The atmosphere in Jacline salon is professional, simple and inviting. Diganta daa does an excellent job. He is able to understand hair type and texture, thus enabling him to give you the best haircut for you. A very warm and friendly person, I highly recommend him

No doubt I had a great experience visiting the salon for hair spa. I really liked their service. But I was disappointed with one thing, I got small amount of my hair trimmed by a trimmer and in front I did a razor cut which barely took 10 mins for the whole process. And for that I had to pay Rs.500 in the name of haircut. And my hair was also of shoulder length. I felt that 500 was way too much for that. Other than that, I liked the service and friendly approach of the staff. :)

I went for a hair cut. The experience was next level. They are very experienced and their hospitality is wonderful. As soon I entered I asked for a glass of water as i was thirsty and the lady whom I asked she asked me if Iwould like to have warm water or normal? I mean who would do that? 🥰 Specifically in a salon you can't expect that, right? She not only served me water (in a clean glass) but also tea 😌 and last but not the least I was super happy with the haircut 💇. I will definitely definitely visit again and will recommend others to visit this salon. Oh and one more point to add that they don't convince you to do spa and etc etc. Which is very rare in today's Salon industries. No matter where you go, most of the Salon convince you or make you think that your hair is in bad condition and you need a hair spa or so. But they don't. I like that too. Sorry for this long review. I absolutely loved it. The ambience, the gestures of the staff and definitely their dedicated service. My first experience was so good that without a doubt I will count on their service again. The 'STAFF' especially are exceptionally well mannered and good. They priotise all their customers. It was a therapeutic experience though. Will visit again. I did Kera Smoothing, and it was perfect! It was my first time getting a haircut in this salon and the experience was pretty good. The service they provided was also good. The haircut i got isn't so much likely to be got by many people and could only be done by a professional hair dresser and i am really v impressed by his job. And the next time i need to get a haircut i would definetely go to this salon and would reccomend others to go there too.

I had been there for two times but not at all satisfied from their work. Manager engaged may be some new learners to cut my hair and beard trimming. At that time when I was there they have only two to three customers and all of their workers roaming around. But may be I am new to their saloon they provide a learner to cut my hair & beard trimming. That is not suppose to be happen, though I am new to their saloon they should give me the same importance that they give to their regular ones. Coz if i like their service the only I visit regularly. Moreover they need to work on their shop cleanliness and hygiene. Also need to do servicing of their ACs so that customers could have a good relaxing environment as one may go for it in the salon.

My wife's experience at this beauty parlour (Gar Ali branch) was disappointing. She specifically requested Lotus products for a normal facial, and the staff assured her they would use them. However, to her dismay, they cleverly substituted them with cheaper Lilium products. The misleading service and substandard products left her unsatisfied and questioning the integrity of this parlour. However, she doesn't have any complain with the Hair Spa. Not recommended.

Had done my kera smoothening treatment here. Must say it was done very carefully and very properly. Had an amazing experience. Highly recommended.

I am a frequent customer of taking different services in Jacline parlour. Their staffs behaviour is decent and calm. They are professional in job. In all services, I liked facial by Ms Borbita, back massage and head massage by Ms Ranu. Specially I would say thank to Mr Diganta to provide such services with professionalism and nice ambience and excellent care. In jorhat, I took services in many parlours but Jacline is my favourite parlour.

I recently visited jacline unisex salon & academy...and i must say that it was an absolutely amazing experience..i loved the gesture and behaviour of all the staff, they are very humble and friendly... I did my kera smoothening treatment by Mr. Partha bora and it was perfect! Especially thanks to him for his efforts and he was very well mannered and friendly, i liked his service...overall had a great experience on my first visit to this parlour... I had done a hair spa here which was very nice. Mr Partha Bora was very well mannered and he had done the spa very carefully.

I straightend my hair last month. There behaviour is good and the work is also good . But I think some of their work is not going well as getting more customers in a day than the measure .

I went for hair colour and it turned out awesome. After that they convinced me for spa and haircut which was good too.. specially the hair spa and massage. It made me very relaxed. I also got bihu offer which made everything very affordable. The staff was very friendly and well-behaved. I will visit again for other services as well.

Best unisex salon in jorhat. I really like their service. I got smoothing done for the first time, it was really nice😊☺️. I had waxed underarms but my skin raised on one hand😔. I thought that by telling you, you will be able to be careful to next time.
