My experience for the second time was so bad. I received my salad with brown lettuce (not fresh); this is not healthy for us!! So it has to be fresh. Please focus on this because this is my second time.

Very nice place, with a friendly team. I always order the same vegan wrap that we’ve been customizing for several months. Plz include it in the menu, guys 😅

Visited this place today, expecting fresh food. Ordered two cilantro steak bowls without jalapeños, that got ignored but let that go. Ordered a falafel salad bowl and was eating the salad until I realised the lettuce was actually rotten! After showing the staff my salad if this was acceptable to serve to your customers. I asked for a refund and the most offensive part was the company’s policy of not refunding customers! Instead I kept being offered other food to which I had lost all my appetite. I asked to see the person who had made my salad but nobody wanted to owe up to it. I wanted to ask if they would eat it themselves and if not then why serve it to your paying customers. I refused to leave until my money was returned. In the end Henry gave me my money from what appeared to be from his wallet. I felt bad but it’s the principal in the end. I will put that money in charity instead.

My first experience with healthy & co, usually i go to earth kitchen, where is no waiting time to compare to this place. In healthy & Co you have to order three times with employees till they get the order right.

It’s my favorite place to eat at after my workouts at warehouse gym in DIFC. The food is super delicious , healthy , I always get some extra shrimps or other stuff without additional charges, and on top of that the service and lady serving me the food is super nice - they have a best in class customer service . Strongly recommend this place
