This was my worst experience dealing with Nikki beach resort Dubai . I booked through Agoda.com for 2 nights from 28 August till 30 August for 2 people ocean front resort . I was travelling from Canada and my brother from London and we are meeting each other after 2 years due to COVID . We reached around 2 PM through a taxi and trying to look for the main entrance as taxi driver dropped us far as the entrance is not defined . We saw few people standing and we tried to wave them and told them we are looking for help . After waiting for 5 mins when we saw no one is approaching us and we are unable to find the entrance , we moved to the side where these people are standing and watching us struggling . We asked them about the entrance and they realized we are guest and picked our luggage . We got very upset how a famous resort can have such a hospitality foe newly arriving guests. The reception is located very weird . After moving through a dormitory it is on the left side and where we met Maria at the front desk . We told her about disrespectful welcome and told her we are feeling unwelcoming here . The place was very quite and the club house was closed as well. She did not even said a simple sorry for that and tried to book. My brother who is a doctor in London asked the Girl , the way we have received the treatment so far , it looks we will spoil our vacations that we do not want . Can we cancel our booking as we are highly dissatisfied so far on first 30 mins . She enquired from her seniors and told her our floor manager is not available but no problem and she will put notes and your reservation would be cancelled . She gave me a visiting card of Mr Mohammed Garoudi and write her name with pen on the card - We booked Hotel Armani at Burj Kahlifa for those 2 nights and informed Agoda for the treatment we received at Nikki . After 4 days , I enquired from agoda and they told me the hotel refused to compensate you as Agoda booked through another dealer of Nikki . I left messages from Mohammed 2 times and then able to talk to him . I told him the situation and he kept on hindering me to speak and told me about his years of experience working in hospitality and refused to do anything . When I told him , we came to the hotel and left due to your poor service , he told me that he will reply back which he never did . I tried contacting him through email and left him messages and he never returned back to me even after I spent 10 days of incidence . I have been ripped off for my CAD 1100 dollars for 2 nights . I am Travelling a lot due to nature of my business and staying in different hotels . I never had such a bad experience Really feeling frustrated and going to take up the matter to ombudsman as I felt cheated

I had such amazing time at Nikki beach 🏝️. The staffs were great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. Tho the sun was so much but the staff had to add ice 🧊 into the swimming pools so it could be cold for everyone. The music , the energy, location and everything else was absolutely incredible 🩷.

We just spent 5 days at this resort and I must say it was pure joy. The room is very large and absolutely stunning. The breakfast buffet is generous and amazing. The swimming pool and beach are wonderful. The staff is very kind. Ah and forgot to mention the gym is brand new and well equipped, and the therapists at the spa are great. Everything is perfect !! If I had to mention one negative point is the quality of the Wifi which makes it very challenging to work Thank you Nikki Beach for the great vacations !!

This was our second visit, but unfortunately, we noticed a decline in the overall experience. We encountered some issues, including rude female receptionists who was unhelpful and dishonest about the room’s availability. Initially, we were given a room with a construction site view and workers peering in. Thankfully, a male receptionist was able to resolve our problem and provide us with a better room. We had requested a birthday cake in the room, for which we were willing to pay, but these requests were not fulfilled and completely forgotten. Additionally, basic items like bath salts and bath sponges were missing from the room. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast, which was quite enjoyable.

Stuff is really unfriendly, think they are something better. If you wanna go definitely book in advance otherwise you will get horrendous prices. Everywhere around are construction sites. The security guy told us that the Villas around are gonna be demolished every 4-5 years.. questionable. Music was good :)

I really do not recommend wasting your time here. We tried to reserve a sun lounger but were told we couldn’t, that they open at 11 and to come early to get one. We arrived at 10:30, with only a few people in front of us in the queue. They were delayed opening until 12, and were left in the blazing sun with no water and nowhere to sit that I nearly passed out. When they finally opened, they told us they had no sun loungers left (apparently they only have 50!) and we have to pay thousands for a sun bed instead. It was the biggest waste of time, they were so rude, especially the general manager who has absolutely zero customer service skills. I have never been treated so poorly in my life and will never go again.

No kids running around! No babies crying!! That's a first ! I've been to every resort and beach here in Dubai and kids have ruined any chance to sit back n relax lol but not at Nikki! The place kept a very high standard on every single thing! And the team was extremely friendly and welcoming.

