    This restaurant used to be an excellent place to eat. However, I have gone there the last several months and the female who has been working at night is extremely rude, she never says anything, is very unprofessional, if they are out of food she fails to say anything about it until I’m almost done ordering. They are often out of beans, tortillas and different Ingredients and will not remake the food even if it is not close to closing time. It is not just this one member at the specific location with poor customer service skills I really hope someone comes into this location and train all of their employees as they badly need it. The guys that work in this restaurant usually work in the back of the restaurant making the food, however they still have horrible customer service and are very immature and loud even in the back of the restaurant. They will go and sit at the tables out in the lobby and joke around and talk/not do their job. They usually have their pants sagging down to their knees and look extremely unprofessional. It is a shame that this restaurant has gone downhill so much in the last several months because it used to be an excellent place to eat with awesome employees who knew what they were doing, but now it is not worth attempting to eat there because most likely there will be items missing and/or the employees will be horribly rude. If it is at night/afternoon do not waste your time going to this restaurant. This is a picture of the fourth time my friends and me have attempted to eat at this Qdoba location and they have been out of multiple ingredients. Most of the time they were out of beans, this time they were out of fajita vegetables and multiple other things. I really wish corporate would come here and change this restaurant back to the way used to be instead of just giving us free entrées. What is the point of giving us free entrées if you can’t have any ingredients to make the entrée in the first place?

    Stopped in Qdoba for lunch. The restaurant was dirty. The prep tables were dirty with open food laying around. The trash can area was dirty. The drink machine was out of coke, Dr Pepper and other drinks. No tea. We were not given a tray to carry our food. The meat in the food trays was dry and appeared to be sitting out for a long time. The food was expensive $35 for 2 burritos and tasted subpar. . The list of problems with the Jonesboro location is long. Very disappointed since there is a sign out front that says “Under New Management”. I will not return.

    Placed order online and went to pick up. Upon my arrival the store was closed. Needless to say I filed a complaint with corporate and after several days have not heard back. Can't call the store unable to leave a message. Bank account has been charged for the meal. I have contacted the BBB and the Attorney General's office and filed complaints. I would give zero stars if I could. I will never return!

    There should be 0 stars. Not sure what the manager was thinking today being rude to customers, but he did it after an order was disgustingly served to me and my friend. There was a roach in one of our meals. Called the store and the supposed manager on duty replied rudely cussing, and just being very nasty about it. I’ll never support this business again because of this situation today. Very unprofessional and unsanitary.

    Was excited to try this place untill we ate the food. Flavor seemed ok, but the meat was cold and tasted old, and the other stuff that was supposed to be hot was cold. And they were missing many ingredients to add to our burrito. Not sure if we will return.

    I had to wait nearly 10 minutes for fresh Impossible meat but wasn't perturbed because the staff was friendly and accommodating. The manager was on duty, he was very nice and seemed to communicate well with his staff. I enjoy grabbing vegan tacos from this chain whenever I'm near a Qdoba because the food is usually made quickly and tastes great!

    I came about this place while picking up a DoorDash order, and the manager and employee there were so nice and talkative. The manager talked about the food there, encouraging me to try it, and showed me the care she put into her orders. I promised them I’d come back and try it and did just that. The following week they were both there, working just as hard. The manager was so patient and her customer service went above and beyond. The food was made perfectly and was amazing. I will definitely be back for future orders and Qdoba in Jonesboro has a new loyal customer, all thanks to the awesome manager there!

    Very rude manager and staff at Jonesboro location! Did not give my daughter her order after me paying. They were rude to me, my daughter, and one of the parents who were on the field trip. My daughter did not receive or get to eat her food because they said they were “too busy to make her order”. Incident reported!

    The serving station was very unclean, unkept, spilled ingredients everywhere that hadn’t been tidied up at all. Brown guacamole dipped on my bowl. Dining room not clean.

    Chicken in the chicken queso bowl is the worst product I’ve had in a long time. The worker (I think she was new’ish) who made my bowl heaped more than she should have — the other worker was giving her stern looks — and really turned out to be a big bowl of mush. The container labeled ‘sweet tea’ was unsweetened tea. This was our first and last trip to QDoba here in Jonesboro.

    Lovely experience! Stopped in while in route to Branson. The gentleman working was extremely friendly and helpful - even with the AC out 🤯 and it being 100 degrees outside. Food was good and service was outstanding ♥️

    I stopped by here for dinner one day since I had not tried it previously. Very similar to other fast, casual Tex-Mex restaurants where they prep your meal right in front of you. I got the chicken protein bowl and chips with salsa. The food was good and the service was friendly.

    QDOBA to me is better than Chipotle. I know that once Chipotle came into town people started to visit them more. They have undergone a management change and I know they were shut down a while during the pandemic but I will choose them over Chipotle every time. I have eaten at both places and my favorite is QDOBA.

    Qdoba has been hit and miss. But the last couple of times I went they was hittin. Lol bussin bussin lol There's two new workers that is there later on in the evenings that are great. They have all the food available. There customer service is great.

    I ordered a pulled pork bowl and a side of queso. This was $11 and I don’t think this is worth $11!! They say they have new management, so I was excited to have a good experience and it’s still not as good as I have had in the past. I don’t think I will be going back.

    I really like this place! The food is usually good and fresh and the service is polite and warm. The reason I did not give them 5 stars is because they seem to have a really high turn-over rate. Only twice have I been in and seen the same people working. More times then not when I go, there is someone explaining/training what to do to the person who is actually putting the food together as I order.
