Terrible
service!
Rude
and
unprofessional
staff!
Obvious
absence
of
courtesy
and
service-mindedness.
Had
called
the
evening
before
to
book
a
table
for
a
birthday
breakfast/brunch
which
happened
to
fall
on
Sunday
26/7.The
staff
on
the
phone
informed
me
very
clearly
that
I
didn't
need
to
make
a
reservation
and
we
could
just
show
up.
My
husband,
daughter
and
I
arrived
at
0945
there
were
people
waiting
to
be
placed,
and
a
queue
waiting
at
the
buffet.
There
was
no
staff
helping
with
the
seating.
I
approached
a
staff
who
might
have
been
the
lobby
manager
and
asked
for
help.
He
simply
asked
me
to
go
to
the
restaurant
which
was
a
few
meters
from
him,
in
the
open
lobby.
I
informed
him
again
that
there
was
no
staff
there.
He
then
asked
if
we
had
booked
a
table
and
i
informed
him
of
the
telecon
the
previous
day.
He
asked
if
we
were
guests
which
we
were
not.
His
response
then
was
that
he
could
not
entertain
us
and
that
his
colleague
had
made
a
mistake.
He
was
cold,
unfriendly
and
curt
to
the
point
of
being
rude.
And
he
didn't
bother
to
help
the
guests
waiting
to
be
placed.
If
that
is
the
face
of
Vox,
they
need
a
makeover!
And
please,
don't
blame
it
on
'corona'!
