There is no problem in the hotel except you don't feel it is a luxury hotel. It is good for business. However, I don't recommend it for vacation. My rating is as below: Room: 3/5 , the room size is big, but it is a bit old especially the bathroom. Breakfast: 3/5 , it has a good collection, but it is exactly the same for every day. Gym: 3/5, as 5 star hotel I expected a bigger gym with more options to do the proper exercises. Staff 5/5.

This is international starts hotel. I have booked room for 2 people to stay in the hotel yesterday and we checked in around noontime. The front desk manager helped as and send as a welcoming email with no problem. During the day I had visitor coming to visit me and asked to scan her identification, which is normal for security and safety. The magment refused my guest to come to the room because they are telling me there is 2 people checked in already and the room I had booked is for 2 only. I understand and told them the time is 7 pm and I have the right to let visitors to my place during the day because they are not sleeping or staying with me and I have the right to use all the restaurant and bars as guest and I follow the rules of 5 starts hotel with scanning ID for my visitor. Then they send the security and manager and kicked out my guest in horrible way. Then I had my brother walked to me to the room then he is leaving and they did the same thing with no respect to my privacy or hospitality rules. When I went downstairs to speak to the manager they told me this is Dubai government rules and police rules and then told me we make exceptions to your brother because he is a man and we didn't allowed the girl friend who came to visit because she is a girl . I was checked with this because I felt they are racist based on gender. Then I asked them where is the rules showing am not allowed to have visitors to enter my room many times and they refused to show me any and I went online I have checked all the websites and the booking there is no rules showing that visitors are not allowed to visit me at my room.

Had another amazing stay. Lilian at the front desk was so helpful and efficient. Robert gave a multitude of suggestions for places to go. Crystal was effective in all areas. The food is great and quite healthy which was needed as I was on vacation and tempted to go off diet.

The staff was extremely friendly and polite. At check-in we even got a corner room with windows on two sides. We had breakfast and dinner included which is very special for Dubai area which saved us a lot of money outside, especially with our 4yo kid. The hotel is located directly at the metro station. We went to the beach every day in around 20-30min by foot over the metro bridge and by tram and in the evenings we traveled to the malls, etc. by metro. We could go running around the lake and in the gym which was very clean and good equipped. They have 6 elevators, we never had to wait for it more than few seconds.

Amazing hotel. The rooms are spacious with a nice view. It is near to the metro and tram. Other hotel facilities like swimming pool and spa is top notch. We enjoyed our stay Last but not the least Housekeeping yeadul is really helpful and Did a great job

The hotel features everything you are looking out for an ideal stay, my stay with them was for 21 days. Rooms are great, very clean and have all the required amenities. Delicious buffet breakfast with lots of variety. Amazing pool, jacuzzi and gym. On top of all, the hotel staff is very friendly; from ppl at reception to housekeeping and even the passerby staff. Daily housekeeping is great as well, once done a guy comes up to check n make sure everything is okay. Overall thumbs up!

Plenty of choices, very good quality and themed evenings like fish and seafood dinners. - Rooms are very clean. Thanks to Ms May. Very attentive and pleasant little things. - Very good location as it is literally 2 minutes to the metro station. (The main reason why I choose Pullman JLT for the 6th time already.

Nice view and rooms are okay but furnished with low quality material. The parking service is very poor and parking lot is barley enough for 20 cars. You have to work hard to convince someone to help you with the luggage. I can’t give the hotel more than 4 stars overall as hotel, and for sure it doesn’t worth the money that costs. The TV is place in a far location and in misplaced in the corner. The chiller is very very small and can’t fit bottles. There are insects in the room. The water is either very hot or very cold because of low quality valve. The bathroom was not cleaned(pictures). The hotel location is far from most nice places in Dubai and about 21 minutes from Dubai mall. The employees at the reception are polite and nice; however, the lady who is managing the reception is below expectation. I was given a room with damaged AC and called the reception and they called maintenance to fix and came and told me it is fixed and that I have just to wait and the temperature will be cooler. I slept and woke up in the morning sweating because it was hot and AC not fixed. I complained to the manager that my booking is for two nights and my sleeping and first knight was ruined because of this poor and below expected quality. For the second night that was already paid, she just replaced the room with another similar room. It is like you go to a coffeeshop and the waiter spills the coffee on your clothes and ruins your day and time and when you complain to the manager he just give you another coffee which you already paid for. The pictures speak by themselves about the quality of the other room.

