Epic! A simple dinning experience over looking the harbor, with incredible and dishes to savor. Small portions, so more a sharing concept, but all menu items are a must try. We went for sushi flavors, where some like the dragon rolls we ordered twice! Next time will try the burgers as they looked delicious. No reservations, so avoid weekends, and head during the week for a nice table outside. An amazing experience! Coming back soon!

It was long time since the last time I was so impressed by a restaurant's uniqueness and quality. Even if this placed is marked as Sushi restaurant it would literally deserve the "Gourmet" qualification. I was really impressed by the research and the combination of ingredients and the stunning looking of the dishes. Absolutely professional, friendly and entertaining staff, thanks to have let us accommodate so quickly outside to enjoy the amazing view on the harbour. My only hope is that one day this place would be allowed to serve alcohol. Strongly recommended

NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!!!! If I could give them less than 1 start I would give them -5 stars because of the very bad and unprofessional behavior and service, Don't get fooled by the "No walk in allowed" and the say only reservations. So many other empty restaurants have much more tastier food and more professional and waaaaaay cheaper. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!!!!!!

This charming and quiet waterfront restaurant delivered high quality seafood with delicious and creative preparations. The scallops were a particular standout. I love their "warning" that they don't do soy sauce. You are in such good hands, you won't even think twice about not having that bottle on the table.

Really great sushi. The ingredients are incredibly fresh especially the salmon. The salmon roll was by far the best. The sauce on top with the fresh fish layered on was great. Keep in mind when ordering the sushi soy sauce is not served as they want you to taste the ingredients how they were meant to be. The carpaccio had a lot of lemon juice mixed in with a sauce. With the fresh salmon it worked extremely well. The dessert was also quite interesting. The cake was extremely dark and bitter, but the vanilla ice cream was quite sweet. Mixing them together they complimented each other well. The spider crab roll wasn’t my favorite which was a bit sad as I love spider crab rolls. It wasn’t bad but to be honest I had better. However, everything else was really good and made it worthy of a 5 star.

Definitely one of the best places in Dubai. We were greeted by warm and friendly faces, and they recommended a lot of things on the menu. We went (family of 8) around 6PM and were seated immediately. I would recommend to go earlier just to avoid waiting for a table. The food was absolutely delicious and we loved everything we ordered. The seaweed salad was my favorite(we ordered it twice) and so were the wings(so crispy and flavorful) and lamb chops(so tender). Would definitely recommend to go eat there!

Serving modern japanese cuisine, this restaurant is simply brilliant with each dish it serves. From the spicy yet sweet wings to the sushi that are packed with flavors, it is an experience worth taking. You won't go wrong with anything you order so don't worry, just keep trying new dishes here.

Casual yet elevated, this restaurant captures the heart of those who know how to appreciate Japanese dishes. I had this restaurant in my list for a long time and was only pleased when I tried it last Sunday. The food was exquisite with fresh ingredients and they have a variety of dishes for you to discover your taste buds. The seaweed salad was something so unique yet so tasty that I was enlightened. We then had a dessert from the collaborative restaurant Brix which tastes phenomenal. A coconut Macaron ice cream. To die for. The atmosphere is vivid and they can accommodate even during the summer. I love this place for a family reunion or a fun eating experience with some friends. The view on the harbour is cozy.

My first time at a Michelin Star restaurant and it was a great one. The first thing you will notice is the amazing harbor view, the friendly staff, and the minimalist yet inviting atmosphere. The food experience was even better: I tried the Seaweed Salad (5/5) Triple Cooked Chips (4/5) pinch of salt is missing Wagyu Overload (5/5) "Highly Recommended" Truffle Burger (5/5) Mouth watering Overall the Experience is amazing, the restaurant is a bit pricy compared to the portion. Note: Parking is a bit hard.

All in all the experience was great. The problem is that we had to wait 90 minutes for a table and they do not accept reservations, not sure why. Most of the plates we ordered were superb, especially the burger. The triple cooked fries is below average also the noodles. I asked for soy sauce with the sushi but the waiter said they do not serve soy sauce, I did not like that. It's pricey, but it's a 2 Michelin stars restaurant after all. Recommended, and I hope they start accepting reservations because I'm not willing to wait again 90 minutes.

