I stayed 1 day here. Found everything perfect like room neat clean and service also very good. Cooking quality and taste both are good. All staffs whom i met all are friendly and polite.

I attended a marriage party so can say that foods and catering party are good comparatively to many other places in jorhat. It is near to jorhat railway junction/station that is why comfortable for many tourists to stay here but the place is very congested for parties and parking place for 4 wheelers are notavailable.

Really good hotel, well maintained, quality food, nice parking, cash/card/UPI PAayments available. Very much accessible from all sides of the town. Jorhat Railway Station is also very nearby. Furnitures, bathroom are very neat and clean. Highly recommend

Perfect location! 7 km from airport also railway station, food options like kfc, pizza, veg, non-veg restaurants are located within 1 km. Complimentary breakfast is there with multiple options but hotel food is little expensive compare to quality and quantity. Recommended for business tours.

Rooms are good and spacious. But the front desk was uncooperative. I had booked a twin bed room. But they gave a queen bed room. When I mentioned my request, they said rooms are not available even though I overheard them talking about reserving a twin room for someone arriving later that day

Staff behaviour 0 Room service 0 Food quality 0 their receptionist told me that breakfast is complementary.But they charged for the breakfast . I have to pay 2500. You must not visit here . Apna paisa barbad na kare.

This is a food review. Went here for lunch & the staff is attentive and polite. We ordered Crispy Baby Corn with Veg Kofta Curry and Naan. Everything was prepared as per our instructions, its a Veg Restaurant. The pricing is fair like most places in Jorhat. Definitely recommended.

The water quality is really good. The rooms towards the railway station are less sunny as compared to the rooms facing the petrol pump. The staff is good and very helpful. Tariffs are on the higher side though.

Rooms are great but the service need to be improved.i called for room service 3 times but they didn't answer the call. allover experience was good except the room service.

I have been there for 2 nights. Nice place to stay there. This is a veg hotel (non veg not allowed). Situated in the prime location of Jorhat adjacent to Jorhat Town railway station. Public transport is available. Nearly 7 KMs from Jorhat Airport . I have been there on an official trip.

I recently stayed at the hotel. I was really impressed by the behavior of the staff members. They were very professional. The rooms were clean and service was amazing. The hotel is located at walking distance from railway station. So it's very easy to travel if u have late night or early morning train.The most important incident that happened was I forgot my purse in the hotel room. I contacted the receptionist and she quickly responded. They mailed my purse by post office immediately. I offered them the shipping cost, but they denied. I'm very happy that I stayed at such an amazing hotel. Had a pleasant stay there. Thank u so much.

Cozy rooms and clean bath. They include a complimentary breakfast which is good too, but just discuss with the front desk staff during booking about the inclusion of the breakfast. The inhouse restaurant could be better, but acceptable. Room service could be a bit faster. They also have twin beds, to the liking of business travelers. Location is very prime, you could get almost everything in the vicinity as it is just on the central business district. Overall a recommended stay.

Rooms and bathrooms were clean. I was really impressed by their services. To be honest I was not expecting such kind of good rooms in the range of ₹2500.

It's a hotel located in Jorhat town. The front area that leads to the hotel is very dirty. Hotel management needs to look into the matter. The price needs to be cut down significantly.

I reserved a deluxe room with complimentary breakfast. The check-in process was simple. When I entered the room. The room was quite small in my opinion. The bathroom was spotless. The staff was courteous. Breakfast was complimentary and included a variety of items.

Unfriendly staff, room provided were of lower category than booked. No toiletries, tea kettle provided. Room having mosquito and bugs.

GK Palace is a purely vegetarian Hotel. All staffs good. They maintain cordial behaviour with the guest. But their restuarent part has problem of late serving the food may be because of staff shortage. Over all hotel is good for stay

Nice hotel located in the heart of Jorhat city. Nice rooms, with all necessary amenities. Staffs are friendly. The in house restaurant is pure veg. But those who prefers non-veg, there are lots of eateries all around. Parking space inside the hotel is a little tight, though there is open space outside. Ambiance is good, can be recommended.
