It pains me to give 3 stars to a Taj property after having enjoyed their hospitality across different cities. To be sure, the property is excellent, the rooms are spacious, clean and swanky. But as always it is the smaller things which left a bad taste over a long visit. Room toiletries and other supplies were not replenished and we had to remind multiple times even reaching out to the duty manager for a bottle of lotion. One time is a mistake, every day - a major miss by a Taj. Delays in clearing trays, broken food trolley which resulted in a whole dish falling on the carpet - again small but totally unexpected and unacceptable. Some staff members tried to make amends but most let it go with cursory apologies. Not my regular experience with Taj. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The attitude of these two staff members was very bad. They said they could not park. I could only park a taxi where I parked. I paid for a month in your company. Parking is such a bad experience. I'm going to leave in advance，The staff didn't park the car, but actually let me park it myself. They only parked the car at the gate of the hotel. Can this reduce work。

Overall Nice Hotel, friendly staff, good and friendly club lounge, but not trying to hard to be A five star hotel. Rooms are good, view is great. But that's it. On the down side, entrance almost always has cooking smell, and so does the lobby (on L floor) and the elevators. Staff response is slow (some times i just got ignored). Cleaning is not that good (i had to pinpoint the window glass for the cleaning team for them to clean it) and they didn't vacuum the carpet. Answering the phone takes forever (if they pick up) I feel taking the hotel to the next level is easy, they need to pay more attention to the details, And get a scent machine in all the floors, this is a standard in every other hotel I've been to.

Our week long stay at the Taj was great! Our room was very clean, the valet car service was especially convenient & the staff was very kind to us at every interaction we had with them. They graciously accommodated an early check in for us as well. We would stay again!

This is an unfortunate situation that has happened due to the failed management at Taj. The incompetent manager at the Taj hotel has made a good paying customers book elsewhere. The failure to realize when you take your customers for granted. It will lead to failed business. Especially for a hotel with a prestigious name such as the Taj hotel. Thousands have been spent and still there was a refusal of simple compromise. Our only request was to use the hotels gym as the residence gym was under maintenance. We were told by the manager Ms. Prakath that there is limited capacity in the gym. When we went there the lights were off and it was empty. As we are good paying customers in both Taj hotel and residence. It was disappointment that as long as they don’t see money. They forget who is keeping this establishment alive. Tourist and future residents, my advice to you is to pick another location for your stay. They only see $$$ signs and not your quality of life. Within 3 years this place will be empty just like the rest of the poorly run managed towers in Dubai. Good luck

Taj hospitality, bravo that's a word. Whenever I visit to meet at Taj whether Downtown or JLT.... always feel "Taj"

The Taj brand should sue this property for misusing the name. But I guess the lawyers wouldnt have a nice place to stay to fight the lawsuit. They have some great people that make your stay better with nice views given the location. Wamil and Joy were the sources of joy for my trip. Overall it seems mismanaged from the start: No one cares if you have arrived or need a hand. There is hardly any sitting space on the entry floor. Our rooms wasnt ready till 5 o clock on the day of check-in. Yeah, 5 pm, no room. What could be worse? No apology, no making up for it, no shame. The room initially had some fresh fruits and macrons. By the second day it turned to Burfi and disappeared entirely by the third day. Had put in a request for room-change. They woke up after a day. We had to wait in the lobby for a while after bill payment and no one bothered to offer us Tea. Amazing Brand, Great location, good people, lack Management and forgot hospitality.

A really nice hotel in JLT. Well presented and clean rooms, good breakfast selection, rooftop pool, bar and restaurant and a sports bar on the ground floor. Staff are very helpful and friendly. It’s a little walk to the metro, about 10 mins, which may feel further in the summer heat. Overall, highly recommended.

Amazing hotel. I came with my husband twice already and we always enjoy ourselves. Anytime there is a problem the staff immediately fixes it and they make sure you’re always satisfied. The breakfast is also amazing with a buffet and a La cart menu that has lots of delicious options. It’s definitely a must stay.