We went on a Sunday at peak lunch hour. By the time we sat down there was a line at the door. Staff were very efficient and attentive which we really appreciated. As busy as they were, our waiter still had time to offer me a hook for my bag and was quick to clear plates as needed. All our food was fresh, well presented and delicious. The menu is well labeled for allergens which was also appreciated. Gluten free options are limited so be advised.

Best sushi I’ve ever tasted in my life, each dish was cooked to perfection! We ordered one serving of sushi, but quickly ordered another because it was so good. The customer service was excellent, waiters and waitresses were extremely polite and inviting. Our only regret was that we didn’t have space for more. Will definitely be coming back! Prices are affordable.

Yes yes yes! Delicious food, decent variety on the menu, good service! They don't serve Soy Sauce for good reason (albeit a little on the side would have been nice for a couple of the sushi rolls) We will see you again

Prices have come down a bit due to the pandemic. Now is the time to come. Food is great but was always overpriced. Now its fairly priced. Make sure you book in advance. No walks in at current times.

No questions as to why this restaurant is listed on so many websites as one of the best restaurants to go to in Dubai. Lovely scenery. Great vibe. The staff are very attentive to your needs. All dietary restrictions are listed clearly on the menu. The food is absolutely perfect. Everything is cooked to perfection. If you're a foodie, this place is a must try. They did not allow us to book ahead. You must understand, this is probably one of Dubai's best restaurants. First come, first serve. If there are no tables available, there are chairs while you wait. They also have a website where you can see your status in the queue. It's very helpful, we didn't wait long for a table but certain times may be busier than others. Also note, no soya sauce for sushi- and its really not necessary. The sushi is perfect as is.

Amazing little local based joint! Sushi where you dont need any soy sauce! The whole menu is just wow! Start with the seaweed salad (i need 2!), from the sushi get the Volcano and Dragon, hot dishes the Lamb Ribs, Cod fish and from the specials the nigiri wagyu with caviar! Due to corona, inside seats a small number (outside now in June too hot), but call in and book before visiting! Finish off with Japanese green tea! Enjoy! 10/10!

The freshest and most authentic sushi in town. So fresh they don’t need to serve soy sauce to mask anything. The fish literally melts in your mouth. These guys are masters. Foodies know. Would be perfect if they could add more salmon and veggie roll varieties for people who are allergic to shellfish and shrimp though.

We went there for dinner without reservation, we waited for 50 minutes for the table that was reasonable. The menu is not big and have a good selection of dishes. We choose different dishes and all of them were amazing. The reason for the 4 Star is the because of the expectation from the Best restaurant in the 50 best MENA is not enough. The food is excellent but the service and the design of the place is not according to that level of position.

If I could, I’d give this place 10 stars. We had a great welcome reception, and the service was amazingly friendly. The has nice views by the harbor. The place caters for different people: they have a smoking and non smoking area, which I appreciated. And now the food: I’ve never tasted such a delicious burger. And everything we ordered was just delicious and my palette will forever be grateful. Even though they are the best restaurant in MENA, the place is still affordable and has so much character. Thank you so much!

Great food. Loved the salmon carpaccio. Lamb ribs were fall off the bone. Sakura ebi, scallops, and seaweed salad were all solid. Everything was light and refreshing. Chicken wings were good but could have gone without. Lovely vibes by the water. The signature menu is a bit expensive, but the main menu is decently affordable. Would come back.

TBH I was going to give it 5 stars because the food was REALLY delicious, but I think there are a lot of things that need to be improved. The experience in details: • Food 5/5: everything was so special and delicious. • Prices 4/5: the prices are fair enough for the quality of the food, but for the price we paid we get better service and atmosphere somewhere else. • Service 3.5/5: the food was delayed and nobody came to apologize, we were constantly calling the waiter to ask about the food. I went by myself to get wet wipes. The service could definitely be better. • Toilet 2/5: it was terrible. 🙃 (edited: I heard that the toilet is a common facility for more than one restaurant there, so it’s not only their responsibility)

This Japanese Michelin-starred restaurant is an absolute gem. The moment you step inside, you're immediately captivated by its cool vibes. The staff is incredibly friendly, the food is outstanding, especially the nigiri! and the view is beautiful outside just by the marine. It's a must-visit spot for anyone seeking a memorable dining adventure.

This is the best restaurant in Dubai. There's no reservation so make sure you come early. Weekend dinner is especially busy! It's a casual dining restaurant but the food is of excellent quality! The concept of 3fils makes food so interesting and innovative. All the dishes are amazing! The seafood is fresh, the dishes are flavorful (without dipping it in soy sauce). One perfect bite! I have been to Dubai many times and I always have to come at least once!

