proffesional
and
kind.

is
great
too

unprofessional,
and
lacks
customer
decorum
and
hotel
rate
info,figures
quotes
kept
changing
it
tripped
us
off.
So
much
misinformation,delay
tactics
and
no
brief
at
check-in.
Got
manual
receipt
and
no
ETR
receipts,
as
is
expected.
NO
DRINKS.
We
requested
The
housekeeping
supervisor
to
pass
our
order
to
room
service,waited
two
hours
and
proceeded
to
bed
without
the
drinks.
Food
order
is
slow
but
well
cooked
and
prepped.
ROOMS.
The
rooms
are
too
noisy
especially
when
they
have
mugithii
nights,till
early
morning.
The
corridor
lights
beams
on,and
one
can
barely
sleep,if
a
fussy
sleeper.
