I went to Bassem Beauty Lounge do my hair for a friend’s wedding and could not have been happier! The floor manager Sally was helpful from start to finish, and translated what I and the other English speakers wanted into Arabic. I asked for a complicated curly hairstyle and Mustafa took a lot of care and did an absolutely fantastic job. My hair turned out better than I ever expected!

Once you do makeup with Bassem you’ll never go anywhere else. Super professional. I always get asked where I did my hair and makeup. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming especially Sally. The salon is lovely and in a great location. Highly recommended.

I landed in Amman from UAE Dubai for a very special occasion and I don't have a specific place to do my hair and makeup, I went to a place but unfortunately I didn't like their work, then my friend told me about Bassem's Beauty Lounge, starting with Sally as I didn't have any reservations but she was so kind to find time for me, I started my make-up with Bassem, he was the best make-up ever, very quick and elegant, then I started my hairdo with Bob, my hair was beautiful and perfect...