Thet - room service provider I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel room. The bed cover, carpet, and bathroom are all satisfying. As long term Residents for over 4 years, we find the housekeeping services exceptional at this fabulous property. Islam is specially very sincere and attentive in delighting us with his exceptional service many times a week. We love our stay here.

We stayed here for a week. The African lady asked us what the purpose of our visit was. We told we came here for our anniversary. She would arrange something for us. But unfortunately they never arranged something for our anniversary. Too bad, because some other guest Who Arrived later were getting some sweets. Nevertheless, the hotel room was fine. Big room, high ceiling. But the bathroom is outdated. Looked more like a 3 star hotel. The shower was leaking on the floor to the toilet. The staff was friendly but i didnt understand why there is a souvenir shop in it from a third party and tries to sell you things like on the market.

Pullman is such an amazing hotel! Dorjee looked after me and was always friendly and helpful. He turned down my bed every evening and was always attentive. Your staff are all so friendly. Hotel is clean and welcoming.

Definitely putting Pullman on my list of Hotels to stay in. Rooms: The rooms are clean and spacious, bathrooms have both showers (rainfall) and bathing tubs. In addition you are likely to get a decent view if you are on the top floors! My room even had a work table and seat section in my room. Food: Breakfast spread is quite decent, and there are a small bakery, bar and a restaurant too. In fact if you get laundry services you get a spend coupon for the same amount (spent) to be used at the bar - hence free laundry technically 😀 Location: The location is nearby a Metro, has a grocery store a few feet away, has some amazing restaurants and Tim Hortons for your early coffee and donuts at a walk. Service: Didn't need to interact with the staff alot but everyone was very helpful.

Nice hotel and helpful staff. Pros: Location Cons: Room temperature thermostat can only be changed by a request to maintenance and was told once at the reception that it can’t be changed. Also, Gym hours are 8 am - 10 pm. Which isn’t ideal for travelers.

I’m not very happy with my stay. Rooms are quite old, which is common, but a lot of improvement is to be done on room organisation and service. Examples : blow dryer is located below the TV (god knows why), I found it on the second day after looking for ages in the washroom. Also they have a QR code for the in room service, the guy told me it’s on the desk, also looked for ages, and finally found it on the other side of the room. After finally being able to order the room service with the QR code, it took them 30 minutes to call me back just to launch the order (plus all the time to prepare the food)… if you’re in Dubai for business and need efficiency, I’d recommend not to stay in this hotel.

The room was big, the cleanliness was good, very polite staff. The furniture is a bit old, but is comfy. The pool is nice at 35 floor. Also I was disappointed with the breakfast. In 10 days was the same food, nothing new. The food was good, but the same The metro/train station is close so it’s great.

Hotel was fine. Staff are friendly and helpful. Housekeeping Linn did a great job. The food was less, little choice and in connection with gluten-free diet special bread was requested which was moldy twice. Seems to me you check it well after the first complaint but after we received new bread it was moldy again.

My hotel experience was fantastic, the service was great from the time I walked in until I checked out. Thet was my housekeeper and she did a fantastic job keeping to room neat and tidy while I was here for two weeks. Breakfast was good and plenty of options. Gym was nice sized with good equipment options. Even enjoyed my spa service!

Hotel is a little bit older. The windows were dirty during our stay. The staff is very polite. The lounge was perfect. Food from 5 till 8. Small but very tasty portions.

This was my very first hotel stay with my family. It was recommended by one of my friend. Truly amazing location with all the amenities. Staff was very supportive throughout our stay especially the lounge lady named Justine had made sure we are fully satisfied with all the needs. As recommended to me I will for sure spread the word to my family and friends.