I recently stayed at the Taj JLT Dubai for 5 days, and I had an absolutely amazing experience. I checked in at midnight on a Sunday, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. They made me feel right at home, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, and the views from the rooftop pool are incredible. The food at the hotel's restaurants is also top-notch. I had some of the best meals of my life during my stay. But what really made my stay at the Taj JLT Dubai so special was the service. The staff were always attentive and friendly, and they went out of their way to make sure I had a memorable experience. They even arranged for a private car to take me to and from the airport, which was a huge convenience. I would highly recommend the Taj JLT Dubai to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Dubai. The staff are truly majestic in their treatment of their guests, and they make you feel like royalty. Here are some specific examples of the great service I received: When I checked in, the staff offered me Quoc checkin They gave me a welcome gift of dates and coffee. They made sure my room was always stocked with fresh towels and amenities. They offered to pack my luggage for me when I left. They even promised to help me with my late check out tomorrow so as to I can wait longer before I leave for the Airport I cannot say enough good things about the Taj JLT Dubai. We purposefully chose the Taj in Dubai since we were traveling with family elders who prefer Indian cuisine and we wanted a consistent standard of service that the Taj is known for. Suffice to say, during our 10 day stay, we were not disappointed. I have rented this hotel many times. And it's a shame that I just now submitted a review to them. Reasonable prices, very good customer service. They have created a lot of priority advantages for customers from check-in time to check-out time as well as many other services. Nice swimming pool, clean rooms decorated in a modern style. Disappointing experience at theTJ's Pub. Amongst others, Key beers not available and service was dismally poor. There was no effort to engage the customer, promote the menu etc. Certainly this didn't look like a Taj managed F&B. Even more disappointed in that I had a great experience a few months, which is why I came back on this visit to Dubai. What happened??

I recently had the privilege of booking a stay for my parents at the esteemed Taj JLT, and I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the exceptional care and service they received, courtesy of Ashutosh, the Front Office Manager, and Mohit Gurnani, the General Manager of the hotel. Right from the outset, the experience was marked by a seamless booking process, made even more enjoyable by the warmth and efficiency displayed by Ashutosh. His attention to detail and genuine concern for ensuring a wonderful stay for my parents set the stage for what turned out to be an unforgettable experience. Upon arriving at Taj JLT, my parents were pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to a magnificent Junior Suite. The thoughtful gesture not only spoke volumes about the hotel's commitment to excellence but also added an extra layer of joy to their stay. The suite, with its exquisite design and luxurious amenities, provided a perfect sanctuary for relaxation and indulgence. What truly stood out was the personalized kind of butler service extended to my parents throughout their stay. Lovely reception and staffs are very helpful. The only issue was the shower which was attached to the tub that made showering very uncomfortable for a business traveller. Breakfast area is small so i recommend to visit earlier to avoid crowd.

It’s always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Great rooms with good service, and members of the staff always have a smile on their face. Generous breakfast spread, and the in room dining menu has an extensive list of options from different cuisines. A lovely experience overall, and has become my go to hotel for whenever I stay in Dubai. PS: I would recommend booking the Golf View room rather than the normal room to get a nice view of the golf course and the JLT skyline.

Amazing service best service provided they really take care of you and let you be comfortable. From the start till end the service and communication to every single thing they are the best. Monica at reception is so welcoming and helpful. Not to forget the concierge and valet staff helpful too.

Great Hotel with an even better service. The staff is helpful and tries their best to accommodate every request, e.g. I was able to check in at 4am in the morning. The breakfast is another big recommendation - most of it is served as a buffet, while some options are made to order. It covers various cuisines and varies every day. Ask for a table on the balcony/terrace and a order a freshly brewed Masala Chai - breakfasts doesn’t get better! Keep in mind that the location is a bit remote and during peak hours you might have to wait for a taxi. Also the rooftop pool is quite hot - great for splashing around but not so much for swimming.

My stay at Taj Jumeriah was marvelous! From the bell men and the valet concierge to the check in staff was outstanding! Bouri took care of me from the time I stepped out of the car. Regina was the icing on the cake and made sure I had a wonderful room with an amazing view. Regina even saw that my feet were swollen and surprised me with a rose petal foot soak bath. I felt like a Queen! The food was so good and the ambiance made me feel beyond 5-star. Eva kept my room extra clean and always checked on me to see if I needed anything. Thank You for the lovely treatment!

My wife and I spent twelve days at the Taj Jumeirah Lakes Towers in April and May 2022 and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The building is very modern and has everything you would expect from a 5-star hotel. They allowed us to check in earlier when we arrived and upgraded us free of charge to a room on the 15th floor with unobstructed views of the golf course and ocean, and we enjoyed the view every day. Breakfast fulfilled our every need, whether from the rich and varied buffet or the a la carte dishes, which were freshly prepared. We enjoyed the rooftop pool on the 46th floor and visited it almost daily. The gym is well equipped, and there is always a trainer available. The room was very spacious and meticulously cleaned every day. The staff is charming and gave us unstinting support in all matters. We highly recommend the hotel.

