Had a great experience there. You don't need to wait in queue for the appointment. A phone call or a QR scanning will done it for you. And another good thing is, the flexibility of time. You can take the appointment according to your convenient. Friendly behaviour- the doctor rigorously worked on my complicated teeth with extreme care and it was finally done at a reasonable price point- like to recommend this clinic.

I don't have wisdom in me anymore 🤣 I got both my wisdom tooth extracted. I was in pain for a week before i contacted the clinic. I was asked to do an x ray - to which we discovered that both of my wisdom teeth were in terrible positions. Experience with tooth1: as per my understanding, my first tooth was in a very bad location, right next to the nerve. Dr Pratyush was worried it might be a little intensive procedure. He took the extra effort of consulting his colleagues at neurology department and various surgeons. On the day of the surgery it took about 1.5-2hrs for the procedure. It was scary with all the instruments going inside my mouth but he and his colleague made me feel comfortable. Dr Pratyush also checked on me after surgery to know my progress and if there were any complications. After 20 days now, i feel great and normal Experience with tooth2: it was a breeze as compared to the first one. 😅 Kudos to both the doctors. I am really very grateful to Dr Pratyush and his colleague for helping me with both my teeth. 🤗

So I had this surgical extraction of my wisdom tooth recently and the entire staff was really friendly and welcoming . Overall, it was a very professional experience and without any doubt I will surely recommend other people about this clinic.

Dr. P Bordoloi has an amazing quality of explaining everything he is gonna do in the simplest way possible. Keeping treatment on one side he is doing a great job of educating people in terms of dental care. He is very approachable (which is not true for a lot of doctors out there :( ..). Coming to the treatment it was amazing, the entire process was really painless and even after having time constraints on my part he finished quite a complicated situation in just four sessions. Coming to my situation, it was a bit complicated as one of my tooth broke in a slant angle because of which a simple RCT was not possible and he had to place a post and then build up the foundation to place the cap. This took some time and also post procedure care . Dr. Bordoloi was very careful in explaining me all i need to do. Overall the experience was a really smooth one and also kudos to the skilled team as well who helped him during the procedure. Also i would highly rate the service at the reception who made sure that my appointments were on time and made sure that I didn’t had to wait. Infact they called from front to let me know when I need to go instead of me calling each day. These small things made the experience so much easier.
