This building houses one of the best places to relax while enjoying a quick bite and coffee (or Tea) - The DMCC Lounge! DMCC LOUNGE I've been eyeing this place since I made a deposit to my Emirates NBD account using the ATM machine in the same floor and building a while back. Today, after making another bank transaction, I've made a decision to check out this place - The DMCC Lounge. AMBIENCE Before its entrance, there is a peculiar piece of art that got me even more interested in getting inside the lounge. Upon entry, you'd feel like you're smacked in the middle of two worlds. To your left is a neat looking cafe facade, while the right side looks like a real estate showroom. Actually it's a coffee shop with scale model of buildings including my favorite, Blue Waters Island. The place also mimic the feel of an art gallery in some respects - or at least that's how I felt like as I walk inside past the entrance. Lights are warm to the eyes and strategically distributed around the whole place that puts hues of elegance in most corners of this lounge. Yes, because of the homy lights, comfy furnitures, nice looking stuff they use to present your food (Yes, I ordered some so I have a reason to stay and take IG-worthy photos haha!), this coffee shop deserves to call itself a "Lounge" because you can't help but relax when you're already inside admiring all of its interiors. And exteriors - Yes, they have an al fresco spot which overlooks a good view if you fancy such and fresh air while you enjoy your coffee, tea or something else. FOOD Coffee was not available earlier so I ordered their "Detox Elixir". Basically the most fragrant tea I've ever had in my life. Taste is basic, but that aroma and its warmth are enough to relax me and hopefully detox me as well haha! I also ordered this breadbowl-looking bread that, they said, had a garlic and cream filling. That sounded yummy, it actually looked yummy, so I ordered and was I so glad I did! Hands-down, one of the best-tasting simple bread I've ever consumed here in Dubai. Really YUMMY and, more importantly, super filling because it's not a small piece of bread. All these are brought to my table and presented in a way that just made me go "That's really nice!". OVERALL EXPERIENCE I'd like to say "Not Too Bad.." but that won't be representative of my brief experience inside the DMCC Lounge. Because I was amazed by the entrance and wanted to go inside and did go inside and loved it. Because when I was inside the interiors were mesmerizing. Because when I settled down on a table and enjoyed my drink and food, I felt like I just want to do that and be there for the rest of the day. Don't take my word for it. Visit the DMCC Lounge one time and you'll thank me for it. Location : Almas Tower in JLT (Ground Floor)

I usually visit the DMCC office, Emirates NBD or Emirates Islamic bank and ATMs. The car parking for the customers is free for the first 1 hour.

I've been to this place , this building has a spectacular view from the second level. We can able to see what's below as the floor is made of glass. It has more than 50 floors

Gorgeous building with a lot of businesses in there. Spacious visitors parking, paid aed 10 from the second hour. Nice views on JLT towers and surrounding areas. Visitors suggested to carry valid ID, otherwise security won't pass you to office area.

All in one place. If you want to open BUSINESS. You will get all facilities here. DMCC zone, bank, cafeteria, restaurant etc.

Ample parking space. Neat and well organised. Accessible for the differently abled.

Very Beautyfull Building I saw in JLT. I visited on #53Floor . And the view of whole dubai is too beautiful 😍. And also the security member are very honest and tough.

Amazing building and it view of the DMC

Almas Tower (Arabic: برج الماس Diamond Tower) is a 68-storey, 360 m (1,180 ft), supertall skyscraper in the Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Construction of the office building began in early 2005 and was completed in 2008 with the installation of some remaining cladding panels at the top of the tower. The building was topped out in 2008, and became the tallest building in Dubai until 2009 when it was surpassed by Burj Khalifa.

My wife personally named this tower "full options" due that everything you're looking for is in it... From Banking, shopping, relaxation, meeting and many more

Though getting on these days but the building is well maintained and still combines elegance with noughties grandness...foyer restaurants and cafes are ace...Common Grounds remains my fave....try the very loaded Ceaser Salad

The location is exquisite and the ponds and walkways around is awesome. The office campus is good and there are a lot of restaurants around. Wether you are here for work or a walk this place is awesome.

Discovered this place initially because it has a Starbucks and it is really lovely here with many options for food and drinks. There's a constant flow of people here but seems well maintained. Also there is a gym in the building and it's a very convenient, central location in JLT.

Visited Fidelity to do a class and teach. Parking is convenient, and during the time I was there was the weekend so the road is not busy.

Take exit at DMCC metro. Take exit to your right. Walk to your left. If you need to visit any office as a non-staff, you'll need to submit your Emirates id on the reception, then they'll give you a pass card just like a metro card, when you're finished your work for whichever office you wanted to, come back to reception give the card back and collect your Emirates ID back.

Calm and secure place for office purposes. In JLT it's a good option.

Nice and busy building. If you park underground (which you probably will) get out of the elevator and turn right (not left), the reception is a couple of meters away. If you turn right you will have a nice walk to circle the whole building like I did the first time lol. Very friendly security and easy but secure access. They have a lot of nice shops and drinking or eating establishments and even banks on the ground floor.

vert well maintained place. I was a member in the fitness club here and i loved my time. i had to leave as i got a better price in another gym.

Well located for main roads and the metro station. A wide range of office uses including two main banks. Restaurants and coffee shops plus other retail stores on lower floor.

one of the most famous buildings in JLT. very well maintained and the commercial area in the ground floor is used by everyone where really nice restaurants, bank machines, coffeeshops, a self serviced covered parking, i loved that they keep a nice smell in the halls and lobby, i usually go for the restaurants where outdoor area is fantastic nd prices are really good.

You can have one hour of free parking. They also have ATM machines, as a lot of people are having too much trouble finding ATM's in JLT. Some coffee shops at the ground level.

Very close to public. It has 1 hour free parking as well if you need to do anything in Almas building don't be worried about the parking. There are lots of cafe on the ground floor which I have tried some of them and all of them were great. It is close to water and you can walk around as well.

Very secure building. Most of the diamond and jewellery businesses are in this building. Ample parking available for visitors. 1 hour free parking for visitors. Banks, ATM and restaurants are available in ground floor.

Careful if you go paid parking machine pay exactly amount. My amount 10 i put 20 Bill balance not given i call security.but no one answer.
