Rooms are clean and in very good shape, hotel restaurant is excellent if you like burgers and stuff. But if you get booked into the cellar with tiny rooms and no window, then this clouds the entire experience, sorry to say.

It's a beauty and nice view hotel, but there is quite a bit of dust in the room and I didn't feel the impression of being clean overall. It's suitable for couples, but I don't want to recommend it for families. There is no separate parking and the breakfast was very good!

Nice little hotel. Great for one or two nights. The breakfast buffett was one of the best I've ever had. Sooo many choices and nice hours. Hotel rooms could use a bit more cleaning but they were definitely not dirty. I would stay again if possible.

Good place to take customers to stay for factory trip just up the road in Fagerhult. Customers liked it. Comfortable rooms and bed. A bit weird to have a full length window in the bathroom.. Make sure it is covered when tackle out!!

We had a very good stay at this funky hotel. Nice hotel and nice town. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices.

Amazing service. Room was really tidy and clean, great ambiance and the breakfast is really good. 5/5 would highly recommend if you travel to Jonköping to visit or for Dreamhack

Nice people and food, but rooms without any windows suck..

Teeny, tiny rooms and an overpriced bar. Otherwise, great location within walking distance of the entire shopping area.

Price is incredibly variable due to demand. When it's reasonable (<1000 SEK) you cannot fault it, aside from the earnest melachonic breakfast music that accompanies most Swedish hotels. Scrambled eggs and suicide anyone?

Nice rooms, hotel and staff. But AC was very loud. Visited during extremely cold weather and room with big windows were extremely cold. Would have preferred to be offered an electric heater to help combat the cold and not have the AC buzz all night, making it hard to sleep.

The only rooms they had left where very small rooms in the basement without windows. I will probable never stay at this hotel again, did not enjoy this stay at all. The breakfast was okay but I expect better than this as well.

Overall very decent, but that underground floor... Clean and neat rooms, but look into the aircon setup early on to avoid the storm and noice at night.

Lovely little hotel with very tasty breakfast. The room could have been a little cleaner especially the details like the soap dispenser, the taps. Toilet brush was quite grim. Maybe an in depth clean could be in order. Pleasant stay despite that though.

Little bit expensive but probably due to events in city over the weekend. Stay for very comfortable, room was cosy, and a fantastic shower. Car park just a 1 minute walk. Staff super friendly - thoroughly recommend.

Rooms are really small but efficient. Everything is there what you need. But no windows... AC/air vents are also pretty loud. Breakfast is great! No free parking space near.

Rooms clean but rather small, lot of hangers but a bit strange distribution of closet and storage places. Bathroom clean and spacious. No fridge, ironing possible only in a common place at hotel corridor. Hotel is well placed in city center, just beside walking zone with lot of restaurants and shops. Bus stop just 3 minutes walk. Staff nice and polite and always ready to help. Hotel restaurant is a bit more expensive in comparison with other places around but service there is good and food for sure slightly above average. I would recommend for short stays, business trips and not so extraordinary demanding travelers.

Terrible service! Rude and unprofessional staff! Obvious absence of courtesy and service-mindedness. Had called the evening before to book a table for a birthday breakfast/brunch which happened to fall on Sunday 26/7.The staff on the phone informed me very clearly that I didn't need to make a reservation and we could just show up. My husband, daughter and I arrived at 0945 there were people waiting to be placed, and a queue waiting at the buffet. There was no staff helping with the seating. I approached a staff who might have been the lobby manager and asked for help. He simply asked me to go to the restaurant which was a few meters from him, in the open lobby. I informed him again that there was no staff there. He then asked if we had booked a table and i informed him of the telecon the previous day. He asked if we were guests which we were not. His response then was that he could not entertain us and that his colleague had made a mistake. He was cold, unfriendly and curt to the point of being rude. And he didn't bother to help the guests waiting to be placed. If that is the face of Vox, they need a makeover! And please, don't blame it on 'corona'!

The only positive point is tha t I think it’s not too expensive..., but the what we got in return wasn’t very good. The room is fine, bathroom was great, but then the extra beds for the family were terrible. One was missing different parts. The breakfast was absolutely terrible. No communication, very limited choice, some stuff wasn’t available even. One coffee machine with long cues. If I had to recommend something: pay perhaps a bit more, but choose something else. One note though: the people at the reception were super nice & helpful!

Truly great experience, we got a room with an amazing view and drinks waiting for us in the room for a very reasonable price. Would strongly recommend Vox. Breakfast buffe was great, the meze theme could've been done somewhat better, you can get better middle eastern food nearby the hotel. Overall 5/5

Great hotel which ticked all the right boxes. The room was lovely and clean, modern and well lit. The shower was easily the best I've ever had in a hotel and they provided all the essentials. Staff at the front desk were always very polite and attentive. One in particular (Jessica from memory) is an important member of their team and significantly improved our stay. The carparking was almost too secure, but it made sense to have it setup as they do and gave peace of mind. Finally they had clearly given some thought to their breakfast buffet. With time slots booked online, good spacing both at the buffet and tables plus sanitiser and gloves provided. My only complaint was that I seemingly couldn't book the ocean view rooms with children. I assume due to bed size or room space.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff always ready to help and give attention. Gym with amazing views. Beautiful hall and dinning room where you can enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast. Perfect for couples and short stays. Cozy rooms for romantic moments.

Stayed overnight while traveling across the country, and was pleasantly surprised at the hotel's quality despite the price range. The service was good and the rooms were clean and cosy (although very small and compact, so keep that in mind). The breakfast was satisfying and the food tasted good. There was a lot to choose from, too. Overall this hotel serves as a great resting station, it also offers parking space if you visit with a car (ask ahead of arrival!). Would definitely stay there again if I happen to pass in the area.
