Food is good but the food quantity is very less. Randhoni has been the worst experience till date with very ill mannered staff and manager. They do not have proper seating arrangements. Very bad service.

Freq visitors to Randhoni. But this time, RANDHONI restaurant had plans to surprise us. We usually order chilly chick but this time they sent a dish with only 5 pieces. When we confronted, the manager instead of answering our queries, chose to send 'kitchen goons' to defend the dish. The goons literally started fighting over the issue and said each one of them had checked and reviewed the number of pieces before it arrived at our table. Creepy!!! We were surprised though, could only find 5 pieces out of 8 claimed as we were asked to search for 8 pieces. The manager arrived late only to let us know that even he checked ND reviewed the pieces before it was sent to us. We smiled laughed and let it go. If you cN find out 8 pieces let us know, P.S- we ate 2 pieces though

Great food but the staff is extremely unprofessional and ill-mannered. They served us the wrong order and gaslit us into thinking we ordered wrong. When we confronted them, one of them asked us to "take this outside" (he wanted to beat us up). One of those rare moments when the customers had to be the bigger people and diffuse the situation.

Never visit . Me and my friends went for dinner today ...and after dinner while we were clicking pics ,one ofm their working staff stole my friends purse. And later when we demanded and watched the cctv footage , then the one who stole took all the money and dumped her purse with her documents outside the resturant . Later when we called upon the owner , he was completely drunk and misbehaved and locked us up inside the campus saying he wont let us go ..later we lodged a complaint to the authories...i am Never visiting that place again .

I have went to Randhoni restaurant twice, once in 2019 for breakfast and once in 2022, again, for breakfast. And I will have to admit, they provide one of best breakfast outside the legendary line dhabas in the NH37 route. The property is big and has proper parking are with shades. The interior is spacious and hygienic, only issue we found was some cobwebs on the female bathroom. Both of the time we had vegetarian breakfast and both of the time dishes were very good. Overall, the place is a good stop.

Nice family restaurant serves good quality food with taste and service also good. Visited for dinner with family after few years gap. Food and service remains as before. Separate Bar in the same campus, for those who are interested to visit, is a positive sign for those who opted for food in restaurant.

Third class place ever seen. I and one of my friend was forced out of the place without having a bite of my food just bcz i have crossed 10:30pm timing. All the food gone waste. I asked just 5 mins extra to have my food which they denied. Terrible experience in jorhat. Never ever visit such terrific and horrible place.

I don't feel good in this hotel. The food is not well & their service to their customer are too rude. I don't like it anymore. Totally waste of money. And the owner's behavior is totally disgusting. Worst restaurant ever👎👎👎👎👎👎

I must give them stars in negative . Staff is not at all good. One of my frnds wallet was stole and after complaining they harrassed us instead of helping. Locked us in restraunt and misbehaved , recorded our videos inappropriately and threatened us. Not all safe for family to go . Would never recommend any one

Needs improvement in facilities like instant delivery of ordered items and general facilities like table items.

Ambience and infrastructure is good. Big parking available. The waiters are annoying and rude. The restaurant urgently needs a good manager otherwise all efforts will be vain very soon. Foods was delicious.

Good food and ambience!!!

The features that draw people to this restaurant are its surroundings and appearance. The restaurant, being located on the Jorhat bypass road, bears that typical Jorhat aura. We stopped here for lunch during our journey to Tinsukia. For a moment, I thought we were entering someone’s residence until I saw a reception counter, manned by a gentleman who appeared to be a local Jorhatian. The food was “just okay”; what I actually enjoyed was having lunch in this spacious, airy and silent restaurant.

Situated in a convenient location. Maintain a good micro ecosystem with mostly local plants. Had a lunch there. Food were tasty, economic, high standard. Clean environment. Good for family occasion.