Muhammad and Dilshani from house keeping were super professional. I went also to Sam for hair styling and was amazing i got compliments wherever i go. Breakfast must try with lovely waiters and I really recommend to try one dinner open buffet (fish). I came with my husband and baby and we got provided with baby cot. So happy staying at Pullman and will come again next time i come to Dubai.

Shaini was very helpful. She checked on us every single night for turn down service always left a pleasant no a towel our slippers out. She was very attentive to us. I highly recommend that you ask for her when you visit the Pullman hotel.

I am staying in a clean and calm room with lake view and balcony. The staff shows excellent service quality. I especially recommend the pool on the roof-top, the gym and the Manzoni restaurant. New water bottles are brought to the room daily for free. I was facing some issues initially but the management quickly took care of them.

The rooms are clean, very well equipped & the bathrooms have makeup lights! The staff are extremely friendly & helpful. Extraordinary spa treatments. The metro is located right outside the hotel. The beds are comfortable & overall great value for money. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

Room service needs to be improved. I called and requested for water thrice, the previous night at 10pm , in the morning at 10 am and another reminder after 2 hours. They still didnt bring it. It came in the afternoon at 2 pm. If u staying and need services best plan for emergencies

Great city hotel. Train and tram station is nearby less than a 5 minute walk away. The shuttle goes to a Kite beach, which is one of the best city beaches, twice a day. The breakfast wasn’t really in our taste. And the bathroom is a bit old. But the housekeeping comes in twice a day and really helps out with anything. I especially wanted to mention Maya, who was very attentive and deserves special recognition. Overall, the service is great here.

The location is fantastic given that it is only a few steps away from a Metro station. It has proximity to a supermarket, a couple of coffee shops and also to a florist shop. The service provided by a Housekeeping staff Shaini was fantastic. She was very attentive. The hotel can perhaps improve the service to even better levels if they get the room cleaned up by the same housekeeping staff consistently.

We are long-term residents at this fabulous property – and Islam has been a very good housekeeper for over two years now maintaining our apartment in spic and span condition. We specially want to appreciate Islam for deep-cleaning the apartment in the last week, while we were away and as we came back we were very happy to see everything to the minutest detail had been taken care of, and the apartment was shining like a brand new residence. Thanks Islam for your good work always!

The staff in this hotel continue to amaze me! Every evening when i return i find slippers and a towel on the side of the bed i am sleeping! Shaini is always very smiley and helpful, ready to offer water , towels and everything my room needs. Thank you All until now you have done amazing job!!

We had an absolutely lovey time in Pullman. Great staff who were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is just a stone's throw from the metro which makes it super convenient. Great breakfast spread. The rooms are lovely and they service is 2 times! The area is also great with a lovely view and a great neighborhood to just walk around in. High recommend !

Big and clean rooms, very comfortable mattress and pillows, perfect quality of linens. There was a problem in the shower and the water was coming out in all bathroom. We had a small bed for 2 adults, probably it was for one person. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was great and the terrace was stunning.

Hotel location is amazing. I booked for my parents there and they enjoyed their stay, hotel was so busy, but reception team showed high level of service. Rooms were properly cleaned daily by the friendly housekeeping staff.

Excellent service at arrival with Robert being exquisite in his role as receptionist. Room as usual for this hotel very clean, I was told the name of the person responsible for that was Kalpesh and I’d like to acknowledge their work. Despite a misunderstanding with the booking that was not very pleasant (by email, not in house!) due to a sudden flight change, everything as good as usual.

Gratis stay in a beautiful room. The hotel is a view steps from the Metro. Great breakfast with the best service. (Thanks to Michael for his great smile every morning) And thanks to Abby for keeping our room clean.

Excellent Service by House keeping staff, Best breakfast buffet but menu needs to be changed every 2 days. Gym needs more machines for guests who are fitness freaks. Rest all good in terms of safety, secuirty and cleanliness. Dorje has been a quit chap i found in Housekeeping staff but very professional and helpful

Great Hotel. Good price for excellent quality. Room very clean, Roop did a very good job cleaning up. Not one water stain in the bathroom. Nice buffet for breakfast. Will definitely come back and can recommend the Hotel.