Went with my daughter to a saloon located within the Nikki Beach. The place is beautiful and generally quiet. One can spend a nice time with friends and family. The interiors are done very aesthetically. Plenty of parking space too.

Doesn’t matter how beautiful the facility is if your staff sucks. The Filipino lady at the front desk, with shoulder length straight/brown hair that checks people into the beach club is rude and not friendly at all. For example, when I said “hi, how are you today” she just gave me an ugly look and went straight to business. The Nikki beach Miami staff is SOOO more kinder, accommodating and friendlier.

Had an amazing time with my partner at your hotel. Thank you for the hospitality. Great value for money. Loved the food. Special thanks goes to yohan who was very patient with us and made us feel home. You can't go wrong with a team like this. Definitely recommend if anyone is travelling to Dubai.

Me and my partner live in Dubai. We stayed at Nikki hotel for 1 night just to relax. When we checked out, after two days my partner realized that he accidentally forgot his necklace with cross in the room. As he is religious we came back after 6 days and asked if we can have it back. We spoke to the manager. The housekeeper and security claimed that no cross was found. We are more than 100% sure that we left it here. So we really hope to have a call back

Really enjoyed my time at the beach club. We came to celebrate my friends birthday so we booked a couple of cabanas. The area was spacious. The pool was really nice and they had a couple of jacuzzis (cold water) which was cool. It’s too bad that the pool bar itself is closed due to covid, hope one day it’ll be back in action. The food was generally good. The jumbo prawns were awesome and the rest of the food already great. The service could have been a little better. I’ll for sure be back.

Well known name in Dubai, but for me it was a hidden gem until today. One of the quite and relaxing place helping you to keep your peace in mind and enjoy life. Most beautiful girls on the beach. I don't know if you pick the guests by how they look like, but it works 😁

I don’t know where to start. This Resort is OUTSTANDING. I have been in Nikki beach Miami and let me tell you, this one is wayyyyyy better. The service is great, from front desk to room service to the spa service. The beach is beautiful and so quiet during weekdays. I can’t find one thing I didn’t like in this resort. P.S if you don’t pay the deposit, someone will come and remove the mini bar and also you won’t be able to pay under the room. I didn’t get this because I couldn’t understand the women in front desk to be honest. She just said the deposit is optional and didn’t explain more. But for me wasn’t a big deal.

We visited the Nikki Beach Hotel for my birthday and were made to feel special from start to finish. From the moment you arrive at Nikki Beach you are greeted with pure luxury. It almost doesn't even feel like Dubai, it has a very Mediterranean vibe and is full of white and pastel blues colours that resemble to ocean. As you walk through the hotel reception, you are greeted with the most scenic views of the beach and sea – it is absolutely divine. The check in lady was extremely helpful, she made a reservation for us at the beach club and informed us about all the hotel amenities. Once finished, we were shown to our room and couldn't believe how stunning it was. The rooms are perfectly decorated with a relaxed, beachy vibe. They are equipped with a king size bed, balcony with sofa, TV (with all channels), mini bar, fridge, bathroom with stand alone bath tub and shower, robes, slippers, hairdryer and dressing room. We enjoyed our first day by the pool, which has a beautiful backdrop of the beach. The pool is cool and refreshing from all the sunbathing in the Dubai heat. You can order food & beverages to your sun lounger using the QR codes provided (they also have menus if you're slightly more old school). We didn't have any trouble getting a sun lounger and there were plenty to go around. The cocktails were divine and I'd highly recommend the espresso martini. We ordered room service for dinner and it was absolutely delicious, we finished every single crumb! We even asked if the chef could make something that wasn't on the menu and he was happy to oblige. It was also extremely reasonably priced considering we were in a luxury hotel. Breakfast was included with our room and was served from 7am – 10am. There were lots of options to choose from including cooked options (eggs benedict, omelette etc) or continental options (croissants, pastries, toast etc). Coffee, tea, water and juices were also included and everything had been made to perfection and was super tasty. Finally, we visited the beach club which is attached to the hotel and it was such a vibe. We hired out sun loungers at extra cost and there was a DJ playing Balearic tunes. It is literally a 2 min walk from the hotel along the beach. Overall we had the most amazing visit to the Nikki Beach Hotel and would definitely visit again in a heartbeat. We came to the hotel for Saturday brunch with my family , the guy who is working as security , his name was Daniel , he works on a entrance of arrival to the hotel ,said aggressively and not friendly that the hotel is full booked and we can’t go inside , and sent us back home ! When I called to the reception of a hotel , they of course gave me the reservation and said that there is no problem with tables and they are not fully booked for today ! I always was coming before to the hotel on weekends to enjoy the restaurant! It’s the first time ,after we were treated so badly ,we had to leave ! The security guy destroyed my day and it is my bday as well today ! We just wanted to go with my family and celebrate it nicely in a beautiful place !! I hope this person will stop working there ,as he breaks the reputation of a nice place !

