Worst experience ever when the cashier cannot bill because of the system failure and customer walk out empty handed. First time when they were unable to bill me I told them I will be back after an hour or two, but when after two hours I again went inside to bill and collect my shopping they were still unable to bill. The owner/ managers should intervene and not leave it to lots of incompetent hawkers moving around the floor in uniforms. Hope, someone to take care and God help the owner from such unwanted losses.

This place offers variety at cheap prices. Love the clothes and accessories section. Moreover, the cosmetic products are really long lasting and extremely affordable unlike other luxury brands.

Experienced worst customer service today. Waited for nearly 1/2 hr for payment due to some issues with the payment machine. However the person who was at payment counter didn't make any effort to complete the payment process. Finally I had to leave without completing my shopping. I have experienced the same and with the same person at the payment counter earlier also. Kindly advise him to have some courtesy for customers. He was a fair complexion and a bit fat guy.

One of the best malls in Jorhat, a go to place to grab new clothes and accessories. Would highly recommend it for a good shopping experience.

This WestSide Outlet is on the AT Road near the Junction of the Choladhara Road. It is on the right side of the AT Road if you are coming from the Tarajan side right after the point where the Phukan Ali meets the AT Road. The outlet occupies the majority of the building. They have a decent amount of parking space in front as well as the basement compared to the shops in Gar Ali. It is a three storey place. The ground floor has the ladies section with western clothes, purses, shoes, perfumes,etc. The first floor has ladies clothing, primarily Indian plus kids clothes. The second floor has the gents section. The staff is polite and helpful with suggestions. This outlet does have a pretty good amount of variety. Overall, a good place to shop.

i really like shopping in westside ..but the staffs behaviour are really not good. They treat you like as if going for shopping there is your biggest mistake...i have purchased an item and made the bill later on i decided on to check on the other sections and picked up some items from the another section and asked them to make another bill then the counter staff said me why can’t you check everything at once and make the bill once..asking them why they are being so rude he replied me they are humans and they get irritated too..they really need to work on their behaviour its very unprofessional.

One of the best shopping destination in Jorhat. I have visited for the first time yesterday and collection was really good. Staffs are very helpful and I am very much impressed with their service standard and behaviour. Will visit again

Just visited Jorhat's Westside like we ( me and husband)used to. Everything is good in the mall...except the behaviour of an employee because I have not applied membership which he advised us in our previous visits. A stout white man with minimal beard who normally stays in the cash counter in the ground floor. I don't know his name.. He really needs to change his behaviour towards the customers. I generally go there to purchase my clothes..but not again... He is very rude and mannerless.. May God give him a little manner and patience..
