Spick and span, clean rooms. You could know that the blankets were recently dry cleaned as they were completely free of any spots whatsover and smelt fresh. Moreover, the service was also very good.

Good for budget but the water quality here is very cheap, you can't use it for bathing or other stuffs

Hotel is situated on a very prime location, Although room where I stayed was not good rain water was coming inside the room everyday and lots of insects were found everyday when I woke up, Food I order was giving non veg smell, Staff is Good , Mr. Pappu is very nice and Mr Swarnav is also caring, Many things in hotel was unique as I feel owners are deadly working on looks and quality but I must suggest them to spend money on WATER Purifying system as water coming through taps was always dirty full of dirt and womb, Kitchen people should understand that if someone is asking for Vegetarian dish then atleast wash the utensils before cooking as pathetic smell was coming of non veg from vegetarian food.

The rooms are good, with very friendly staff. The hotel is in a good location. Rooms are not very clean, mainly washrooms, which are very dirty. The water quality is very poor; even you will think twice before taking a bath with that water.

Room quality is value for money but water quality is very bad... I found womb (Kesu) in it, it's very scary when I sow it... And lot's of other dust particles and water impunity . It's very very harmful for health.

If u stay in Jorhat, and want a hotel environment in a most homely manner, this is it. Cheapest hotel in these days escalating price marketing without negotiating service, food quality, room quality, variety of room types.. press the service bell, not one, two person will run towards u within a minute. They allow outside food too, like swiggy/Zomato. words will be less to explain. Overall, terrific experience since 2011. Keep it up guys.

Person deployed at reception is too good n try to be comfort in the hotel. I stayed at this property for 3 days n was good experience.