We've just been at Nikki Beach Resort & Spa as day guests with beach and pool access. The site is amazing, you've got a beautiful and spacious beach and a neat pool area. The personnel is highly attentive and courteous. Highly recommended!

As a hard to please German: pretty flawless. Of course the location is great. Of course the rooms are awesome. Of course the Spa is fantastic. And yes, there is a (tasteful!) DJ working at the pool. But you do expect all that. But: this place is also incredibly organized and well run. You need an extra room cleaning? You need an ironing board in five minutes? You need the lock of your suitcase to be broken at 2:15 in the morning: consider it done. All that happens with not just politeness but genuine friendlyness. The staff is glad to help. And they make you feel taken care of. Prices are technically not cheap but very much worth it. Ah and yes, you do get the stylish pictures there to make your friends back home jaleous.

Amazing swimming pool and jet sea experience. Breakfast buffet is the best I have ever seen of so many resort I have visited. Very diverse choices for breakfast. Bar food is diverse but limited. Haven’t tried the main restaurant for lunch or dinner 🥘 (Note: not comfortable for conservative family)

Had a amazing stay at the resort! A gorgeous seaview welcomed us the moment we alighted the car at the lobby. We booked the direct pool access room and it was the best decision. The pool was right by the side and we enjoyed hanging out at the balcony which overlooked the pool and sea. The room was a beautiful contemporary design, spacious and clean with a nice touch of mood lightings. The pool or should i say 2 pools (one for lounging and one for doing laps) are perfectly cooled for the warm summer. We also took a dip at the private beach just in front of the pool which has a nice sandy beach. The sea water is slightly warm in the summer but the pool is just a few steps away for us to cool down. The pool/beach service is fantastic. There is an always ready supply of ice cooled mineral water by the side. And the beach chairs are one of the best i have seen. A shout out to pool staff Saad with his magnetic personality and great service. The other awesome thing about this resort is that it has a beach club right by the side a 5min walk from the resort along the beach. We had so much fun partying at the beach club which had a great DJ playing. The morning breakfast service is great too. Quality food and a nice table service for your eggs without queueing for it. A shout out to wait staff Demi, with her radiant smile and great service. Overall this is definitely one of the best beach resort experience we had so far. If you like a seamless pool beach experience with an option for partying, this is the resort to go!

Had a a little staycation for 2 days with my boyfriend. Couldn’t be more grateful for the service we received. Starting from the time we contacted to make a booking. The room, breakfast, spa and beach club were fantastic, everything on top. The food is delicious in any outlet you order from. The service is so fast, anything you request from HK comes to the room in 5mins, the room service food was delivered within 15-20mins. Anyone you meet and anywhere you go, they ask if you need anything extra and if all okey. Can’t thank enough Eslam Mostafa who took care of us from the time we made a reservation up until check-out process. A true GEM of them hotel, will be back for sure♥️♥️♥️

I have been coming to dubai since almost 10 years and never have been experienced such great customer service from the front desk to room/ pool service. You have an amazing staff and they made my trip with their smiles. Thanks to Mr. Rakan the hotel manager who helped us personally when we faced an issue that is not resort related. Appreciate all the efforts made for us and I will definitely be back.

We had an excellente time for my birthday, a small incident during the checkin, but USMAN the duty manager jumped to ensure it’s rectified and our experience was nothing less than perfect. Everything from valet staff, Julious & Martin, to beach & pool crew ( Saad), very attentive and polite service. Again, Thank you Usman for going the extra mile. Loved our stay and definitely we’ll comeback.