Had a very nice lunch at 3Fils, been nicely welcomed by the staffs 😊 The location is very nice, near boat port and water, it's very beautiful view. ⛵✨ Of course I came to try the burgers, and I tried the Truffles one. It took a little time to be prepared, however it was very very delicious, freshly served with plates still warm, soft burger and nice sauce. Worth the wait 👌 Un délice! 🍔👌 Been also served some very delicious sushi and light bites that were absolutely delicious! 😋🍣

Had dinner here on a Saturday evening with some friends while visiting Dubai. Surprisingly we were able to get seated right away (got there around 6:30pm with a party of 6). The menus is very unique despite being categorized as a Japanese restaurant. I think every item on the menu is worth a try. And please don’t skip dessert.

The food lived up to its hype! This place is truly a gem in many ways. The service was impeccable esp Ryan and the other attending Filipino guy that served us. The uni was just magical and the wagyu steak. I am just lost for words how wonderful the experience was and I will definitely bring my friends/relatives over everytime they visit Dubai to this place.

Nice outside harbor location and seating. But the food is not really worth it, its not bad, but not spectacular either. I had a better truffle burger at shake shack... The duck noodle soup was way to greasy and the noodles had no taste. The salmon sashimi and the volcano rolls were just good. So in the end all a bit overpriced and underwhelming.

The perfect date night spot!! This place is truly a hidden gem. I got the best seat in the house - an outdoor picnic bench overlooking the boats in the harbour by candlelight ? Boasting contemporary Asian cuisine, all the dishes certainly had an interesting twist. The scallops with mandarin oranges and sumao was so delicious, it just melted in your mouth. Dessert was a Ghana dark chocolate cake with Madagascar vanilla ice cream. Just the right decadence to finish the meal!

Exceptional food, period. Casual seating, high end cuisine. Lots of good seafood. Location is perfect too, right by the water. Parking is a slight challenge. Be prepared for a slight wait if you’re coming at peak times, as this is a very popular place. If you're strategic about it, you can easily eat for <80AED per person. Servers are respectful and helpful.

Lovely place. The food is delicious, the service is good. I took one star off for the overall ambiance - in the summer it’s not the cosiest place. But I can’t wait for the winter when they open their outdoor terrace. In the winter it’s 5 stars 🙈

3fils Restaurant in Dubai is a culinary gem that deserves recognition. From the impeccable service to the mouthwatering dishes, each aspect of my visit exceeded my expectations. The restaurant's ability to combine Japanese and Asian influences with finesse truly sets it apart. By far the best sushi place in Dubai. It’s small, low profile and staff is very friendly. Quality of the sushi and sashimi is unmatched. I definitely recommend trying. It is quite pricey but definitely worth it. I recommend the seaweed salad and the nigiri / sashimi (salmon, fatty tuna, and normal tuna).

  • 4/5 Jaleh M. 7 months ago on Google
Went down on a Saturday evening and had to wait about 10 minutes for a table as it’s a walk in system only which was fine. After ordering the food arrived swiftly, truffle Wagyu burger was 10/10 and honestly probably one of the best burgers I’ve ever tasted, salmon carpaccio and Emo Fries was very tasty and fresh, indomie was really flavourful. I wasn’t a big fan of the shrimp and scollop skewers and only had 1 bite. Price point is soo good for the quality and craft, I can honestly recommend 3 Fils and would like to come back and try more off the menu.

Great location and nice vibes. The menu is nice and the food is good. Long waiting time though. Nice place to have modern/fusion Japanese- but wouldn’t say it’s the best place in town. However, the karak ice cream dessert was really good, and the octopus was dish of the day for me!

  • 5/5 Heinie Brian H. 3 years ago on Google
For starters, we ordered the Scallops which wasn't my favorite as I prefer them fried; however, with the mandarin oranges, that crunchy bit, plus the juices from the scallops made this irresistable little sauce that just makes it super yummy. We moved on to the Wagyu + Caviar. Now that was divine and made a symphony play in my mouth. Then the real food came: Chicken Wings, Lamb Ribs, Fremantle Octopus, and the Sakura Ebi. All of which just kept on adding incredible flavors on one another in our mouths. Lastly, dessert: The African Powerhouse and the Karak Ice Cream (which came with a mini show). All in all, everything here is about small plates so you can enjoy the different flavors. This place is perfect for a romantic date or if a couple is celebrating something special. You'll be leaning on ordering more, so expect the bill to be more than what you normally pay for ;)

  • 3/5 Aisha Al T. 7 months ago on Google
I'm not a fan of their reservation system. However, I must admit that the food at this place is truly amazing, although the portion sizes are somewhat small. My main issue was that they seated me and my family with another family at their big table, which completely eliminated any sense of privacy. I understand the need to maximize sales, but I personally don't enjoy dining with strangers when I go out to eat.

