Fun mexiamerican food. Chicken crispitas are yummy, the names of the dishes are clever. It's semi fast food. You'll love it!

Place was clean, staff was friendly and food was good! Only thing I didn’t like was the pricing! 2 meals and it was $30. Paying that I would rather go to a Mexican restaurant and have more than 4 tacos and 2 drinks. O and I suggest you use cash because they charge a fee to use your debit card!

Their mild sauce is delicious, definitely worth getting a bowl to go for any occasion! I like to get the mini-meal, with two bean burritos. Perfect meal every time.

In the last 4 years the prices have doubled between them and Webb City. I can get pathetic tacos at Taco Bell like this absolutely every single day. That is all the lettuce and cheese that was on this taco. It’s not a discount if you use cash, they just operate like it’s 1996 with card machines.

9/4-Tacos were thicker and more filling than last time I visited. So was the burrito Supreme. Thank you. I also enjoyed pluto TV on the overhead screen. My favorite retro TV shows. ☺

Fish in tacos was a bit overcooked, but it was good. Also, had beef burritos, tostada, chips & salsa and the cinnamon tortilla chips and enjoyed all of it. We will be back. 7/10/23 - back for fish tacos without cheese, crunchy taco Supreme without tomatoes and a bean burrito. Fish came with lots of cheese and no lettuce and taco Supreme was soft and came with tons of tomatoes. It's freezing inside and the fans are running as well. I'll stick to drive through and double check my food before I leave.

I can’t believe the owners sunk this much money into a beautiful restaurant. Only to hire such awful employees. I ordered a cheese burrito and added olives. Someone behind the counter yelled at the order taker “hey numb nuts! We don’t have black olives!” Whenever we were delivered our dinner my husband didn’t get his supreme mini nacho. I went back up to the counter to ask about his nachos. When I was waiting I asked the cashier “did I get charged for the black olives?” He looked and lied to me and said “no” an employee looked over his shoulder and corrected him and called to get a manager. The manager came to fix it. I stood there for a few more minutes waiting for the nachos. Finally another employee asked if they could help me. I said “yes, I’d still like the supreme mini nacho we never got.” The manager that gave me my refund argued with me about getting them. He said no one ever told him that they were needed, even though everyone else in the kitchen was told. Worst experience at a gringos ever. Night shift needs to lay off the weed.

Great food as always, just the prices have gotten ridiculous over the years. I used to eat at Gringo's on S. Rangeline next to McDonald's, what is now Starbuck. Prices are more than double what they were back then. I know how inflation works (got one of those fancy bachelor's degree in business), but the prices of the food are high enough now that, I love Gringo's, but rarely "treat myself" to their food because it's just too damn expensive anymore.