Fantastic hotel. Great big clean rooms. Superb service. Free mall shuttle. Free bottle water room at the room. The elefant bat is very nice with great service. Only thing there was some loud music at night which we could hear from the 12 floor.

Immensely impressed by the personalized service and care provided by Taj JLT staff. We were traveling with young kids and old parents and the Taj JLT staff customized the service to ensure everyone in the family had a great experience. Rooms are comfortable and thoughtfully planned. Location is amazing with only 10 min walk to Metro station. Highly recommended for family or business stay.

I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights. The hotel is perfect. Nice location, clean rooms, lovely staff. One thing I would like to emphasize: Huge big thanks to Mr. Denis, the man in the concierge. He is so helpful, and very professional. I congratulate the hotel for having such a gentleman.

Good sized rooms with all the required amenities of a five star hotel. Service could’ve been better at the front desk as they had to be prompted a few times to deliver on some queries. The breakfast was good and there was quite a good variety of menu options. A few cons on this particular Taj hotel: - hotel design wasn’t good and felt very cramped. The breakfast area was cramped and it had very limited seating outdoors. - roof top swimming pool very small in size - location is not close to anything by walk. - location isn’t close to the metro (15 min walk)

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful time at the Taj JLT. As always, the Taj hospitality was outstanding. I enjoyed the breakfast spread and the wide variety of options. In addition to being comfortable, the rooms are practical as well. We found the bathroom design a bit challenging, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful hotel, warm and welcoming faces! Great location and easy access to entertainment. Our only feedback would be to consider functional design improvements in the bathrooms - specifically the shower, as it can be quite inconvenient and dangerous. Other than that, we had a lovely stay. We took our 7 month old daughter on holiday and stayed here, and the service was impeccable. The hotel was spacious and even had a playroom for children. The Christmas decor was outstanding. John & Farouk on the front desk were very attentive to our every needs, and playing with our baby when she was fussy. They made sure that everything we needed or wanted, we had. Also, thank you to Adam, the lifeguard at the infinity pool! You were very friendly and we enjoyed your hospitality. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Dubai. Our stay at the Dubai Taj Jumeirah Lake Towers hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the impeccable service left a lasting impression. At the reception, the staff’s incredible helpfulness stood out as they adjusted our booking seamlessly, understanding the needs of our extended business trip. This level of attentiveness truly made a difference, so we didn’t had to change rooms multiple times and could stay in our preferred golf-view room (15th floor) and an incredible skyline view. Daily room service, handled with care and precision, ensured our space was always in excellent condition. Special mention goes to Moksh and also others from the team -> who took care of house cleaning during our 10+ day stay, who not only accommodated our unique requests but also followed up to ensure our comfort. And let’s not forget the delightful breakfast options. The spread offered a rich variety of both Indian and Western breakfast choices, each more delicious than the last. Whether you’re here for business (internet in the room & lobby is fast and reliable 👌) or leisure (short taxi drives to many entertainment options, malls & beaches). We love it and will come back for our next Dubai trip for sure.

The time we spent at the hotel was truly special and unforgettable. Its location, view, and staff were amazing. Especially, the infinity pool on the top floor was enchanting. The breakfast was delicious, and the friendly demeanor of the staff made us feel at home. Their attention to our baby was commendable. We thank all the staff for their hospitality. Strange welcoming for eastern people in this hostel.... We tried to book for few nights with a discount on one night but they pretended they didn't know about it. Faked that they don't understand, repeated 10 times the same sentences and made it clear that they wanted us to leave. That's a shame for such an hostel in Dubai to treat new potential clients like this.

Good hotel but too loud music during the events. Room which was offered to us was 605. It was without any view or rather view to one construction site. So, while sleeping also it was loads of noise. Breakfast was good but we see lots of senior staff bullying the new join & it was heart breaking to see . Travel desk team is commendable. Loads of attraction was explained to us with tons of patience & he was very knowledgeable. Thank you for your amazing travel Desk & breakfast.

I love this hotel a lot. I always go here. Apoorva is simply amazing so helpful and very assistive. She provide an excellent customer service. Joy from the lounge is simply the best. He is so polite always smiling and very helpful. He is very considerate. Manisha is also nice and she is good at her work and very friendly. Breakfast here is amazing. The staff were all incredibly friendly, very welcoming and happy to go the extra mile. This included the staff in reception, concierge, security and the bar. Special mention to Ajeet who looked after our room and John from concierge, although there were so many whose name we didn't get who helped to make it a great stay. We also had a great lunch in the bar with lovely food and service. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The pool area had great views and the spa was very relaxing.