Average hotel. The note on the door knob said that the room was sanitized. Judging from the amount of dust on the furniture it was not even dusted. Breakfast hall was just average with a tad of clausteophobic feeling to it.

Our stay was superb! We would like to give kudos to their front office staff Robert who from the moment we checked-in ensured that we'll enjoy our stay. He was keen to explain all details about the hotel and facilities, we got one of their best room too. It was our first time staying in the hotel and will definitely come back. Overall the hotel is excellent, sanitization equipments are all around to ensure everyone's safety. Keep up the good work in providing great service!

The reception from Lilian was very warm and cheerful right from the start! I felt right at home. She was always willing and ready to assist me whenever I needed assistance including printing documents that I required for my trip back home. The room service food was amazing!

Good Afternoon, Me and my Wife were really amazed at your hotel, the building itself is also beautiful, right next to the metro station in a great part of the city, breakfast, dinner, Lunch are perfect! We are "just married" and have chosen this hotel to celebrate this beautiful occasion, but we would never expect such a wonderful surprise! The staff was so amazing, that they prepared a special decoration, a very-very tasty cake and a hand-written card with nice wishes in our room! Special thanks to the Ladies at the reception and of course also to Angelo and Rajana, you made our day! Very special thanks to Umar, best guy ever. We wish you all the best.

Good but not for a 5 stars hotel.Two rooms for a family of 4 in roofs 15 and 8. It was not convenient for us. Very tired of waiting the elevators. There weren't bath accessories as usual in 5 stars .Good location.

We stayed in Pullman JLT (2BR apartment) for 2 months from October end to December end. Our stay at the hotel was not very pleasant for several reasons Valet and Parking: The parking is very congested at Pullman, barely 20 spots. Michael, one of the valet guys was very kind to us and did his job well. Lobby: The lobby’s is very cramped and does not smell good. The “Ahlan Cafe” is actually a kiosk in the lobby. Amenities: The Seasons buffet has limited options. The whole buffet experience was very unappetizing. It was stuffed with people and very unhygienic! No masking, no one sanitizing and no social distancing. The pool and the gym opens at 8 am! When we complained about this to the Sales Director, he himself didn’t know this and after we told him still no action was taken. The pool is very small and the pool bar looks very unappetizing and the menu options are limited. When we went to the business center to print papers, they said you can only print up to 5 papers! We are paying them so much money and they are putting a limit on how many papers we can print!! Service: When we arrived, the room was not ready even though it was check-in time. Whenever we ordered room service, the food was not up to the mark. Apartment: The kitchen in the apartment was exactly the opposite of being user friendly. The appliances are poor quality and small. Dishwasher started to leak one day and flooded the kitchen. The stove stopped working once during our stay and we experienced leaks in kitchen ceiling. The sofas were the most uncomfortable ever and TV had barely a couple channels coming. The shower’s door did not close properly resulting in floor getting wet. The pillows were as hard as a piece of brick. There were a couple of positives too: Housekeeping: Housekeeping staff was always forcing us to write reviews. How they were also very efficient especially Sharr, Kiran, and Biswajit. Views from the 28th floor were amazing. Location is great - near metro station, Marina and lots of restaurants. Tip : Don’t stay in Pullman if you can avoid it!

This is my 5th stay at this hotel. All the staff are so welcoming that you feel like being at home. The breakfast is really good, with plenty of choices. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay, especially Rachel at the reception desk, Gellicka at the breakfast room, as well as Kumara and all the other staff members! I strongly recommend this hotel, well located in the Marina area, and very close to the metro station.

Im really happy with this hotel. Wonderful apartments, delicious food, great view, wonderful service. Need to mention the the great service especially from Ranjana and Islam. Also big thanks to Alex and Robert. All in all a great stay and must do if you come to dubai.

Nothing special, really- just a regular hotel with standard services. Carry your shaving kit with you; there are no disposable razors around. Try to get a room that overlooks the freeway. The view's amazing at night. Nothing great but nothing bad, either. Nice place 👍🏽
