I bought a Balmain watch last week from Rivoli Mercato. A few days later I noticed the numbers had fallen off the face of the watch! I have never heard of this happening before, ever! It then took the Service Department a week to call me back after “reviewing” the watch. Only to be told that I now must wait another 4 weeks while their order a new face from Europe. I would have expected them to immediately replace the watch or offer a refund.

Shop Manager, Mounir is the best person I met within all Rivoli stores. If you are looking for a top level Customer experience, please ask for his working hours and he will ensure your highest satisfaction. My score reduced mostly due to the poor quality of watch servicing. Polishing is even worst than awful. There is a huge area of improvement required at the back yard of Rivoli. If you know the quality of good watch servicing, don’t alow your watch to be annihilated by Rivoli cervice team…

I visited Revoli shop for getting a Longines for my Dad and a Rado for my Mom for their 50th Anniversary. What a fantastic customer service I got from Mona, Rohan & other staffs. They were very patiently shown me deferent Longines models and explained features and story behind the Heritage watches. Only because of their world class service I'm ending to buy watches for my self and for my better half.

Nice experience, I love mercato ,childhood memories however the coupon of 250 dhs was usuless because the sun glasses are allready expensive other than that the watches collections are nice the shop was good too but wish if it was updated as the watch in internet have more variety of colors unlike the display in the mall was limited but the customer care was good 👍