The most unorganised and rude hotel I’ve ever been, and I traveled the world… Honestly, extremely disappointed with service, customer is always the last and we didn’t meet any respect. No one are here to solve problems, I wish to give 0 starts. Do not recommend visiting.

Visited the banquet halls for a friend’s birthday event. Well organized and decent food. Wine could have been better- not sure if it was the hotel’s or the friend’s choice.

Pros: 1) Food was awesome and this is the only hotel in Dubai I can bet where you can have amazing Indian food 2) Availing lounge access with the club room option is good 3) Service and hospitality was awesome Cons: 1) Body gel and hair shampoos were provided in small bottles where it were replaced daily. Thus wasting significant quantity and also lot of waste gets generated. Instead keeping dispensers and refilling them saves cost and environment. 2) Laundry prices are really expensive. 3) Poor coordination between people in the reception 4) Concierge desk doesn't have basic medicines for fever, cold and cough 5) Swimming pool is located at the top floor beside two restaurants which is really awkward.

It was just a fantastic stay, perfect breakfast, beautiful room, good size swimming pool and exceptional customer service! I will be back definitely. Lovely hotel, roof top swimming pool area with excellent view, staff very friendly and delicious food ! Just 10 mins away from JBR. Comfortable room with 100% safety, cleanliness & preventative measures taken due to COVID (thanks to the cleaning staff). Will definitely stay again when I next visit. Thank you to the talented Chef Prashant for giving us the opportunity to experience one of the best Indian food ever. You have to try his Butter Chicken and the sea food platter, it is delicious!

The moment my bestfriend and I entered the Taj Jumeirah Lakes Towers we were confronted by very kind and well mannered employees, a beautiful and clean interior and an over all great atmosphere! Special thanks to Keen, the Concierge who was in touch with me before and during my stay and constantly was helpful and super friendly! We had a lovely stay in a great and constant clean room with a comfortable bed. The Taj JLT has several restaurants and we have become big fans of the „Paros“ restaurant, the parties which are hosted there and not to forget the great view! This is a hotel I would definetly recommend and I will for sure visit it again. Thank you Taj JLT team!

Amazing restaurant- but service can be slow! Lovely place though.

Worst Taj ever! Broken stuff in the room and most everything is VERY annoying here. 1. Wi-Fi doesn't work on the balcony or in the stairwell, works only in certain parts of the room. 2. The curtains were broken, blocking the door from closing, turning off the AC, making the temp in the room rise up to 30 C. 3. They call you when you have a DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door to check if you really didn't want housekeeping that day. 4. You need an advanced degree to turn off all the lights in the room. 5. And you might want to learn to pole vault if you intend getting in the shower. 6. The pool closes at 6 pm, so come back fin work, it's a 100 degrees+ outside, you can't go for a swim. 7. Towel rack broke. 8. TV remote doesn't have battery. 9. Phone doesn't have a working battery either. 10. The elevator has its own mood, you have to hold the key card for a certain period of time against the reader and you have 600 milliseconds to press your floor button. A lot of this was brought to the attention of the capable staff here, and I was told DND works only for someone trying to enter your room, does not work for calls. See pic of housekeeping note and they called about 15 mins after the time on your note. Similar BS with the curtains. So it doesn't matter who you bring it up to on staff, you'll get a nice excuse on why it's ok to be so. And you can't cancel the reservation and leave, they won't refund you your money.

From the start to finish the service was TOP TIER… all the staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and the views amazing… The breakfast choices were just amazing, and hosted by the sweetest staff, the chef even went around to each table which I thought was really good… Hassan and his team were absolutely amazing… special thank you to Richard, Kobby, Denis and Keen. They were so lovely and friendly… we had such fun talking to them on a daily basis… Thank you to Kobby for helping us sort out the PCR test.. it’s such a family feel at the hotel so we felt like we were at home… can’t wait to visit again…..

It was a pleasure to stay here. The staff are lovely and attentive. They left me a nice surprise for my birthday in the room. The location is good. The only thing that missed out for a 5 star review for me is that the pool closes at 5pm and gym at 7pm. Nice hotel, would definitely stay again.

The best stay of my life. Everything was perfect. The comfort/cleanliness of my room and the hospitality of staff were just amazing. 36-hour staycation is also a brilliant idea. A bit far from the city center but area’s itself is also very beautiful. It’s very close to the palm island and the marina. Rooftop pool and the open-buffet breakfast are also worth mentioning. I will stay again for sure. Thanks!

