My two colleagues had a very bad experience with there. To keep it short, they went for a blood test and insurance was pending information that the clinic NEVER shared! So basically, their blood sample was wasted (because the blood sample is only valid for 24 hours). We spent a good one hour explaining the problem to the clinic but their customer service was awful. Also, their Doctor Fayez did not seem to care at all.... 1 star, just because a rating has to be given!

Yesterday I Visited this clinic, very very professional and friendly customer service received from their side. One of the staff Ms Remya Karunakaran Pillai helped as I am new to the area and don't know much about the hospital policies and the required doctor which I needed to consult for my issues. I have visited Aster clinic yesterday, I don't mostly give review online but Patient coordinator: Ms Ashwathy has helped us alot yesterday and made the process simplified, the way she coordinated and effort she took from the beginning to the end very efficiently handled everything and explained it to me. Very positive and cheerful nature. Appreciate the service you provide guys.

All facilities available in the clinic,Emergency first aids caring. Patient care very nice. Lovable nursing care. Physician also patient loveable caring very nice. Experience doctors,Experience Nursing person,Experience of Laboratory Technicians available in the hospital. I am well satisfied.

This clinic has a basic but capable setup with various GPs and specialists, and can get a little crowded (not socially distanced) when busy. They are able to do blood and other tests during the same visit. There's a temperature check at the front, reception followed by a ticket system with announcements on the PA and TV screens that are reasonably easy to follow. The service is generally ok, with doctors and nurses that are friendly enough. However, I have been here a few times and the doctors never seem to diagnose things correctly or specifically although admittedly none of my issues I went there for were life threatening (although you may go to a hospital instead for those). This place seems more suited to go to if you already know what you need (including tests) or relatively harmless queries that are quick so they can get you in and out the door. For anything more serious or for more confidence in GP services, there are better clinics out there.

Very friendly, cooperative staff.. warm service! Polite behaviour of all the nurses! Ms. Remya was particularly very supportive and polite! Doctor Fayyaz has been our family doctor since last 7 years and we go to no other GP than him! Very reliable, soft spoken and a humble human being!

I was in severe shoulder pain and it was the last few mins left for doctors shift ; Dr Sushant Singh treated me really urgently and gave me my painrelief IV also Mr Yasim was very genorous in understanding the whole situation and attending me on priority.

Been here twice. Doctors were great and prescribed meds worked for me. However, the system is messy and receptionists are one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. Registered my gender (unthinkable) and phone number wrongly which means I couldn’t get the token number. Token number is needed to enter the doctor’s room. One nurse even didn’t let me in when my name was finally called because the gender doesn’t match with the system. On 2nd visit, receptionist requested for deposit payment after registration. Weirdly, payment was done after consultation during the first visit. Final bill turned out to be half of the deposit and receptionist didn’t want to refund the deposit payment. The half is kept in my account for my next visit instead. The whole experience was simply unacceptable. Will not come back and will not recommend to anyone.

To be very honest, I was scared about the root canal treatment, after hearing experience of others in my family. (I was considering if I should skip root canal and simply get it extracted, so that I dont have to suffer) After research and after consulting 4-5 dentist, I decided to go with an root canal expert, Dr. Arman Thaman (Specialist Endodontics). The procedure was painless, and I was done in just 2 sittings. (2 hours in total). It actually has changed my perception about root canal procedure. I recommend Dr. Arman sincerely. Great work Doc.

I have been coming here for years with different insurances, however what has kept me coming back visit after visit is because of two awesome people there. Dr Fayaz Mahamood and the nursing head Ms Princy Pappachan. Two of the most committed health professionals. I feel Aster JLT is special for me because of these two people. I don't even mean about my interaction with them. I mean the way they treat other patients and how they manage the patients in general. Ms Princy is a replica of Florence Nightingale. The way she is present at so many moments when things are almost out of control and the way she manages those moments truly makes her a Brand Ambassador for Aster. Ultrasound for my pregnant (9th month) wife was scheduled 10 days in advance for 9.30 in the morning. To confirm the appointment my wife also called the hospital day before the appointment and it was confirmed. When we arrived at the JLT hospital in the morning they informed us that the ultrasound is not working, that they tried to call us but could not reach us (no missed call or any info on my wife's phone, who is btw always at home). Since we said we need to do the test the same day, they said to go to other aster hospital and to be there at 3.30 in the afternoon. They will inform the hospital that we are coming. When we arrived at the hospital we waited for another 50 min - for the patients who already had an appointment to finish and only by help of one lady from the security (assisting doctor) who asked people to let us go first since my wife is pregnant they allowed us to go inside and finish the scan. Terrible experience.

Today, I visited Aster Clinic JLT for my annual general check-up. I was so impressed and to be honest, I received the best service ever in my almost 15 years here in Dubai. From reception up until the end of my check-up, it was so smooth and I received the most professional service ever. Thanks to Ms. Tintu, who by that time assisted me during my check up. She is so welcoming, friendly and very calm. She guided me with what tests i need to do and ensure that I will be cared. Thank you so much. The Staff in this facility are very friendly and professional, from the front office team in reception starting with the gentlemen at the door, always eager to assist and very respectful, receptions are quick and professional and the internal Medicine doctor Dr Saurabh Gaba was very helpful went the extra mile in making sure I understood everything as a patient explaining in detail. I loved the whole service I felt like Royalty.

Message of appreciation for orthopaedic Dr Sushan Singh. He is the first doctor I’ve come across who has given me a thorough explanation of two injuries I have. I appreciate his thorough knowledge & explanation using visuals of anatomy, so I too understand what the issue is. He really gets to the root cause, instead of prescribing medications etc, and has already helped me to greatly alleviate my foot pain. I thoroughly trust his judgement and knowledge. It's a well located clinic that caters for an array of services. There is also a pharmacy next door. Ample parking. We go here for the excellent pedriatic specialists they have. We have taken both our children here. My eldest likes the clinic and asked me if I could give her my phone so that she can take photos as she enjoys the friendly nurses and staff. These photos is the clinic from a child's eyes. I think it's very sweet.

Had a first time consultation with dr SuMa there, very bad experience, rude doctor! Messy place, waited 30 minutes, no apology, i dont recommend this doctor if you need a good gynecologist, dont go there, did not run the proper test and scan, bad attitude, unprofessional, not attentive to patient! Horrible place, bad gynecologist!

Visited Aster clinic-JLT,Dubai to see the dermatologist-Dr Ashish Amrani for my ingrown nail treatment and it's been one week after the surgery, recovering well and soon to get better by the day .The doctor's complete care and right to information on the toe surgery has eased the process all along. Unfortunately, not a very good experience visiting a g.doctor with my daughter who was pretty rude and told we should go first to pediatrician (hm..I have bought an expensive insurance so we could have direct access to specialists!) Seriously...the child was already in pain, and she wants us more time to sit??? We had to sit unnecessary 1 hour to a pediatrician, get 1 day sick leave certificate, paid the money and left. The manager who reads this comment, please talk you the gynec. doctor!

My wife came for pcr test and she was satisfied with the service. The staff was friendly and efficient will definitely recommend and visit in future if needs persist.
