes pretty decent for s may based coleslaw. The fries were mediocre, but still tasty. My wife had the Monte Cristo. It's as if someone took a Turkey, Ham & Cheese, battered it with donut batter and deep fried it. I'm not a ham fan, so it missed the mark for me, but it was good apart from that. The sweet batter goes well with the cheese. My daughter had the kids meal barbecue chicken (served on rice). She devoured it, but didn't finish the rice. Service was much less than expected. We had to ask for a drink refill and that was the only one we got. We didn't try any drinks on this visit, but they did have some interesting cocktails including a pineapple-coconut twist on a Moscow Mule.

Awful experience! Cold food and rude servers!! Specifically the bartender who could have cared less and actually rolled her eyes at me, lol. The manager Hunter is lovely and I feel bad that he cannot find decent workers.

I had the buffalo wrap. Chicken was room temperature. The chicken was hard like twice fried and old laying around. I will not return to this location. My wife had chicken pot pie, it was acceptable, not near as good as her recipe, but at least it was hot. Atmosphere was boring. Sorry manager-person I wish you luck. Bartender was great.

The food here is really good. Had the new Orleans pasta really good. They had one in Lafayette a while back but closed not sure why because this place is great. Price isnt crazy you can order a appetizer, 3 meals and still be around 35 to 40 bucks. Really enjoyed the food everything was cooked great. Not perfect hints the 4 stars. But really great

Food was ok....steak was over cooked for what we ordered, fried shrimp was small and cold, the broccoli cheese casserole was the best thing we had. The croissants was amazing!

Fast friendly service. Food was real good. Everything was nice and clean. It was very cold in here! They need to turn the heat on! People eating in their coats. Sure wish I had brought mine!!!

I have always enjoyed Cheddar's. My guys was delicious and hot. Service was great. I took off a star because my wife's steak was full of fat and gristle to the point she only found two good pieces to eat in the whole thing. Weird thing, they didn't have sodas, but their flavored teas are good.

Cheddars was delicious again. The country fried steak was as good as any I've ever had. I have been to several of the Cheddars locations, and they are consistently great. Good food and service. It's all around a good deal. I will eat at another one when the chance is available.

Great service they were switching shifts so it took a second to get seated but they were doing there best to get everyone moving along. My waitress Zamen was very sweet and made sure we had what we needed, she did a great job and kept her head up the entire time we were there. The food was pretty good I got a ribeye and I was impressed. It was juicy and had the perfect amount of pink in it and good flavor(medium well).

I LOVE Cheddars! It is my favorite place to eat, and I am so thrilled it was rebuilt after a tornado demolished it! My husband and I ate there last weekend, and unfortunately the hostess was impersonal and we had 3 different servers... the food was exceptional as always, and the prices are unbeatable. The bathrooms could've used a little more attention, but still a very nice restaurant to enjoy a satisfying meal. Cheddar Bites are a must! Top notch steaks as well.

The service is excellent. Everything we had on the table was good except for the steak I ordered. I ordered the 14oz Ribeye it looked to be maybe 10oz 1/2" thick and cooked to super boot leather. I asked for medium. I loved the restaurant. I figure I just got the bad meal of the day.

The food is wonderful! But curbside...isn't so great. We struggled a bit with it. It was done early, and took forever to get to us, and NO ONE would answer the phone when we called. We had trouble with getting the check-in to load on our phones. So we tried calling, twice we called the to-go line and no one would answer.. finally got our food and not a single bit of sauce was in there that we asked for. And we had 2 baked potatoes, and only a very very small bowl of sour cream and cheese. We will definitely be going in from now on lol

Our server was Erica, and she was great! Very sweet and attentive. We got the spinach dip as an appetizer, and the cheese on top was not melted. And why would you put cold sour cream on top of cheese? Would be much better on the side. I ordered the chicken tender platter with mashed potatoes and corn. I did not expect (and didn't want) gravy on my mashed potatoes. Otherwise my entree was great!

Very attentive and friendly staff. The booths are very spacious and comfortable. Everything we ordered was really good, especially the ribs, steak and pasta.