Truly enjoyed the stay at Taj. Lovely service and the room was very nice with a beautiful view of Dubai. The 36 hour stay was the best feature as we could relax well after the breakfast. The breakfast was good, felt something was missing but I would give it 4/5 nonetheless. The TV channels were good and all required amenities were present in the room. Must visit!

Taj never disappoints. It was our second visit to Taj after we've loved it in business bay last year, so we decided to book it again. The place is very clean and very luxurious at a very affordable price range. The view from the hotel is beautiful. The whole experience was perfect. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely try it again.

Nice Hotel in Jumeirah Lakes Towers development, (80 towers constructed along three artificial lakes). Cool rooftop pool, restaurant and 3 other eateries on-site too, 24-hour gym if you over indulge, great city view (see pic), free parking for guests if you have a hire car.

Was pleasant stay for a few days. With the TJ restraunt onsite, it added an additional food variety, and additionally was available for room service.

This place is exceptional…..ask YASH to look after you….one of the most professional and generous people in the world!

The worst 5 star hotel I have ever been to. Was staying for 9 days. The staff really needs to get trained in hospitality and friendliness. The staff always seem so stressed out without a smile on their face (especially those ladies in sarees). The breakfast is really limited, and almost the same everyday. Our first and definetly our last experience with a Taj hotel.

I really had a good experience with Taj. Their service is exceptional. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. It is best decision choosing Taj as our wedding reception. We are very happy. Food is really great as our guest are happy with the taste. Service is beyond our expectation. Room is big and cozy with a nice view. I would like to thank Lovely and Kumaran for assisting us with all our needs. They are approachable and easy to deal with.

Really beautiful hotel with exceptional customer service. They were extremely accommodating and really made our stay here remarkable. We had a staff iftar at Shamiana restaurant this evening and it was amazing. The jeweled tones of the table decor offset the darker and neutral tones of the dining furniture and gave the place a restful but festive ambiance. Somehow we felt very relaxed and as if it was a home away from home. The serving staff assigned to our tables were attentive and helpful and nothing was too much for them. The food was delicious, with enough starter, main course and dessert options to fulfill Asian and Middle Eastern food cravings. The chef was on hand during the dinner service and offered to make anything we desired fresh and from scratch. It was my first time here but will definitely not be my last.

Great Hotel with excellent views from roof top and a nice pool. Extremely efficient staff. Dubai Marina is on walking distance. Overall a great experience. Special thanks to Mr Ashutosh Chauhan for a comfortable stay.

Staff were extra nice. Very very helpful. Now regarding the hotel. If you compare it to TAJ downtown I’d only give it 2 starts. If I do not compare it to TAJ DOWNTOWN I’d give it 4. Over all its was not bad but won’t stay there again to be honest. View from top is amazing

Taj Jumeirah Lake Towers is situated in a great location with clean, modern rooms and a friendly vibe. The staff are honestly NEXT LEVEL. Riya who works on the 46th floor was a big part of making our trip so memorable, she's happy, attentive and just all round AMAZING! Jigme & ping who delivered our many room service orders were unbelievably polite and so attentive, again 10/10! I got sick during my trip and the hotel saw that I have everything I needed and were just so incredible lovely! The only downside would be that the roof terrace is quite small so often people are waiting around for a sunbed and the hotel taxi service is expensive, we got a car to the palm which cost us 60 Dirhams on the way back we got a local car which cost us 24 Dirhams.

Nice well organised hotel! Staff are accommodating and excellent at their jobs and the Indian restaurant was superb. We had a room upgrade with great balcony and enjoyed the views of the Jumeira coast and surrounding skyline. The only downside for our stay was the pool which gets no sun due to its shaded location (possibly perfect for June-Sept) Would definitely go back when the Dxb heat kicks in!

Beautiful scenery and great views from the top floor with roof top bar and swimming pool. Really enjoyed the stay. Although hotel staff made us wait longer than expected to check in but general experience was positive.

I had booked a club room where there is High Tea that is part of the package and when you go for the High Tea the staff makes you so uncomfortable as if they are doing us a favour. The service at Shamiana is just average. The staff Joy serving at the table made my family feel so uncomfortable as if he is doing us a favour by serving high tea which we have paid for when we booked the club room.

Awesome property. If only receptionist can become bit kinder and smile more often. Or may be it is because she has so much of work load. We advise hotel to may hire another receptionist so their work load can be divided.