Breathe taking serene atmosphere with the waves bashing the beach front, lovely cabanas, recliners and amazing outdoor. The Cafe served up some delightful small bites and refresher cocktails. Wound down the evening with ginger tea 🍵 and chocolate biscuits 🍫 It was a pleasurable experience.

love love love Nikki beach resort! Trendy and chic place away from the hustle and bustle of the city, very cool decor with light colors, airy and fresh. Pool is fantastic and the beach is spread out and gives you lots of privacy and comfort, water is clear and wonderful, staff very warm and attentive. Great food and beverages, can be bit costly, yet, very enjoyable. I would love to come back very soon for a short stay and will definitely recommend the resort to my friends in future.

For us, Nikkie Beach is by far the best and most beautiful beach club in Dubai! The service is excellent and all the staff are always very polite and very nice! The prices are moderate compared to other beach clubs and the atmosphere is uniquely great! We will be back very soon, and again, and again!

Great hotel. Lux room was fantastic, service was 10/10, food was great, pool and beach area was great with first class service. The only gripes I have are: that the wifi was awful. We had to do a few work calls while we were there and wifi calling was just not possible, we had to use data. That is not OK for a 5* hotel in 2023. We also had a few “computer says no” moments around the half board meals and check out. Whilst it was all in policy for the hotel, it seemed a little unfair in our particular situation and we are used to a more personal touch from a 5* rather than a flat no. That said, it was a beautiful hotel, the pool and beach area was beautiful and service was great. Based on all of this I would definitely return, but unfortunately the behaviour of kids in the hotel/pool/restaurant, and lack of consideration from parents means that we will opt for adults only next time. Nikki beach is not responsible for this of course.

My friend was not even settling down that they directly asked her for her room number and since she wasn’t staying in the hotel they asked in an agressive way to pay for the longchair and after she did they just put a random bottle of water without telling her what it was and left. Last time when i came i had to wait more than 30 minutes just for a drink. The service really needs some improvement the only nice person we encountered was Mr Kingsley.

I only used the hotel facilities pool this time: gym and pool. Free parking . Gym well equipped. Pool and beach very relaxing and bringing a positive attitude from the white and blue colours, the music and the nice staff. Even with the heat of Dubai summer, they were very attentive with customers and they had a very friendly approach. Will I recommend it ? Yes for sure ! Will I be back? Definitively!

It's a nice boutique resort with an amazing beach. However, the pool is rather small, and the resort location is in the middle of construction zones. I'm not sure I would stay there. The staff is very nice and helpful. Food is good but overpriced for what it is. It's rather filled with wanna be Europeans, like ibiza going people! If that's your vibe, enjoy.

Spent all day Saturday at Nikki beach club, great location on the Pearl with excellent beach and large pool for the party. It’s a long day here as it runs from 11-8, we arrived at 1 and was still a long day. Great DJ playing and every now and then a saxophonist will join in. Only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5, a little too slow on getting drinks and they definitely need to improve on that.

The Spa was gorgeous, pure relaxation in a very luxury environment , the massage was nice with therapist “Wanna” and I want to thanks the beautiful manager “Debra” for the cutest gift ♥️

Everything was great at the resort But I do have a note There is no security, anyone can use the elevator and go to the rooms and suites without an access card. Pointing out that this resort allows visitors to use the beach This thing made me anxious I hope this note will be taken into consideration by those in charge of the resort. Thank you

They are all very attentive, positive and just truly great people. I would especially like to commend a gentleman by the name of Yohan. Yohan was a very special individual and unlike many people you cross paths with in your life. We would somehow bump into each other a few times a day and he always went out of his way to ensure we were okay and had everything we needed. We will be back here time and time again!

This is an excellent hotel and definitely one of the best in Dubai. I personally think it has one of the best beaches in Dubai and the service is superb. Definitely deserves a 5-star. If you are not planning on spending the night there, you can certainly enjoy the restaurants and bars that also offer an amazing experience. Well done!

Cool place with great music and entertainment. Come early to get single sunbeds. Super friendly and helpful staff. Prices are quite high but like expected. Quality of the food is quite good. Only downside: changing room and bathroom facilities where quite dirty (although it was only decently crowded). I have been to various clubs of the same category and Nikki Beach underperforms all others in this regards. Plus: only two showers for ladies is barely enough, especially when water pressure is very very low, thus resulting in long waiting time.