  • 2/5 Hatem B. 3 years ago on Google
Not worth the price for the quality of food or service. Mediocre at best. For the eye gouging prices I expected more. Service was subpar considering we had to make a reservation we had to move tables in the middle of our meal so that they could accommodate some other customers. It was a disappointing visit overall.

What a phenomenal experience! From good to service everything was just amazing. Amit and rest of the guys made this very memorable for us. We ordered a lot of things but the Wagyu truffle burger was out of this world. I can eat 2 of those alone. The lamb was falling off the bone and we regretted not getting another. The yellow bird was also really good. We were already planning to come back another day before we even left. Highly recommend.

The location is really nice. Nestled at the harbor it’s got a very pretty view. I was expecting a lot out of this place. Disappointed with the food here. Firstly I wasn’t wowed. the few dishes like salmon carpaccio, few sushi’s were nice. Sushi- we had the crispy eel, spicy tuna and one more. The charcoal veg tempura was really bad. It was greasy egg plant. the burger was tasty but super buttery. The crispy eel was sushi rice rolls with fried eel on side. Majorly I found fried greasy dishes a lot. Which made me really sick later. Plus the last sushi came so late (almost a 20 mins wait time) which was super annoying. Only thing I Loved was the dark chocolate cake (must try)

Amazing place with a really chill vibe fronting the dock. I wanted to try everything on the menu but settled on the scallops (sauce was so addictive and balanced), spicy tartare (portion looked small at first but it was actually quite a lot) and capellini (seemed simple but had an elevated taste from the lobster oil). Drinks were amazing, loved the early grey with thyme combi. I’ll definitely be back, great hospitality and service too!

This restaurant is by far my favorite. My friends and I went there fully knowing that we will have to wait for 45 minutes to get a table and planned our visit accordingly by walking around the area. I signed up my name on the waiting list and received a message with a link that directed me to a user friendly website that provided me with the needed information of the waiting time and so on. We started our experience with their refreshing juice, Yellow Bird, then moved on to their seaweed salad, which tasted amazing. The sushi dishes were well-balanced and just tasted incredible. We also tried the octopus, which was cooked to perfection. Also, the wings were out of this world! We ended our visit on a sweet note with the tasty African Powerhouse and a cup of cappuccino on the side. The employees were super friendly and helpful with their recommendations. Overall, this restaurant is definitely one of a kind!

Prepare yourself to taste many many different tastes and cuisines. Hope you like spicy mayo type of sauces. All in all, this place is highly recommended: excellent food, friendly staff, and cosy setting outdoor.

Our 2nd time to 3FILS and absolutely exceeded expectations (and our past experience). They've recently added a new extension to the side so lots more indoor seating and easier to get a table.

My dear friend invited me there for lunch So basically it's one of the best 50 restaurants in MENA 2022 and it deserves it! Food was amazing, luckily everything we wanted to order was available as they can be sold out "some items on the menu were when we went there around 3:30pm" The food was great, their drinks were also nice, not too sweet, and the 1000+ "the dessert" was very tasty and light. Recommend

Still the best! You come here not to fill up your stomach but to appreciate fine culinary experience. Two suggestions to owner/operator: 1. Add more garnish to Uni Train. Customer will feel happier. 2. Provide a small trash bin for outdoor seatings, so the disposable gloves and tissues won't fly away to the sea. Recommended menu: 1. Lamb ribs 2. Chicken wings 3. Yellow bird drink

If your looking for a place for small bites this is it. It is a little too heavy but the quality of food is good and the view is amazing. It is great to find a spot outside during the good weather.

It's a journey of taste. It's my first time tasting an Otoro Sushi and it did not disappoint. It simply is a delight to the palate. Every dish is an adventure, you don't go here to fill up your tummy but rather to delight your senses. Indeed, it's worth savoring every bite, more so, you really get what you pay for - a great delicious adventure.
